That being said when I got arrested back in (thinks for a second) 1999 I believe, because of my last name I was picked up by the wrists while in cuffs and repeatedly slammed into the patty wagon. See, my uncle is a heroin user who's often been tagged with police brutality. I was being arrested because my friend was smoking pot and walking down the street doing so. I guess they figured I was like my uncle and deserved a good beating.
