Zack Malibu Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 - Entourage You know, I've been meaning to check this out for weeks now. NBT, you and I are right up there as far as similar tastes go, so what's the gist of it (I know the basic premise is a Hollywood star and his friends) and think I'd like it?

Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 - Entourage You know, I've been meaning to check this out for weeks now. NBT, you and I are right up there as far as similar tastes go, so what's the gist of it (I know the basic premise is a Hollywood star and his friends) and think I'd like it? In my opinion, it's one of the better shows on TV that nobody's really watching. It's realistic, fast-paced, well-written, and while some of them can get annoying at times, all the actors manage to give top notch performances. Also, the highly underrated Jeremy Piven is the MVP of the show and he's not even the main character. I suck when it comes to trying to sell on something, but I think you should give it a shot. Everybody has their own opinions... BTW, Anna (Samaire Armstrong) from The O.C. has had a good amount of time on the show for the past 3 weeks.
Zack Malibu Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Samaire Armstrong AND Jeremy Piven (whom I've enjoyed ever since PCU)!? I'm there. Do they replay the early eps often enough so that I'm not stuck in the middle?
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 There has only been 4 episodes, so far. They show the current ep a 1,000000 times during the week, but they've yet to do a mini marathon with all 4. It's HBO, they've shown marathon's of all their shows at some point, I don't think this would be any different. I'll be on the lookout, though.
