Anyone know how old Sting is these days?

 

While I'm at it, how about Luger?

Sting is already pushing 40, if not passed. Luger I'd assume is a few years olde,r so I'll peg him between 40-45. So both are past it (in Lugers case, WAAAAY past it).

Luger was born in 1958 I found out, so he's 46. So he's odler than Sting is I think.

 

Edit: Sting is only one year younger, at 45. DAMN! I thought he was younger. I guess since he's in good physical shape it's hard to notice.

As well as us always seeing him with his face paint on kind of makes it difficult to make a judgement on his age based on his face.

I am a huge Sting fan and a part of me is saying that I would like to see him in the WWE but I also would not want to see him in the WWE because that would destroy the entire "Franchise of WCW" thing. That is just my feelings on the whole Sting thing. I definitely don't want to see Luger back in the ring because he can't really work anymore and brings along too much controversy and a good amount negativity with him.

That would be fun to see. As long as he's a jobber, I think that would be an appropriate gimmick if he got brought in.

I don't see how the shit will fly too much. If he's kept as a jobber I doubt he will be a bastard backstage, and most of the superstars are fairly young guys who haven't worked with him before and just have heard stories. I doubt he can cause many problems if he's a jobber and they make him understand that before he's signed. If they don't want Lex to be in-ring, they can give him an office job that will make Sting happy but not cost them much or make their superstars angry.

Sting hasn't been in the "Jobber" range since 1987 when he was a heel lower-midcarder with the UWF guys. I doub the'll sign to be jobbing out to losers like Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak.

That would be cool but Luger was HUGE the last time I saw him in TNA so that might be out of the question...although if he did come back I would like to see him and Sting as a tag team for a while...that way it could add big name appeal to a floundering division and hide their weakness for a while...they could act very cocky like Luger did in TNA and if they got the tag gold it really couldn't hurt all that much....

In all honesty there isn't one decent reason anyone in their right mind would consider having Luger reenter the WWE. Even if Sting offers his services with him its still not worth it. Asides Sting should rest with the pride of knowing he is one of the few wrestlers of his age and stature that has NOT at any point in their career entered the WWF/WWE

I think Sting could get to almost HBK levels if working only TV. He's always had good conditioning.

It's never been an talent issue with Sting, just a motivational one. No-one can really blame Sting half-assing it in WCW with the environment that place spawned, however the WWE locker room these days isn't much better.

Sting still can go like I said and has good conditioning, but Luger forget about it.

 

From his LONE TNA match, he looked like he bloated past 300 pounds, and he a bit of a beer belly, half assed it beyond belief, and no sold 20 baseball shots...FROM STING! His attitude sucks, so he strikes out twice.
