Please, feel free to ask any questions about the nature of his ban, whether I'll be picking a new troll to place a countdown on, and anything else of that same ilk right here. If you feel he was unjustly banned, please make your case here, and I'm sure one of iB's regular haters will fill you in on what's going on. But, let it be known that a precedent was set here, and that is if you suck, you will be banned. So, don't suck. Oh, and just so everyone knows... he WAS a PBP. This came about by him sending IMs to somebody via AIM whom I won't name just incase and really being creepy. Asking where the male poster lived and then asking how far away from certain areas they were. He used a masking agent to mask the IP and say it was from Australia, but in actuallity it was a dummy IP. We believe he just found a couple of photos of some kid online and threw them up online claiming it was him. Of course, this could be false...but with the evidence presented I would say the chance of him being Gheyme was very, very good.

Let it also be known that while I may not be a mod I work with them for the most part and try to help them where need be. This isn't a way of kissing ass or anything, but if I can help keep people like that out of here then by all means I'll help. I know for a fact Mario doesn't come here any longer as before he disappeared he gave me his word he wouldn't and he said he'd rather not come back because CWM just follows him around and flames him. So I went the nice route and CWM being CWM keeps him away for those that don't like him. Last I checked the system Eagan wasn't here. Everybody knows I have no problem with Eagan since I only knew him as Krazy Karter and got along with him while he was. Although I do have my suspicions as to who he may be if he is here. Still, unless I'm asked to go into the system and check let him post. I kinda knew Krazy Karter was Eagan anyways since he was always starting the South Park threads in the same fashion. Again though, unless 3 things occur though I won't just call them out. 1.) Mods ask me to go into the system and check it out(thus giving me temp powers). 2.) If I'm permanently made a mod. Then I'm agreeing with the codes and taking the title to uphold them so I've gotta 3.) These pbp are causing trouble elsewhere and I know who they are. That would be the Rising Star/Brain rule. So to keep it simple I just come around to shoot the shit. However if guys like Sass, Dames, Agent, Kahran, etc ask me to look into something for them then I take it seriously(I would have listed Josh but quite frankly he doesn't need help with anything as far as this shit goes...except maybe doing massive group purging. That might be the 1 out of 1,000 Invision related software things I can do that he can't).

Edit: Not to mention this was found out on Wed by going through the system. Which means it was 3 days until his banning. So it was just added reasoning anyways.

If a moderator is going to make an argument that someone was a PBP and was banned because of that , "I am almost positively certain" just won't cut it. Just say he was a troll and move on. Now you're both in a hole and shall remain there until admittance of your mistake.
