godthedog Posted December 18, 2004 Report Posted December 18, 2004 michael jackson - 'dangerous' this would be quite the good album if so many of the tracks didn't go on 2-3 minutes longer than they should, or have some stupid crap at the beginning that had nothing to do with the song.

Guest TheLastBoyscout Posted December 19, 2004 Report Posted December 19, 2004 Elvis Costello and the Attractions - Get Happy
PLAGIARISM! Posted December 19, 2004 Report Posted December 19, 2004 Pulp - 'Do You Remember The First Time?' One of my favourite songs ever.
Gary Floyd Posted December 19, 2004 Report Posted December 19, 2004 Coil-"Heartworms" creepy lament on alcohol abuse

Guest INXS Posted December 20, 2004 Report Posted December 20, 2004 Pulp - 'Do You Remember The First Time?' One of my favourite songs ever. Have you got "Intro"?
Red Baron Posted December 20, 2004 Report Posted December 20, 2004 Tool: Opiate simply amazing it is.

B. Brian Brunzell Posted December 20, 2004 Report Posted December 20, 2004 Just a city boy, born and raised in south Detroit... Anyway, "Last Goodbye"- Jeff Buckley
Edwin MacPhisto Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 The smell of wine and cheap perfume... Listening to Ashanti's "Only U" makes me want to have lots of sex with her. Seeing the video makes me want to really have lots of sex with her.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Ashanti is looking totally bangable on the cover of some magazine out right now. Oh, I'm listening to Tindersticks' "Another Night In." A song that would sound great whilst banging Ashanti.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 That has nothing to do with Ashanti.
PLAGIARISM! Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 'Don't Stop Believin'' is taking over half the board. I love it. Yes, I have Intro somewhere. And I'm listening to 'Kitchen Person' by The Associates. Billy Mackenzie was a great vocalist.
godthedog Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 sarah mclachlan - 'fumbling towards ecstasy' i hardly ever listen to this anymore. its taken on some kind of sacred cult status in my collection, with only certain times being "worthy" of play.
Henry Spencer Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 That has nothing to do with Ashanti. This is true, but that's what I was listening to, and there's no real way to connect Will Oldham to Ashanti.
PLAGIARISM! Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 Monks - Black Monk Time. Well, to say this is nearly 40 years old, it's pretty fucking good. 'I Hate You' is the stand out thus far.
Guest Fire and Knives Posted December 23, 2004 Report Posted December 23, 2004 Porcupine Tree - Bornlivedie
Giuseppe Zangara Posted December 23, 2004 Report Posted December 23, 2004 That has nothing to do with Ashanti. This is true, but that's what I was listening to, and there's no real way to connect Will Oldham to Ashanti. When I saw him back in June, Oldham and his band did a fairly straight cover of "Ignition" (not the remix, though), so he does like him some mainstream R&B.
