Molotov The Bear 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 It better fucking not be Jeff Hardy. I may be going to next weeks show, and I really dont need to see crack baby show up. Im betting on Nova or London.

Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Malenko + Chavo + 15 minutes + Clean Finish + Unrestricted Style = ****+ - Malenko retired for 2 years, and semi-retired for another year = uh-oh.

Kardo 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Malenko is still in shape however and being a road agent I wouldn't be surprised if he still bumps around and goes over stuff. When he was here in Melbourne, he was jogging around the place then headed to the gym.

King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Smackdown needs stars. The genius of the front office thinks Jeff is a star. Do the math. If it is Hardy, Kid Notorious and everyone else on his board going needs to give him a ROH style welcome.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 If only the show was in Philly so we could hear a loud "Oh great Jeff Hardy, who gives a shit" followed by "We want Matt" chants. And the obvious choice here is LA PARKA! Sadly though, I think it's going to Coke Boy and his paints of doom.
Enigma 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 I think if Jim Ross would go as far in a public forum as to mention Jeff Hardy by name and saying they are trying to bring him back, then I'd say it's a 99% done deal.
Guest PimpDaddySarp Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Has Chavo ever fought Spike Dudley?
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Yes, Chavo fought Spike. Prepare the edit machines cause that match is going to have blown spots galore. Plus the exciting moment where Jeff is asleep on the outside, curled into a shaking ball. Or Chavo looking like he ripped apart a smurf with all the blue paint on his chest. Then Chavo loses the title and Jeff falls off the turnbuckle trying to hold it in the air. I guess the company has ended that drug thing since first Grandmaster 4:20 is back on Raw and Willow the Crack dealer is coming back to SD!
notJames 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 If it is Jeff Hardy, I expect him to appear in a mask first, then reveal himself. However, as much as SD! needs stars, I think he would be better served in the OMEGA/Kane storyline. Personally, I don't mind him. He's got more personality than some of the duds they're trying to push as up-and-comers. I'm sure I don't need to name them.

Guest glennsoe Report post Posted April 30, 2004 I'll cry a river and mark out like a little school girl bitch if and WHEN Paul London or Nova wins the cw title in wwe... Maybe we're overlooking someone..... Maybe Shane Helms ditches the Hurricane persona, goes back to plain old Suger Shane Helms and whips the floor with Chavo `?? notJames 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 No thank you. I dare say Helms will never get over in WW_ without the hero gimmick. Especially the ghey dancing boy band persona he had in wCw.
Guest Shane Legend Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Even though the Chavo/Helms feud was good in WCW - we'll most likely never see it on WWE television. Sadly, everyone is correct WWE logic dictats that it will most likely be Jeff Hardy. Although in a time where the WWE needs to start worrying about the future, bringing someone up from OVW or even signing someone from the indies wouldnt be a bad idea. London doesnt have the exposure needed right now to hold the cruiserweight bellt (regardless of what the message boards tell you) and Jeff Hardy is a known wrestler - sucks, but its the truth. Helms could get over if he was in Christian's position. Smarmy little cocky bastard, with a slutty valet and a huge bodyguard to do all of his dirty work. It never fails!! Conspiracy_Victim 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 Not one vote for Shark Boy? Although that Atlantis guy looked awfully close to him. Anyway, seeing as how Matt is being pushed (???) as a singles guy I don't know if they want to bring back Crack Boy to be the Superball in their feud with Kane. Let Matt get beaten up for a while then pull out some shocking victory (or not) and end it. So, seeing as how Jeff weighs about 140 pounds, stick him in the cruiserweight division and bounce around there for a while. He'll pop the crowd and if he screws up, who cares? It's only cruisers after all (/WWE writer off). I just hope they don't insult our intelligence by having him come out in a mask. The pasty skin, uncontrollable jitters, track marks, and glassy-eyed methadone induced stare would give it away.
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 "Helms could get over if he was in Christian's position. Smarmy little cocky bastard, with a slutty valet and a huge bodyguard to do all of his dirty work. It never fails!!" All I have to say to that is this: Justin Fucking Credible. I'm not sure who it will be, but I think Jeff makes more sense on Raw at this point. He and Lita can have missed spot contests. I do wonder though: What is this big deal with Paul London? Everyone here seems to love the guy and having seen him a few times in WWE (including a house show) and on the NWA I can safely say he's not anything amazing. Is it just because he's some indie guy who got signed?
DCMaximo 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 My worry is that, if they bring back Hardy, he hasn't actually been wrestling since his release, bar that 3-way fiasco in RoH and a couple of local shows. It's not like Eddie's return, when he'd busted a gut in the indies to earn his way back- what has Jeff done in the last year to prove he deserves another chance?
