Michrome 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2004 With Nash's contract up with WWE, and Scott Hall floating around, does anyone think for a second that TNA isn't scrambling to get them to show up as the NWO to restart the angle? COULD it work? It might get them some curiosity buys :/
MrRant 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 Except for the fact they can't use the name NWO, Nash can't wrestle, and Scott Hall may or may not be there from one week to the next.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Report post Posted January 2, 2004 If they were to go ahead and do it. You could kiss goddbye to Raven and Styles and Killings ever getting near the ME again. In fact, Nash's greediness would probably kill the compnay outright, and Styles would be on Velocity by the end of the year
1234-5678 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 I might buy the shows cause I am a mark for Scott Hall, but the NWO doesn't do anything for me anymore, and I bet it's the same for most of the wrestling audience.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted January 2, 2004 WWE will slap a lawsuit on them if they try ANYTHING that is associated with nWo. Remember Vince's desperate lawsuits for Scott Hall throwing toothpicks at people in 1996, even though he did it as the Diamond Studd pre-1993. And because Nashs attire was the same color scheme. 2GOLD 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 If Hall can stay sober, I think he'd make a great additonal. But Nash is just too broken down to even waste the cash.

Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted January 2, 2004 "Isn't there anywhere you can get cheap wrestlers who got casted away from WWE?" "Just wait until Tommy Dreamer gets released." Kevin Nash doing a run-in on Jarrett vs. Styles ... ... .... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... Nash finally hits the ring! OH MY GOD HE TRIPPED! HES SCREAMING IN PAIN! (Styles laughs at him)

OldSchoolWrestling 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 Nash can't wrestle Insert X-Pac
Guest Dids Report post Posted January 2, 2004 Insert X-Pac I'd rather not. As much as they suck- an outsiders/nWO angle might not be the worst thing for TNA. It might suck- but it could also get them noticed.

It might suck- but it could also get them noticed. I'd rather not as well. I'd also rather not see Hall and Nash back. In WWE or TNA.
k thx 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 I get the feeling Hogan wont come in without Nash and Hall...
OldSchoolWrestling 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2004 I get the feeling Hogan wont come in without Nash and Hall... Hogan wants to be booked on top and his buddy Hart to get some power. He won't want to share with Hall/Nash. This isn't WWE where there is room for a bunch of people on top. If you aren't top of the card in TNA then you are just an indy wrestler. Guest Ghettoman Report post Posted January 3, 2004 You know what would get TNA noticed, having Jeff Jarret murder AJ Styles. That would really get them noticed. But it's still a stupid fucking idea.
Guest BloodRiotZero Report post Posted January 4, 2004 Hall & Nash could come in with a returning Russo as the guys who destroyed WCW and are trying to destroy TNA. That seems to be the only story they're good for anymore.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Report post Posted January 4, 2004 The nWo woulda worked in the WWE if Hall wouldn't have gotten drunk, Nash wouldn't have gotten injured, and Xpac and Big Show weren't the only guys representing the group. Hall and Nash together will always make a show better...they just shouldn't wrestle.
King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2004 Give Nash a non-wrestling role, and it could work. Hell, if they thought Luger was a good idea, do you really think TNA would pass up on an NWO reunion.
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2004 I have little doubt Mantel and friends will try and bring in the Outsiders, especially if (when) the Hogan thing falls through.
