Paul Stanley Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 (From PeterCriss.net) "I have been receiving thousands of fan mail as to what is going on with KISS. Today, my contract ran out. No one, again no one has called me, or my attorney about an extension for future touring. As a founding member I find this to be disrespectful to me, and to the fans that have made us one of the biggest bands in the world. You will always get the truth from me, I have no reason to lie to the people that gave me such a wonderful life. And that’s the god’s honest truth. God bless, Peter Criss Which means, ERIC SINGER IS BACK IN KISS! We get the Revenge ERA songs again!! New Tour: KISS(headliners) Poison Brides of Destruction 60 dates, starts in june
converge241 Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 that's a sweet tour the brides of destruction are awesome (for those that dont know thats traci guns and nikki sixx's new band) of course this is kiss' 2nd tour since the farewell where the hell is the "no-makeup" reunion?!?! i want the revenge, crazy nights etc stuff im talking just focus on that
jimmy no nose Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 Nikki Sixx says Brides of Destruction are out because of Poison. I thought it would be cool for them to tour with Kiss, but I also don't really want to pay for Kiss tickets again, so I think it's better that they don't go since I want to see the Brides. NO WAY IN FUCKING HELL WOULD WE ((BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION OR MOTLEY CRUE) EVER, EVER TOUR WITH A FUCKING BAND LIKE POISON...WE HAVE HAD TALKS WITH KISS AND I TOLD THEM VERY CLEARLY THAT WE WOULD NOT DO THE TOUR IF THEY USED POISON.THAT WOULD BE THE DEATH OF US...I WILL NOT BE ATTACHED TO THAT KIND OF FAKE BULLSHIT... LOVE AND BLOODY KNUCKLES NIKKI SIXX
Henry Spencer Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 I love it when ex-hairband members try to act tough.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 I love it when ex-hairband members try to act tough. Sebastian Bach spazzed on a Canadian reported for comparing Skid Row to Poison. It was as funny as it was lame.
The Metal Maniac Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 I love it when ex-hairband members try to act tough. You mean like all of Pantera? "Diamond Darrell? No no, that was a typo...on three albums..."
Henry Spencer Posted March 3, 2004 Report Posted March 3, 2004 You mean like all of Pantera? "Diamond Darrell? No no, that was a typo...on three albums..." That hair band era Pantera album with the big cat on the front is the funniest thing I've ever seen.
converge241 Posted March 4, 2004 Report Posted March 4, 2004 good thing motley crue only toured with "tough" bands like warrant and whitesnake lol if anything poison should not be on it because they make a good amount of cash from their annual tour with 3-4 other hair bands and kiss wanted crue to open up one of the tours in like 97 but motley said they were "too big for that" and then proceeded to headline 1/3 filled arenas with cheap trick opening up and then about 2/3 filled amphitheaters with scorpions opening then half filled with megadeth and anthrax
haVoc Posted March 4, 2004 Report Posted March 4, 2004 Speaking of Anthrax, I read Frank Bello is out of the band. Armored Saint's Joey Vera is replacing him for the time being. Also, Nikki Sixx needs to pull his head out of his ass. Hey converge241, when did you hear Brides album? I didn't think it was out yet? Is it Power Rock or is Nikki still trying to be punk/hardcore?
converge241 Posted March 5, 2004 Report Posted March 5, 2004 vh1.com has it on their hear music first thing IMO theres still a little bit of the "pseudo-punk" that nikki claims he loves..a little sleaze rock style too.. the singer is the only thing i didnt really love..just kinda "there" disapointed with that singer and that damage plan singer as well
