Guest glennsoe Report post Posted April 12, 2004 - WWE currently have plans of making Funaki a heel manager for Kenzo since Tajiri has moved onto the RAW brand. From what we’ve heard, Kenzo’s first feud will be with Billy Gunn. - There are also plans on making the Dudley Boyz heel as well. If this happens, it’s been rumoured that they’ll be facing the Tag-Team Champions Rikishi & Scotty at the next Smackdown! PPV – Judgement Day. - Incase you haven’t picked up on it, Matt Hardy is now a face and Lance Storm has gone back to being a heel on the Raw brand. Shelton Benjamin, Chuck Palumbo and Rhyno have also turned face after moving rosters. Source: WrestlingObserver.com Newsletter ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Funaki a manager ? Give me a break this has failure written ALL over it - Dudley works best as a team when they are given mic time (Remember ECW) - Lance storm should be pushed to the moon, So should Matt Hardy...Benjamin is going places and Rhyno should start goring people left & right on Raw !! * But hey; That's just an honest Norwegian's opinion - You dig ?? haVoc 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Fukaki could be the Japenese version of Jimmy Hart. Give him some colorful suits and a micophone and let him scream out broken English.
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Funaki as a manager COULD be good. I'd love to see him try to pull off a Mr. Fuji vibe or something.

JJMc 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Forgive my ignorance, but was that "Lance Storm Released" thread a while back fake? I thought it was the real McCoy. Plus, I haven't watched Raw in a month...
Guest croweater Report post Posted April 12, 2004 I think it was an April fools joke. It would be good that instead of matt Hardy "being" face, they could actually make him do something to make him face. kinda like them just suddenly calling rikishi a heel, it would make no sense. razazteca 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Smackdown's # 1 Managa? What is the deal with WWE managers, do they all have funny accents? Teddy Long speaks ebonics, Regal has the british politician gimmick, and now Funaki is the guy from the gameshow Bonzai?
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Smackdown's # 1 Managa? What is the deal with WWE managers, do they all have funny accents? Teddy Long speaks ebonics, Regal has the british politician gimmick, and now Funaki is the guy from the gameshow Bonzai? What about Paul Bearer? Heyman I'm not sure about for accent...he may have one, but I'm from Southern New Jersey so I just don't notice.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Paul Heyman accent is just a guy from New Jersey and is not as pronounce as say the Paul Bearer "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHH" power of the urn voice. Paul E. does not talk like a regular from the Sopranos and I don't think he uses alot of profantiy so we can forget about it.
Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Kenzo vs. Gunn?! If that's not the worst match ever, it'll be pretty close...
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Wow, my April Fools Joke got over despite two major errors. 1.) I said he was notified of his release before RAW, but earlier said he was released late Wednesday afternoon. 2.) I said Raw Is War, and it's only called RAW now. AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Dudleyz as heels would be good. Their staleness is beyond irritating. Croweater's Yuna-esque sig is also really fucking disturbing, and huge to boot.
Adam 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 They could turn Matt face, heel, face, and back to heel, but they still won't push him. I don't know why, he has the talent to be the IC Champ. Looks like the only way he's getting a push is for Jeff the Drug Boy to come back and tag with him again.

From what we’ve heard, Kenzo’s first feud will be with Billy Gunn. This was reported in one of the WO threads a couple of weeks back. - There are also plans on making the Dudley Boyz heel as well. If this happens, it’s been rumoured that they’ll be facing the Tag-Team Champions Rikishi & Scotty at the next Smackdown! PPV – Judgement Day. This was also reported in the same WO thread, not to mention the whole Dudz heel turn has been repackaged as news (and reported here) three or four times since they moved to SD! Incase you haven’t picked up on it, Matt Hardy is now a face and Lance Storm has gone back to being a heel on the Raw brand. Shelton Benjamin, Chuck Palumbo and Rhyno have also turned face after moving rosters. Not exactly news here, since all of these were fairly obvious on RAW.
