razazteca Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Anything involving Kane will be disqualified.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Can a mod have this moved to POLLS AND LISTS or whatever it's called.
Papacita Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 My favorite was probably Bret Hart/Hakushi from 7/24/95, a match that almost no one remembers.
tbondrage99 Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels on the last Raw of 2003.
Guest wildpegasus Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 My favorite was probably Bret Hart/Hakushi from 7/24/95, a match that almost no one remembers. I watched that one. I remember thinking how awesome it was when I initially saw it.
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Bret/Hakushi is awesome. I never saw it till recently and it blew me away. My pick? Owen v Bulldog, Euro Title Finals
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Two Man Power Trip vs. The Canadians on May 21st, 2001 I think. Other nominations: Stone Cold & Shawn Michaels vs. Owen & Bulldog Owen vs. Bulldog Euro finals. Flair vs. Mr. Perfect Retirement Match
Guest TigerDriver91 Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Owen Hart & British Bulldog © vs. Steve Austin & Shawn Michaels - Tag-Team Titles
Guest Rrrsh Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 My number 1 is the famous Canadians/Power Trip match. Close calls include Bret/Kid, Shawn/Marty, Flair/Perfect and HBK/HHH
BHK Posted May 19, 2004 Report Posted May 19, 2004 How good exactly is the Bret/Hakushi match? I don't remember it at all. Is it on any commercial videos?
chaosrage Posted May 19, 2004 Report Posted May 19, 2004 1. Owen/Bulldog 2. Perfect/Flair 3. Benoit/Austin
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted May 19, 2004 Report Posted May 19, 2004 1. Benoit/Jericho vs. Austin/HHH - WWF Tag Team titles 2. Owen Hart vs. Davey Boy Smith - WWF European title 3. HHH vs. Shawn Michaels - World Heavyweight title 4. The Rock/Booker/UT/Goldust vs. The Un-Americans/HHH 5. Mr. Perfect vs. Ric Flair
TheDevilAndGodAreRagingInsideMe Posted May 19, 2004 Report Posted May 19, 2004 Anything involving Kane will be disqualified. Austin vs. Kane, 6/29/98
Papacita Posted May 19, 2004 Report Posted May 19, 2004 How good exactly is the Bret/Hakushi match? I don't remember it at all. Is it on any commercial videos? I usually don't do match ratings (since it's all subjective anyway), but I'd say it was 4-4/1/2 star range. I don't think it was ever released commercially but I could be wrong.

After checking through the list of Coliseum Videos and matches, it never was released. I have it on tape somewhere, but I don't remember falling in love with it. I thought it was equal to the IYH match (around ***-ish)
Guest Coffey Posted May 19, 2004 Report Posted May 19, 2004 Anyone know anywhere that I could get that Bret Hart/Hakushi match?

Thanks to both of you for the info.
Guest Real F'n Show Posted May 20, 2004 Report Posted May 20, 2004 Triple H and Steve Austin vs. Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho Bulldog and Owen vs. Austin and Michaels Dallas 10-man Michaels vs. Owen (last Raw of 97) I really need to find Bulldog vs. Owen Euro Title Finals somewhere
Guest Bushido Posted May 24, 2004 Report Posted May 24, 2004 HHHolds Down Talen/Wife Beater vs Midget Extrordinare/Steph's Bitch
Guest NiTR0 Posted May 24, 2004 Report Posted May 24, 2004 Stone Cold & Triple H vs. Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho, RAW (21/05/01) This for me is the best WWF tag team match of all time. There probably is a better RAW match out there, I just can't remember or haven't seen it. The match had great action, was dramatic had had the crowd gripped to the edge of their seat. The ending was overbooked with the table spot with Jericho doing the walls on Triple H, but it made for an entertaining match. Had Triple H not got injured, the feud between himself and Austin could have been called as one of the WWF betst feuds.
TheDevilAndGodAreRagingInsideMe Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 The thing of the said tag match is, it felt like a PPV main event instead of a Raw.
Guest curry_man2002 Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 i dont know why but i just do not remeber the tag match being that good. It might be because i was still in my markish days and i didnt like it because it didnt have any holy s%@t stipulation

It's worth the trouble......
Guest BobBacklundRules Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 Benoit/Jericho vs. Austin/HHH Flair vs. HHH - Greenville (in my opinion)
Guest Thrashist Posted May 28, 2004 Report Posted May 28, 2004 My favorite is the ten man tag match of HHH/X-Pac/Benoit/Saturn/Malenko vs Rock/Foley/Rikishi/Scotty/Sexay. What a hot, hot crowd at a time when everything in the WWE clicked. Definitely a peak for the company's boom period. The HHH vs HBK match from the last RAW in 2003 was also a highlight. As was the Owen/Bulldog vs HBK/HHH match. Funny, there seems to be one man who was in all three of these matches. The TLC match that won the Raw-X award was a very gutsy match where I must give credit to every man involved. However, it occurred in a period of the company that out right sucked, in the middle of a Raw episode itself that sucked, with no heat, no buildup, no true feuds within it or characters the crowd genuinely cared about at the time, and most importantly, the match really had NO emotion to it. I won't use the word psychology because TLC is about spotfests, but there was no reason for us to care about anyone involved. Again, credit is due but it was totally unnecessary.
