If backed into corner by a liberal Change the Subject to Michael Moore

The more likely scenario is that if re-elected (*shudder*), Bush will call upon people to sign up to the forces, if more people are required to fight the War On Terror. There is no way a draft will wash. The kids nowadays won't stand for it.

Logistically speaking, more troops will be required if Bush decides to 'liberate' (!) Iran or Syria.

Who exactly are you talking about when you say "the liberals" and why do you say it with such disdain? Don't you like liberals? and if not, why not?

I like liberals.

When they're not in power.

They make me laugh.l

And if you're going to make some unfunny We-all-follow-talk-radio-hosts memos, make the sender Rush...

Yeah because we all know that he made NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER to make himself part of the fray. And he's no liberal either, NOSIRREE!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and BTW, St. Ignatius, backing somebody into a corner, means just that, it's gotta happen first....................

Then again, the press seems to have no problem with Kerry exploiting 9/11, either.

Probably because Bush exploits 9/11 even more.

Bush has five widows as political props at his events? News to me.

Oh, and another thing: We make Mikey Moore fat jokes at any time, which reminds me: I got my I love Halliburton and Mikey Moore is fat Glenn Beck t-shirts yesterday in the mail!!! Oh happy day...

I own a Faux News shirt. We should get together for steak & beer or something and just confuse the hell out of everyone.

I remember widows on the first night of the convention. I don't remember how many, but I remembered thinking that while what they were saying wasn't offensive, taking it in the context of a political rally made it disgusting.

Yet Kerry's usage of them ISN'T.

I didn't see Kerry's use of them, but I'd find that offensive too. If it was at the Democratic convention, I was in Las Vegas at the time and saw nothing other than the star speakers.

Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson is doing the same thing on Crossfire as one of the righties here. Interpreting that Kerry saying that he wouldn't start a draft is the same thing as saying Bush is.
