snuffbox Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Bush REALLY is doing well domestically. -=Mike Agreed.
Guest GreatOne Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 So no yes/no answer of should we cap runaway lawsuits, BUT WE'LL THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another plan!
teke184 Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Umm, another secret plan? And defending trial lawyers is the usual. -=Mike Most Americans want doctors to be held accountable for their mistakes...you may disagree with that, but the public will have more votes than you next month. It's JUDGES and NOT LAWYERS who are the problem. Actually, it's a combination of lawyers and juries. Juries are the ones who typically decide verdicts and amounts. Judges just adjust them down on appeal.
Guest MikeSC Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 More no-showing slams. Brilliant. And KEEP MENTIONING HIS RECORD. Let Kerry defend it. -=Mike
Downhome Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 This just made me bust out... "What matters is to have a plan!" - JK
Jobber of the Week Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Why do all these people think Bush is doing well when he's had to do nothing but defend himself? It's not looking good when all you can do is excuse what you're doing over and over. Awww yeah, spending question.
snuffbox Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Man, Bush got a really tough question and he thanked the guy...gotta respect that.

Special K Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Bush is a peevish bitch so far. I am divided myself on the issues, but Bush looks like absolute shit.
Guest MikeSC Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Bush is handling this question well, actually. "I'll spend whatever it takes to win" is the perfect answer. -=Mike
Guest GreatOne Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Uh oh, Bush breaking out the 'dot com bubbles' and so forth.............. But I thought this was HIS fault........................
teke184 Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Good answer, especially with the 13-month job growth.
Guest MikeSC Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 I think the mentioning of how much non-homeland security spending is going up is a trap for Kerry. Hard to cut much from less than 1%. -=Mike
snuffbox Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Bush is a peevish bitch so far. I am divided myself on the issues, but Bush looks like absolute shit. Are you watching the same debate? Both are doing very well...Bush is about as far from 'absolute shit' as a guy can get.
Guest GreatOne Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Yep, ANOTHER reference. Well if we're judging this debate on website pimping and PLAN!~ references, then I guess Kerry's winning handily here.....................
Downhome Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Hey, he's called "Special" K for a reason, leave him alone.
Justice Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Bush is a peevish bitch so far. I am divided myself on the issues, but Bush looks like absolute shit. There's a big difference between being on peevish and being aggressive. He looks aggressive, more comfortable, and more informed.
Special K Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 He;s theatric and overblown to me. I'm not saying Kerry's lighting up the room.
Jobber of the Week Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Mike :Ahahahaha you are deluded. Almost 40% of the spending boost in the past four years is non-military.
Justice Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Hey, he's called "Special" K for a reason, leave him alone. Hey, my nick name is Special K.
teke184 Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Hey, he's called "Special" K for a reason, leave him alone. Yeah, you'd HAVE to be on ketamine (Special K) to think that Kerry is winning this debate so far.
GreatWhiteNope Posted October 9, 2004 Report Posted October 9, 2004 Gibson makes them explain the plans. :: eats popcorn ::
