You're supposed to vote for who is best, and while their might be 3 good ones, the middle of the pack ones don't get as many votes, but the shitty ones have people trying to save them by voting for them which keeps them in longer than they should be. The last sentence hit it dead on. That's why last year was soo good. Atleast when people did bad there fans would not go crazy and vote hysterically, they would realize there best is done and theres no hope. I'm scared that John Stevens or Camile may surpass someone they really shouldn't.

So I'd expect that Jon and John should have better performances. Certainly ol' redhead can't be any worse than last week. I'm picking Camille to go again, but I should point out that I kept picking the FudgePackers to lose in The Amazing Race 4, and they won the whole damn thing, so I MAY end up wrong with my prediction...

Needless to say, American Idol was not particularly interesting to watch with no sound. But Jack Bauer manages to become more bad ass when you're just reading captions. Anyways, my coworker filled me in, and she said it sounded like Ol' Red has thrown in the towel (not literally). Can anyone confirm?

If that kid doesn't get voted off this week, I don't know what is wrong with america. Camille gave a horrid performance, but at least she was hot while she was doing it. Diane was sick, but I have liked her every other week, so I will give that a pass. Fantasia, George, Jennifer, and Latoya were the only ones that good/great performances last night.

WTF Basically he's this year's Josh the Marine, getting votes because there's something likeable about him. Josh stayed in because of the war sentiment, and John's in because, well, he's a nice guy who doesn't really fit in with the rest of the group. Now, if the phone lines were set up for who you wanted to vote OUT, he'd probably be gone, but it's set up as a popularity contest, and he stays in. And yeah, I think that there's something wrong when a guy phones it in, wants out, but people keep him in.

You can kind of say the same thing for JPL, who is beginning to look/sound like he doesn't want to be here. My favourite is Jennifer Hudson. And She did amazing 2/3 nights ago. I could stand everyone except Redhead going farther than Jennifer. But since next week is movies and Hudson shines with disney songs..I could see her blowing us away again.

I do actually like Adams pre-Everything I Do though, so I wouldn't mind if someone sang "Heaven". For the record, "When You're Gone" with Mel C. is also a guilty pleasure of mine. John Stevens SHOULD be able to find a song to sing here. Not that it matters, as he'll probably stay on. But maybe this week he can, I dunno, make it look like he wants to be there? At this point I'm hoping for George or Latoya to win the whole thing. Yeah, Fantasia's a good singer, but her sass is really starting to annoy me. Still not as much as Diana - who I hope will go away sooner rather than later...

Yeah, he's a damn geek, but he'll stick around a few more weeks because well, he flaunts it and it worked this week John Stevens did good, but his one trick pony isn't as mainstream as JPL's. Layota Jackson? The girl who belted it out? Damn...fastly becoming the best. I'd put money your final four will be JPL, George, Latoya(if that is her) and Fantasia
