Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 2, 2004 Why, exactly, is the Heatless Raw's Most Boring tag team (The Basham's hold the WMBTT honor) getting a spot on Mania? Instead of the over and interesting pairing of Rosicane? I know it's because Management likes them, but it seemed like even they gave up on these losers. Why are they back? SamoaRowe 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 I'd rather see Val Venis and Lance Storm take their spots, but it seems that they are losing to the Dudleyz on Heat
Guest Mindless_Aggression Report post Posted March 2, 2004 My God, with Cade, Jindrak and Orton all figuring in prominently, we could have the most drop kicking'est Wrestlemania of them all. All we need is Maven and possibly Tito Santana, and we could have the most Ungodly 6 man elimination dropkick tag of them all.
EdwardKnoxII 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 Hell tonight Cade and Jindrak didn't get any heat what so ever on a night were the crowd was hot for just about anyone. And when they won the match that just killed the crowd.

RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 I was wondering the exact same thing myself AS. Man, that was one of the worst matches I've seen in a long while... of course, you have to take into consideration that I turn off the TV alot when potentially bad matches come on... boy was I suckered in! notJames 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 I concur. RoseyCane get consistent crowd approval, even on Heat. Not only that, Hurricane at least sells merchandise. JinCade are so inconsistent, their audience response wavers between utter silence and disheartening "boring" chants.. And when was the last time you saw a fan wearing one of the jolly green giants' mugs on their t-shirts? And they're the ones that are going to WMXX?!? There are times to be patient and keep fishing, and there are times to cut bait and try something else. JR needs to learn the difference between the two. SamoaRowe 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 The Hurricane is one of the most depressing parts of WWE right now. It was a gimmick that had such wonderful potential, yet WWE never felt the need to capitilize on it and actually make some money and entertain people. Hurricane and Rosey would have looked good on the Wrestlemania XX card. Jindrak and Cade look out of place.

Have him lose a mask vs. whatever match to someone - I just find the whole Hurricane/Rosey thing silly and stupid...but I guess if people cheer it...

CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 Gotta love the 'ol throw-all-the-tag-teams-in-one-match dealeo. I'm actually shocked they didn't do the same thing with the women's match. But they did with the Smackdown equivilent (ya know, the cruiserweights).

Be pissed when they walk out of Mania with the belts... Why wait until then? I don't even get *why* they are there. When is the last time they've been on Raw, aside from jacking off the Playboy? Surely one would have to make Raw regularly in order to make the biggest card of the year.

Surely one would have to make Raw regularly in order to make the biggest card of the year. I had a feeling after that Confidential piece on them last Saturday that they would be on RAW. JR shilled their basketball skills hard when they entered the ring, and continued on how they were so young, hungry, talented, you know the drill, throughout the match. It reminded me of the 'best pure athlete' buzzphrase for a certain someone else. Cade is also HBK's boy.

Matt Young 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 I actually like cade and Jindrak. I've been a Jindrak fan ever since he debuted alongside Sean O'Haire in WCW. However, it would've been nice to see both Jindrak/Cade and Hurricane/Rosey on the card. I've always beena big fan of Helms as well (evend ressed up as him to attend a WWF show once) and he deserves a spot on the show. Does anyone know who won the Dudleyz vs. Storm/Venis match on the Heat tapings? I have a feeling that the Dudleyz won, but then again, they have eben jobbing on Heat eevr since dropping the straps, so who knows. I'm just dying to see Lance Storm make the WrestleMania card rather than be stuck on Heat for a third consecutive year. They should have just done a 6 team gauntlet or elimination match like at Armageddon where they could have included all 4 teams I have mentioned. On a somewhat related note, is anyone else annoyed that they haven't mentioned the fact that Storm and Venis were tag team champs around this time last year? ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 On a somewhat related note, is anyone else annoyed that they haven't mentioned the fact that Storm and Venis were tag team champs around this time last year? No no no...Storm and VENIS weren't tag team champs. Storm and MORLEY were tag Team Champs.

Guest JMA Report post Posted March 2, 2004 Cade really needs to drop the "Garrison" moniker. Hell, JR regularly calls him "Lance" (he even called him "Lance" in Raw magazine). Oh, and Jindrak and Cade's OFFICIAL name (coined by me) is "The Vanilla Thrillers."
Guest Choken One Report post Posted March 2, 2004 The sad thing is, SD will do the same act right here…although I wouldn’t count out a simple straight up WGTT/2 Cool match would be pretty damn good if it went 10-15 minutes.
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 For Smackdown's WWE Tag Titles match, if they have one....I'd say they have a number one contender's match at tonight's Smackdown tapings, and the winner of that gets to face Scotty and Rikishi for the belts at Mania. Guest Goodear Report post Posted March 2, 2004 Cade and Jindrak... well I can't say that they got their legs cut out from underneath them since they were never really given any room to run to begin with. WWE has simply given these guys absolutely no reason to even exist much less draw a reaction and yet they're put on Mania ... seemingly to give Booker and RVD someone to face that won't look completely out of their league. Since WWE doesn't want to put up a face vs face match between Booker V and The Dudleys, we're stuck with two toothless heel tandems in La Resistance and Jindrak and Cade... simply because they're the only heels in the tag division.
