Slickster 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2003 Where's anything off Cryptic Writings, Risk, or TWNAH? You're leaving off a lot of great stuff from those albums. Put Crush 'Em Trust FFF She-Wolf Disconnect Burning Bridges on there, and it would be 100% better.

razazteca 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2003 You forgot 99 Ways to Die and look for some KMFDM remixes.
B. Brian Brunzell 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2003 Since you included "Hangar 18", I think it's only fitting to throw "Return to Hanagar" off of The World Needs a Hero on there. That, and "Dread and the Fugitive Mind." Where's "The Mechanix?"
Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2003 I was about to say something about "Mechanix," actually. It needs to be on there. What's with the love for "Train Of Consequences"? I don't really understand why people like that song, since it's just kinda bland...now "Use The Man," THAT is a good tune. And one I see is not on there! Red Baron 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2003 its okay, not the best comp ever. Some of Megadeth's best songs are off of albums after Youthanasia. No Addicted to Chaos on there either
Slickster 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2003 its okay, not the best comp ever. Some of Megadeth's best songs are off of albums after Youthanasia. No Addicted to Chaos on there either Good point, but I didn't mention too much after Youth because then it'd become a 2-disc set. I am a HUGE mark for Kill the King though; that's seriously in my top 5 favorite Deth songs.
Red Baron 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2003 i mean you do have great old stuff on there, but no Take No Prisoners and Five Magics
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted December 25, 2003 Quick, which album was worse? Risk, or Reload?
Red Baron 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2003 Even as a diehard Megadeth fan, I can obviously say that Risk was very bad, compaired to Reload IMO.
Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2003 ReLoad, hands down. "Crush Em" and "Breadline" > "Fuel" and "The Memory Remains."
The Metal Maniac 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2003 Risk has a few tolerable songs, and I'm not even a big Megadeth fan. Re-Load is an abomination, through and through. Plus, I seem to recall hearing that it was Lars who told Mustaine that he didn't take enough risks, which lead to that album. Thus, we can blame Lars for both anyway. Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2003 Lars is the cause of all of the world's problems. Pandora's Box? Bullshit! LARS ULRICH did it!
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted December 26, 2003 In a way, I almost think Risk is worse, due to Megadeth not putting out a truly terrible album that was a complete departure from their sound right before it. I always expected Metallica to put out something shitty, and they don't often let me down. Crush 'Em and Insomnia both really bother me though, moreso than any of the tepid mediocrity and suck that is Reload. That said, I've probably listened to each album a total of twice each. Shitty shitty shitty.
