It's a simple question really. What exactly can we do legally to get Hussein to talk, thus extracting vital information from him? Where is the line, and how close can we get to it before we cross it? Grossly innacurate stuff. Sodium Amytol totally fucks someone up, clouding judgment, making memories change, etc... Would you base military tactics around the word of your enemy, totally out of his mind? I sure wouldn't. I don't know anything about the legality of it in terms of cracking a prisoner, but I'm pretty sure it's not something that's used often.
