Guest wildpegasus Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 This should be interesting. If you were training to be a wrestler what style of wrestling do you think you yourself would find the hardest to master?
Crimson G Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 Get trained in the NJ Dojo and become a virtual slave to the trainers, live in the Dojo...et cetera.
Guest Fook Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 Lucha. I'm a fucking oaf who can barely do a somersault much less ranas and topes.
Crimson G Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 The WWE Style. Day One: Spinebuster Clothesline Sleeperhold *Your Choice* Day Two: Graduation
BHK Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 It's all about the technical brawler. Hart's moveset and execution combined with AUstin's knock down drag out brawling would rule.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 Strong style bitches. Strong Style.
Guest thatdude21601 Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 I'de be a comedy worker. The skinny white Kamala...or something.
Guest Real F'n Show Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 I'd be a hybrid Benoit/Eddy/Low Ki that would get much love from the internet. Then I would bash those goddamn smarks...
Guest bigm350 Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 Definitely Lucha. That shit would be hard to master.
DCMaximo Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 The only thing harder than doing Lucha for me would be being a CZW-style cruiser (a la Chris Cash), because, not only do you have to try and master ranas, topes etc, but you also have to endure getting slammed through tables and barbed wire.
Ravenbomb Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 brawling. I'm a flinchy little pussy when it comes to getting hit, so I'd stick with technical stuff
Mrnoitaull Posted August 24, 2004 Report Posted August 24, 2004 The WWE Style. Day One: Spinebuster Clothesline Sleeperhold *Your Choice* Day Two: Graduation and the top rope crossbody Id wanna be an average midcarder but atttitude like Nunzio or Bubba; talk trash when I get offense then sel the hell out my opponents offence.everytime
CanadianChick Posted August 24, 2004 Report Posted August 24, 2004 Probably mat work, because I've never had experience in amatuer wrestling. If I'm fighting other chicks, brawling shouldn't be too hard. I used to be in acrobatics when I was young, so I could probably adjust to the cruiser style. I'm relatively strong for a girl, so power moves would be fine. So yeah, mat work would be hte toughest.
Guest JebusNassedar Posted August 24, 2004 Report Posted August 24, 2004 The hardest to master, for me, would be a Muta like wrestling style. He was so erratic with everything, it's impossible to imitate him.
Guest ally mccoist Posted August 24, 2004 Report Posted August 24, 2004 Lucha, high flying stuff. Way too quick and technical for me. I'd botch everything in sight. Just taking those intricate armdrags, i'd be standing there like "oh...i was supposed to...uh...shit, sorry...hey lets repeat the spot, they won't notice"
Australian Pride Posted August 26, 2004 Report Posted August 26, 2004 I'm 6'6 so it would probably have to be a Mike Awesome (in ECW) style. Obviously, if i got a contract with WWE then i would have to turn into a JBL wannabe.
