Maybe the thread title specifying on a certain week can be part of the gimmick, and it just grows. Noone posts a picture unless the thread-starter tells them to, or the thread-starter does it themself, and it's a new picture every fewdays or so. People can go back and read past entries, and thinking about it, even if past pics were quoted, if someone used the image URL and IMG tags, it wouldn't be such a mess, but yeah, make each new pic posted regularly, and as soon as a new one goes up, you can't quote an older one.
