Well, here's something to think about. I don't remember the pilot all too well, and haven't watched it in a really long time, but did we ever get any proof that the pilot on the plane that we all figured was killed by the monster/security system was actually killed? I mean, I remember I think it was Kate seeing a hanging corpse (which is interesting if you consider the way that Charlie was (almost) murdered...) that we all figured was the pilot, but we never got any proof other than him getting snatched out of the wreckage that all of them were in.

So that brings me back to the question I had a couple pages ago about the "others" and those who may or may not work with them (which I guess in our new theory would involve the security system/monster working with them) really being evil murderers or if they're just abducting certain people from the wreckage because they're not to be part of the experiment. This is especially interesting if you consider who the pilot would be really working for if for whatever reason the crash and everything involved with it was orchestrated...

We never saw the pilot die, and I don't think Kate or Jack did either. We saw a gush of blood hit the glass and a blood-covered pilot in the trees (I believe the body did have the same clothing and whatnot, but there is the open possibility that it was all an act.

I read what you guys post here in this thread. I'm not a huge proponent of spoilers & whatnot, so pretty much let you all do the work and then just read what seems worth reading.

Ditto. I usually can't deal with ultra fanboy sites that post that kind of stuff. They act as if they're married to the characters or something. I like it here, where it's obvious that we love the show, but we're not freaks about it. :P

Lost should really get its own subfolder in the TV section. I mean, we've already gone over 100 pages, which must be a record of some kind. And all the info we've posted in this thread is pretty much lost pages ago. Maybe when the nextr episode airs? as it's gonna be pretty dead in this post/a sub folder until then.

So you're not familiar with the horrors/wonders of the Angel/Buffy threads? Well over 200 pages there. So much ~!. *sniff*

You have no idea how close TSM was from becoming "The JossMarks".

LOST folks are much worse than Joss folks right now.

As stated this thread is nothing compared to the Buffy/Angel threads, and those were only single season threads, if they spanned multiple seasons like this thread they would've been like 3-400 pages, heh

General Season 2 spoilers

Then on Sunday night, we were graced by the presence of Dharma Inc, an individual claiming to be an intern for one of the writers.

On that night, he dished out the goods from 3 pages of info he was allowed to talk about, but we had to ask the right questions to get the goods. The following are the SPOILERS that after picking through all the transcripts and my notes, I've cleaned up and categorized.

ENJOY!!!!

The Dharma Initiative

- Neither the Adam and Eve bodies or the boat people who took Walt were the DeGroots.

- Did Dr. Candle lose his arm, or did he want it cut off? The missing limbs are very important.

- Jin and Sun have a connection to Dharma. Through a parent.

- NO underwater station, all on the island, but there is one near the coast (that guy vacationing in HI got shots of this)

- Dharma is not corrupt, it was corrupted.

- The DeGroots are alive, but we won't see them again this season (SJ EDIT: AGAIN?!).

- we will get to see the other missing splices from the Orientation film eventually.

The Stations and the Incident

- The Arrow station was affected by the first incident, but the stations weren't destroyed by it

- we will find out how Kelvin died, he was 42 when he died.

- one of the Dharma stations do not "control" the monster, but they are related

- astrology is important, not alot, but it is.

- blast doors will be activated soon, not who, but WHAT activates them - inner explosions

- the incident is linked to the concrete wall

- the incident deals with a nuclear reactor meltdown

- the incident was many years before the crash

- Desmond was not the one who edited the Orientation film

- A CLUE - The glass eye belongs to the one who edited the film

- we will find out about incident and the editing of the Orientation film

before season finale

- Walt is in a Hatch now.

- The Radio Tower is NOT one of the Dharma stations

- There is not a Nuclear Reactor on the Island.

- The Mural wasn't made by Desmond

- An "incident" is not the reason for the crash of flight 815

The OTHERS and the Sickness

- No Zombies (sorry Zombie crew)

- Jack's father is in posession of the Others

- "Good" people = Safer Experiments

- not sure on this one, but he said he thought he heard Nathan's last name was "Rome"

- the sickness is somewhat related to the Meningitis outbreak mentioned in the GHO letters

- Claire was NOT injected by an Other in S1

- Goodwin and Ethan are in the same group

- The Other carrying the Teddy Bear was NOT one of the Taily Children that were taken.

- Ethan and Goodwin knew about the Boat Others

General Spoilers

- we will find out about the beach cable eventually

- A CLUE: every passenger has a profession, every profession has a function

- Mr. Eko is from Nigeria and is connected to the Drug Plane

- we will see the Mid-Section of the plane crash in the S2 finale.

- we will see what happened to Claire when she was taken eventually

- The Island is NOT moving

- we will get a Rose and Bernard FB in the future

- the Flashbacks/Backstories are NOT implanted memories

- we will eventually see the story of Rousseau and her crew

Umm, I shouldn't read that, should I?

EDIT: Yeah, I just saw one of them and I'm mad that I did.

Thank god!

Also, the spoilers aren't that bad. They basically just confirm or deny any rumors/suspicions that we've made/had.

I watched the Jin/Sun flashback ep last night, and noticed something. Eko "throwing" the sword to Sawyer was similar to Locke's throwing the knife at him in Walkabout. Just a cool little similarity between Locke and Eko.

And DAMN if Sun couldn't get a hard-on out of any living man! The woman is fine!
