[only my guy was Latino from East LA] {if you want more details, I can provide them} Actually.. apparently there's an indy wrestler named "Truth Martini" (I think.. something like that anyways) with the same gimmick and he's been around for quite awhile.. Anyways, point is, I HIGHLY doubt WWE, or TNA, steal gimmicks/angles from anyone. It's not rare for people to have the same idea. Besides, WWE has a good creative team (Ha!), why would they need to steal ideas from anyone? I was messing around anyways. Carl Williams would pwn me if he wanted when it comes to that nickname

I went to the PXW website to look for the results and look what I found in bold writting on the front page: We're very sorry to say that PXW has been closed due to copyright infringement and threats of being sued from the WWE Corporation©. These are real threats. More information available here. If you have not recieved an E-Mail from Rix please mail him at [email protected] ASAP. We also urge you to remove any WWE© images (wrestlers, logos, belts, etc) and/or WWE© copyrights (gimmicks, wrestler names, angles, etc) from your site before you too receive this threat. For more information regarding WWE© copyrights you can E-Mail the person who is sending these threats at [email protected] please be nice though, it's not her fault she works for a childish, heartless, company who only care about money. This was my fav fed at the moment. Heads up guys. You can't use WWE pictures now Well now Vince has really lost his mind to think e-feds are fighting him.... Apologies for diggigng up such an old thread.. just thought i'll let everyone know the whole story. See.. i am rix. The person who runs PXW 2 yrs back. It's true that we receive an email threatening to sue us if we don't remove the images of WWE contracted wrestlers. We were though, an original eWrestling promotion. The only thing we used are images of wrestlers like Nathan Jones, CM Punk, Bret Hart, etc.. and for that we were shut down. I believe PXW is one of the first few eWrestling promotions to get hit with that email. It's been two years now and tons of eFeds are still using images of WWE contracted wrestlers. It just goes to show that you can stop one or two or ten of them... but you can never stop the whole lot of them. Once again, apologies for digging out this thread, just hope everyone knows the truth. PXW was not shut down due to us using Triple H or Stonecold in the promotion.
