Steviekick 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2004 I'm suprised that Dallas was as high as it was and that the Hornets weren't higher.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2004 Well Spurs are on a losing streak again because the team cannot find a consistent shooter. Also few if any are willing to help Timmy battle in the paint for the rebounds. Rasho and Manu need to shoot more and quit passing the ball to Duncan when he is tripled teamed. Damn Texas is screwed up all Don Nelson believes in is offense and marks out for the 6-9 point forward while Greg Popavich only believes in defense with a dominate power forward doing everything. I hate watching Mavs games this season. They have no defensive skills at all.
notJames 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2004 Unfortunately, they scored more than enough to beat my Nets last night. Damn.
Steviekick 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2004 Hahaha....I'm not much of a Nets fan. The Mavs have beaten them the last 7 times they've played.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2004 I come to the conclusion that when Rasho Nestorvic has a good game scoring wise the Spurs win.
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Portland being that low makes me cry, though i can't disagree with thier placement.
Guest Mindless_Aggression Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Portland continues to be the most confusing team in the league. Christ, if you're gonna suck, do it full on, don't have one awesome game out of every 3 or so.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Portland traded McInnis for Miles, do you think this will help the Blazers?
Steviekick 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Not necessarily. I don't think it'll have any affect on Portland this season.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Do you think that Miles was brought in as a possible replacement for Wallace who might get traded soon?
Guest Mindless_Aggression Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Really good point on the Wallace thing actually, Sheed has been playing Small forward for some time and that is Miles' position. Wallace is a hundred times better but also a bigger headache and a lot costlier so I wouldn't be surprised if thats why Darius was brought in. Zach Randolph may be in a little trouble if that happens though, people do have to be aware of Wallace on the court, you don't always have to be with Darius Mile's streaky ass. They could double up on Randolph quite a bit without worrying about the small forward bringing the points then frankly.
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Miles may be a replacement for Wallace, though at this point i think Portland would take a half-used can of baked beans as a replacement for Sheed. I don't know if Miles will really work out long-term however, Portland seems to be the place streaky temperamental players like Miles go to become full blown headcases. razazteca 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Mavs has been trying to trade Jamieson & Delk for Wallace for awhile. The trade has been off and on due to cap reasons such as Blazers do not want Abdul-Walid in the package deal since he has something like 20 million left in his contract.
