nl5xsk1 Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 Is there a mistake in the report, or was he really caught with a tenth of a gram of pot??? That's like dust, or a stem. It's such a small amount, it's not even worth reporting. I recognize that the pot was found among other drugs, but still, that's like nothing.
JustJoe2k5 Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 I'm guessing that he was brought back on RAW to ensure that his return was kept as a surprise, he'll probably just show up on Smackdown in a couple of weeks or months after a short stint in OVW. Like Rodney Mack magically jumping from Smackdown to Raw, or a possible trade with Smackdown for Rikishi so they can reunite Too Cool and put Rikishi with Rosey.
Youth N Asia Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 I'd rather they reform TOO MUCH. I was a huge mark for them.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 Funny as I saw his whole return as pointless. I don't see the point in bringing back a mediocre worker when they have nothing for the people already there.
Mecha Mummy Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 I'll probably get sick of Lawler once more soon enough, since he looked pretty "Eh." in the ring, but it was nice to see the Sexay gimmick again, especially with the GOOD Too Cool music. Lawler was actually somewhat entertaining in TNA as a comedic heel. His ridiculous oversell of a move he took, I can't remember what, where he took the bump, sat up and yelped in pain, and then collapsed, was really funny.
Eclipse Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 It was great seeing him again. I loved being surprised. HOPEFULLY....he makes the jump over to SD, and reforms Too Cool.
ChrisMWaters Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 Personally, I'd like to see him pull out the heel Brian Christopher role that I saw once or twice when I was able to catch USWA. Everyone knows THE LAUGH is good for heelness.
notJames Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 Guess what I was doing when that idiot came back to RAW? I was watching paint dry. Seriously, I was painting my son's room, so I missed it. However, I did tape the beginning of the show and watched it later... ...I should've watched the paint dry some more. Get that tubby bitch a shirt, a clue, and another pink slip. He's useless.

Vyce Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 JR: "Hey, Kanyon, creative's got nothing for you to do, so we're letting you go. And, by the way, don't get upset when we rehire Lawler's kid in a few months." Same thing with O'Haire. They get rid of him for Lawler? BRIAN LAWLER?!?!
Rob E Dangerously Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 When they put GMS on SD, they should have someone who is trying to coerce Christopher, Taylor, Rikishi, Bubba or D-Von to turn heel. Which might lead to something interesting if you turn one or two of those guys heel
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 He'll drop the Grand Master Sexay act and turn heel on his father as Brian Lawler.
Youth N Asia Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 Move him to Smackdown...have him go back to Scotty...then have them turn on Rikishi and reform TOO MUCH
Rob E Dangerously Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 Grandmaster Sexy v. Scotty feud = crap feud! How about a GMS v. S2H match where GMS wins and bans the Worm?
Youth N Asia Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 bans the Worm? Doesn't matter what the rest of the post was about...THAT I'll support

I recognize that the pot was found among other drugs, but still, that's like nothing. then it's probably good RVD rummaged thru his bag the night before...Brian might've been busted with alot more... ...oh C'MON!! whenever anyone mentions pot in this forum , someone HAS to make an RVD reference...it's in the charter...
buffybeast Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 The only thing I thought of when I saw that GM Sexay returned was, "They fired Sean Ohaire only to hire this fool?" His gimmick is stale and old. He looks about as bloated and drugged up as when he left 3 years ago.
Dangerous K89 Posted April 14, 2004 Report Posted April 14, 2004 Yeah, Brian Lawler was SOOO interesting in TNA. 1st Grader Faces + Misplaced curse words to look "cool" + boring + lack of talent = Brian Lawler. How the fuck could you take Brian Lawler seriously in TNA when he'd be like "I'm going to kick the shit out of you" and make faces during it that a 5 year old would? Not only can Brian Lawler not wrestle, but he is one of the worst actors in the wrestling business. Everytime Brian was on my screen, I wanted to turn the TV off as if he was Stephanie McMahon giving Sable her manliest scream. He's down there with the Lex Lugers. They might as well just fucking sign Sean Waltman while they are at it. At least he can put on a good match in one out of any 453 matches he is in.

At the end of the run he was pretty much a comedy character along with David Flair whilst Erik Watts completely ditched them. You weren't supposed to take him seriously.
Rob E Dangerously Posted April 14, 2004 Report Posted April 14, 2004 bans the Worm? Doesn't matter what the rest of the post was about...THAT I'll support he could be paired with a wrestler who knew something about psychology, and would then kick Scotty in the ribs, stomach and legs to stop the Worm
Enigma Posted April 14, 2004 Author Report Posted April 14, 2004 They should bring D.O.A. back too so that they and Too Much can continue their ambiguous friendship angle. You know you loved the pink motorcycle helmets.
Silence Posted April 14, 2004 Report Posted April 14, 2004 What was it exactly that GMS said back in 2001 at the old WWF New York with Steve Blackman before GMS got fired from WWE for smuggling drugs across the Canadian border? Here's my interpretation: GMS:"Yeaaahhhh, Ah'm awn drugs, dawg, Ah'm awn drugs!! YAY-YAY-YEAAAAHHH, GO, STEVE!!!! HUYAAAAAHHHHH!!" *Blackman looks bored the whole time*
