Triple H was scheduled to take time off so he could film his leading role for an upcoming WWE Films production, but that movie is now on hold due to various problems. Triple H is selfish and refuses to let Benoit get the spotlight B) Triple H is selfless and is sticking around because he knows that Shawn is leaving for a month or two and that Raw will need "big name" presence. If HHH is sticking around, do they stick with the Benoit/Edge program...what would that leave the game to do? Since the HBK thing will be blown off... Go back to Shelton Benjamin and avenge those two losses? Another quickie Jericho burial? And I still think Benoit goes over at SummerSlam...why? Triple H knows that Benoit will be his steamboat (since Shawn didn't live up to that billing)...he'll push the series to three matches, losing the first two (Slam and Mercy) and winning the blow-off at Havoc.

While it'd be nice to have Benoit alone in the spotlight, he's not quite ready for the entire show to be focused on him just yet. Maybe after SummerSlam, but not now.

It definitely won't hurt WWE having Triple H around through the summer.

If HHH is sticking around, then he's definitely gonna take out Shawn in HIAC. Maybe HHH will just beat Benoit at Vengeance, and then they can have the rematch at Summerslam. The winner of the HIAC match is pretty much the obvious #1 contender. The only other way I could really see them going is to drag the Benoit/Kane feud for another month, and let HHH beat Edge to earn his shot at Benoit.
