Guest reshad974 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 .....featuring all his classic matchs and half the money given to his family. Now, that would be a class act from WWF.
Guest cpac Report post Posted December 20, 2003 One, what does this have to do with the WWE? I loved owen hart as much as anybody else but this should be in the movies dvd section, or the general wrestling section or the old school section. Plus your title is big time misleading. Like bait and switch. It has nothing to do with an actual Owen Hart DVD it has to do with your dreams for a dvd. Finally a DVD on Owen Hart would be great. Featuring his matches vrs Bret especially. I cant picture the WWE giving away half the profits to a family who I think has probably got millions from them.
Guest hunger4unger Report post Posted December 20, 2003 I think this belongs in the WWE section - it would be a WWE release if it came about. I think it's a great idea, with his feud and series of matches with Bret covered and of course containing the Owen Hart Raw.

And hear the Owen-o-philes complaining that the WWE is profiting off his death again? I think not. -=Mike
Guest NewYorkFox Report post Posted December 20, 2003 A Hart family DVD would be better. Especially before Teddy has a chance to ruin the legacy.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 Ultimate Hart Foundation DVD would be best.
Mole 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 Bret should have his own DVD. And he will, eventually.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 Well if they did Ultimate Hart Foundation Disc 1 Brett & Neidhart as tag champions Disc 2 Brett as IC and WWF champion Disc 3 Hart Foundation as the stable
Enigma 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2003 And WWE owns the footage of Owen Hart's stint as a WCW jobber in '91. Bring it on.
UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 This really doesn't belong here. Owen was never in the "WWE", first off. And his last appearence was over 3 years ago, isn't the grounds for going to the "Old School" folder. Case closed.
Guest reshad974 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 The Old School folder is for old angles. Most of matchs on the Flair DVD are more than 3 years old, where do you post about it ?
Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 Topic fixed to not get people's hopes up. Use better wording next time.
UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 reshad, Ric Flair is also a WWE Superstar, and thus, you go to the WWE folder to read about him. Also, the Flair DVD is not a figment of my imagination. If I was to discuss a possible, say, Chris Jericho DVD, I'd post it here, b/c fans come to the WWE folder to read information relevant to WWE SUPERSTARS. I guess that's just my opinion, tho, but I sure don't want to see even MORE clutter on the WWE boards. This main page has enough crap that doesn't belong, already. Enigma 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 I consider Owen Hart to still be a part of the current generation of wrestling, so I don't think he should be in "Old School" status yet. Just my two cents.
Sonic Reducer 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2003 a Bret Hart DVD would definetaly be better, and cooler, since Bret has a more storied career. Owen's would sell for all the wrong reasons.

Thats a bold statement. I don't see many worthy contenders for that title. Harts/Steiners? Doesn't have a finish. Something from the 80's? Nah. What I've seen, hasn't aged well. Something from the Duds/E & C/Hardys era? I can sleep fine saying 5/26/97 is the best WWF tag.
