UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 I remember seeing this in Theatres...it's on HBO now. Thought it was stupid in the movies, but I like it now, because since then I got involved with a, well, pretty much lunatic girl that looked/acted like this stupid bitch in the movie. Some parallels can be drawn... I dunno. Anyone else give it a look?
Bruiser Chong Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Predictable and a bit on the unrealistic side. I like the dark/blue atmosphere present throughout the movie, though.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted December 29, 2003 Author Report Posted December 29, 2003 Yeah, the ending is decently realistic, tho...not the climax of the movie (ridiculous) but the ramifications of the guy's decisions.
MrRant Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Predictable and a bit on the unrealistic side. I like the dark/blue atmosphere present throughout the movie, though. Do you mean it was shot in a blue "shade"? I hate it when whole movies are shown in a certain shade.
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Why would he cheat on that fine piece of Smallville ass?

I can understand not liking it, but personally, I thought it set the tone the movie was trying to create. I'm always reminded of 187 and how the atmospheres of NY and Cali were distinguished with the shading of the scenary.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 did they show the bitch get naked in it or was there implied nudity?
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Traffic was also done well in that multi-shaded style. As for Swimfan, it was ok as far as the genre goes, nothing special. For some reason, I found the sex scene to be pretty hot despite the brevity and lack of nudity.
haVoc Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 I been trying to watch the second half of this movie. I got up to the part where the guy was in the hospital and gave the older man the wrong pills. I had to leave so I never got to see the rest. Up until that point I was into the movie. Nothing great, but catchy enough to watch. Another movie I saw two weeks ago on PPV that I thought was pretty good, but nothing great, was "Wrong Turn."
Corey_Lazarus Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 I saw Swimfan back when it was called Fatal Attraction.
notJames Posted December 30, 2003 Report Posted December 30, 2003 That must have been around the same time they released Mona Lisa's Smile as Dead Poets' Society.
Mole Posted December 31, 2003 Report Posted December 31, 2003 Why would he cheat on that fine piece of Smallville ass? Do you mean Rosewell? And the movie was ok at best.
