Australian Pride Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 They're big, they're strong, and most of them couldn't wrestle their way out of a wet paper bag. The Bossman could go, and had a decent run, but other than that the talent is pretty scarce. In the end I went for Hercules, and only because i thought it was great when him and the Ultimate Warrior broke the chain in a tug of war. The joys of being a young, impressionable mark.
Kahran Ramsus Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Bossman & Bigelow were the best wrestlers, but my personal favourite was Earthquake. He was quite entertaining back in the day.
Dark Age Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Bossman could GO before he went to WCW He could go IN WCW. Matches with Vader and Sting were really good.
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Bossman was the best but Ludvig Borga was my favorite. Him pinning Tatanka with his pinky is the all-time greatest pin.
Lord of The Curry Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 No Vader? Fuck this retarded-ass poll.
deancoles Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 I voted Bossman but guys like Haku and The Barbarian were good on their day as well. The scary thing about Bossman was that he was good even before he lost all that weight in the early part of 1990. Edit: Vader and Jim Neidhart should be in this list.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Vader wins hands down.......this poll sucks ass without including Vader....
Slayer Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 No Vader? Looking at the choices it looks like he only meant WWF hosses
Krankor Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 Favorite WCW hosses: Shockmaster and Roadblock Since this wants Best WWF hosses I'll have to say either Billy Jack Haynes or Tugboat.
Kahran Ramsus Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 I understood this as being WWF only, thus no Vader. Vader was probably in the Top Ten overall wrestlers of the 90s, let alone hosses.
Guest Staravenger Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Borga was one of my favorites, so I'll pick him. Plus Boss Man really isn't much of a hoss considering he had talen
razazteca Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 Bah, Borga lost to Randy Contour in UFC. Vader had a good run in UWF.
Drury37 Posted August 6, 2004 Report Posted August 6, 2004 I went with the Big Bossman. On a side of no importance to this subject this is possibly one of my final times posting at the board so I guess I should start saying so long to all you guys and thanks for all the information, great chats, comedy and most of all memories. Yeah celebrate Drury37 is probably leaving. Thanks.
nl5xsk1 Posted August 6, 2004 Report Posted August 6, 2004 I'm choosing "other", but ... ... if this is WWF only my other vote is for the Bezerker (I was a Nord the Barbarian mark, so still dug him with his lame WWF gimmick) ... if this can include non-WWF guys, it'd be Vader. No question about it.
SamoaRowe Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 I always thought Earthquake was cool... even now.
Toshiaki Koala Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 Bossman did a ROUNDHOUSE KICK~! at the '92 Royal Rumble.
