True or False - Edge/Torrie

Recommended Posts

Statement #1:

Women's wrestling should be more wrestling and less T & A.

Edge: True.  Because I'm a wrestling purist at heart.  If I wanted to see T & A, I'd watch something else.

Torrie Wilson:  True.  I think there's nothing better than seeing two girls kick the hell out of each other.

Statement #2:

There should be more women's Hair vs. Hair matches.

Edge: False.  I think Hair vs. Hair matches should be few and far between.

Torrie: False.  We've still got to have the sexy babes in the ring.

Statement #3:

Edge will be World Heavyweight Champion in 2004.

Edge: I think true.  That's my plan, anyway.  It all depends on the neck, basically.

Torrie: True.  Because Edge is the bomb!

Statement #4:

Brock Lesnar is making a mistake.

Edge: Because I love wrestling, true.  But he'll come back a bigger star than he was before, because he will be back, in my opinion.

Torrie: False.  He's following his dreams.

Statement #5:

Trish was right when she said chicks like it rough.

Edge: True.  I'll let Torrie elaborate on that one.

Torrie: I'd say true, but it depends on the moment.

bleh - I'm sure there've been worse - wasn't there one really pro-republican one with Bradshaw and Val Venis or something? But still pretty crap.

The Bradshaw/Val Venis installment had The Shooters' Gene putting himself in there and answering.

That one (Edge/Torrie) wasn't too bad.

This wasn't really worth it's own thread, but a lot of pieces that aren't seem to take off (while those would require effort in repling are forgotten about), ala my thread on WWE.com's Backlash page.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. Just there, mindless fulff if you will. Nothing really to write home about in any way.

off Topic: IB, are you trying to post in every thread today, you seem glued to the sumit button.

Ah fuck the thread Nazi-ing already. Why is it we have to have all these goddamn OaO threads, let people be themselves.

On another note, I'd like to see what AndrewTS (I think that's what his name is..) has to say about the Torrie comments.... :D

If that were true you'd be out of a job, dear. If she had to get by on her wrestling... *shudders*

That's the first thing that I noticed too. Wasn't she hypocritical with her first two answers?

Torrie Wilson:  True.  I think there's nothing better than seeing two girls kick the hell out of each other.

This from the T & A girl who never takes a real bump let alone jobs?

Well, I guess I can let this one slide. Someone has to do the T&A stuff I guess.

Statement #2:

Edge: False.  I think Hair vs. Hair matches should be few and far between.

Torrie: False.  We've still got to have the sexy babes in the ring.

....The hell?! Make up your mind, damnit. Also, did she see something shiny, lose her train of thought, and answer the wrong question, or something? What the hell does that answer have to do with the question?

Edge will be World Heavyweight Champion in 2004.

Torrie: True.  Because Edge is the bomb!

Torrie doing her "TRL fan" impression. Wait--she's missing the "WHOOOOOO!!"

Statement #5:

Trish was right when she said chicks like it rough.

Edge: True.  I'll let Torrie elaborate on that one.

Torrie: I'd say true, but it depends on the moment.

I take it Edge probably knows her a good bit...

As for her answer, as we've just discovered, she seems to be unable to make up her tiny little mind about anything. Although at least she finally was given a question she'd know about.

The thought of Kidman trying to be "rough" makes for a hilarious mental picture, though.

Because I'm bored I'm going to answer these.

Statement #1:

Women's wrestling should be more wrestling and less T & A.

True. Trish and Victoria still look hot when they're wrestling and they still show off T&A, but in a less obvious "Hey, look at me" way.

Statement #2:

There should be more women's Hair vs. Hair matches.

False. It wasn't that entertaining the first time. Plus, not every match needs to be repeated. Successful or not.

Statement #3:

Edge will be World Heavyweight Champion in 2004.

True. He'll finally get the end of the year, November/December, title reign.

Statement #4:

Brock Lesnar is making a mistake.

False. He'll make it on a NFL team, but won't have a big successful career. He'll be lucky if he plays any games. But at least he'll live his dream and then probably return to wrestling.

Statement #5:

Trish was right when she said chicks like it rough.

False. Ask Debra.

Yeah, I don't know why I never thought to answer the questions. That would make these threads less generic if we got some Smark answers:

Statement #1:

Women's wrestling should be more wrestling and less T & A.

True, if we're actually talking about wrestling. If we're talking about people like Torrie or Stacy, they shouldn't step into the ring at all.

Statement #2:

There should be more women's Hair vs. Hair matches.

False, I don't think there should be any.

Statement #3:

Edge will be World Heavyweight Champion in 2004.

True, I guess. He's on Raw now, and if he stays healthy, there aren't a lot of people running around at the top, so I don't see why he shouldn't.

Statement #4:

Brock Lesnar is making a mistake.

True, I think he is. Why leave a high paying job to take a long shot? I guess it's his dream, but why did he show up in WWE at all if he wasn't a fan of it? He got burnt out? Blah!

Statement #5:

Trish was right when she said chicks like it rough.

False, it depends on the chick.

Wasn't there a house show where there was a women's tag match scheduled, but Torrie changed it to a Teddy Bear Contest?

...are you sure it's Teddy *Bear*?

So Torrie is into f(_)RR\| 53xx0r5, too? Geez, she is a freak.

You know, if Torrie was a guy, she'd be one of those dudes I'd just love to slap the hell out of. Hard and often. Hell, I'd even buy one of those giant Cena hands to do it, too. Just...WHAM!

I'm surprised the girls in the Smackdown locker room haven't taken up the practice of Torrie-slapping yet. They could probably make a good sport out of it.

Damn Andrew, your obsessive hatred of Torrie is getting a little disturbing, not mention annoying...

This from the T & A girl who never takes a real bump let alone jobs?

Well, I guess I can let this one slide.  Someone has to do the T&A stuff I guess.

Maybe she wishes she could wrestle better? Who cares?

....The hell?! Make up your mind, damnit. Also, did she see something shiny, lose her train of thought, and answer the wrong question, or something? What the hell does that answer have to do with the question?

She's saying the girls won't be as sexy with their heads shaved. What's not to understand? You really think poor Molly looks better bald?

Torrie doing her "TRL fan" impression. Wait--she's missing the "WHOOOOOO!!"

Oh, so what. What, no girl has ever complimented you like that? Never mind- don't answer that. :P

As for her answer, as we've just discovered, she seems to be unable to make up her tiny little mind about anything. Although at least she finally was given a question she'd know about.

Relax. She's joking around. What do you think she means by "the right circumstances" exactly?

The thought of Kidman trying to be "rough" makes for a hilarious mental picture, though.

And its not a mental picture I really want to have, either. Thanks for the visual.

Statement #1:

Women's wrestling should be more wrestling and less T & A.

True. Any guy (or gal) can see T&A anywhere else. Probably better T&A than what WWE provides.

Statement #2:

There should be more women's Hair vs. Hair matches.

False. I don't like hair vs. hair matches in general.

Statement #3:

Edge will be World Heavyweight Champion in 2004.

True. The fact that they would even put this on almost confirms he will.

Statement #4:

Brock Lesnar is making a mistake.

False. Rather see him quit than be an ass backstage because he's unhappy.

Statement #5:

Trish was right when she said chicks like it rough.

Uh, False. For me at least.

Screw that.

It should have been Johnny Spade and Fifi (voice of Fifi provided by Rodney Dangerfield)

Welcome to the minority. I've pretty much had requests to give my input, so why should I deny them?

It's kinda like only Besus is crying out for Anglesault to stop the Orton-bashing. The rest agree or don't give much of a damn either way.

Maybe she wishes she could wrestle better? Who cares?

If she wishes she could wrestle better, she could learn. Trust me, she doesn't care to. Victoria did, Trish did, but she's content in her current role. As long as she isn't wrestling real matches and putting on stinkers like Gayda and Nidia were, then I'm not complaining about that either.

Unfortunately, last time I saw Nidia wrestle, it was against Torrie, and I couldn't tell who was worse. Now we'll have to put up with that on Raw.

She's saying the girls won't be as sexy with their heads shaved.  What's not to understand?  You really think poor Molly looks better bald?

I suppose you're fluent in bimbo. Congratulations!

Oh, so what. What, no girl has ever complimented you like that? Never mind- don't answer that.

Edge should have called her a DORKETTE!~ It isn't something you say to someone while right next to them.

Relax. She's joking around. What do you think she means by "the right circumstances" exactly?

Hell if I know. It's either a "yes," "no," or "yes, sometimes" question. Maybe it means they like to roleplay.

And its not a mental picture I really want to have, either. Thanks for the visual.

How about putting Spike Dudley in Kidman's place? That any better? :P

Screw that.

I'd watch that. Is there any clear pattern to how they do these? I'd think one person from each brand, but it seems usually they have one male and one female guest.

There should be more hair care product contract matches.

*Hopes that it was sarcasm*

Statement #1:

Women's wrestling should be more wrestling and less T & A.

True. Women's wrestling can be sexy and show off the T & A, but be like, you know... Subtle.

Statement #2:

There should be more women's Hair vs. Hair matches.

False. Hair vs. Hair matches are only good on basis of a long drawn out feud, where one character is simply in love with his/her own good looks. ...which means this should be a rare occuring match.

Statement #3:

Edge will be World Heavyweight Champion in 2004.

True. He's buddy-buddy with Triple H, so expect Edge to get a title reign around the next PPV in Canada and near Toronto (SummerSlam). Just expect his hometown to change just becuase they don't want to give it away that he's winning.

Statement #4:

Brock Lesnar is making a mistake.

False. I'm happy for Lesnar leaving because it is pretty much exactly what I did with my last job. I was doing everything for my company, they did some stuff they shouldn't really do for a newbie, but they mismanaged somethings with how to deal with me, then botched the "recovery", and so I left. So I understand where Lesnar is coming from and frankly, I agree with him leaving.

Although, at the same time, I agree with most that he was given too much all at once.

Statement #5:

Trish was right when she said chicks like it rough.

True, depending on the chick.

I cannot picture Edge with the World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder.

Since when does he deserve a reign, over-as-hell or not?

I'm interested to see what they do with him now, but the Edge I'm familiar with screams "midcarder for life."
