Papacita 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2004 How good exactly is the Bret/Hakushi match? I don't remember it at all. Is it on any commercial videos? I usually don't do match ratings (since it's all subjective anyway), but I'd say it was 4-4/1/2 star range. I don't think it was ever released commercially but I could be wrong. After checking through the list of Coliseum Videos and matches, it never was released. I have it on tape somewhere, but I don't remember falling in love with it. I thought it was equal to the IYH match (around ***-ish)

Guest NiTR0 Report post Posted May 24, 2004 Stone Cold & Triple H vs. Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho, RAW (21/05/01) This for me is the best WWF tag team match of all time. There probably is a better RAW match out there, I just can't remember or haven't seen it. The match had great action, was dramatic had had the crowd gripped to the edge of their seat. The ending was overbooked with the table spot with Jericho doing the walls on Triple H, but it made for an entertaining match. Had Triple H not got injured, the feud between himself and Austin could have been called as one of the WWF betst feuds.

Guest Thrashist Report post Posted May 28, 2004 My favorite is the ten man tag match of HHH/X-Pac/Benoit/Saturn/Malenko vs Rock/Foley/Rikishi/Scotty/Sexay. What a hot, hot crowd at a time when everything in the WWE clicked. Definitely a peak for the company's boom period. The HHH vs HBK match from the last RAW in 2003 was also a highlight. As was the Owen/Bulldog vs HBK/HHH match. Funny, there seems to be one man who was in all three of these matches. The TLC match that won the Raw-X award was a very gutsy match where I must give credit to every man involved. However, it occurred in a period of the company that out right sucked, in the middle of a Raw episode itself that sucked, with no heat, no buildup, no true feuds within it or characters the crowd genuinely cared about at the time, and most importantly, the match really had NO emotion to it. I won't use the word psychology because TLC is about spotfests, but there was no reason for us to care about anyone involved. Again, credit is due but it was totally unnecessary.
