JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2004 The show opens with Tenay and Styles welcoming us to the show. They say that tonight we will start a tournament to crown the first ever UWE Universal Champion, as well as crown tag and Television champions, all tonight! They showed the brackets for the world title tournament, which had 16-men in it. We would see four first round matches from the top half of the bracket here tonight! 1) Randy Savage d. British Bulldog in a first round UWE Universal title tournament match at 5:10 after Paul Heyman interfered and hit Bulldog with a chair. Savage hit the elbow drop for the pinfall. After the match, Heyman introduced the Macho Man as his first client, and said that he was going to form a group of wrestlers that would take over UWE. *1/4 2) Kronik d. Caribbean Cool (Savio Vega and Carlito) and the Nasty Boys at 6:44 to become the first ever UWE tag team champions after hitting the High Times double chokeslam on Saggs. After the match, Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton stormed the ring and attacked Kronik from behind, taking them out with chairshots. Arn hit a spinebuster on Adams and Eaton hit a top rope leg drop on Clarke! The announcers wondered why Eaton was with Anderson and yet Stan Lane was nowhere to be found. *1/4 Backstage, Sid Vicious confronted HBK, as they are scheduled in a first round tournament match later tonight. Sid said that HBK may have beaten him in the past, but Sid was bigger, stronger, and would powerbomb Shawn to hell here tonight. Sid said that in the end, the bigger man always wins. 3) Sting d. Masahiro Chono at 6:15 in a first round tournament match with the scorpion deathlock after working over the knee the whole match. Sting will face Randy Savage in the quarterfinals. *1/2 Backstage, Test runs into the Patriot. Test makes fun of the Patriot and America. Patriot challenges Test to a flag match, and Test agrees. 4) 6-man elimination match for the UWE Television title: Christopher Daniels d. Sonny Siaki, Rey Misterio, Jamie Knoble, Perry Saturn, and Alex Wright. Before the match, Joey Styles announces that the television title will be defended at EVERY UWE show. Saturn eliminates Wright first with a DVD, but is quickly rolled up by Misterio. Misterio then eliminates Noble with a top rope rana, but Siaki hits his Siakilypse to send Rey packing. Daniels finishes Siaki with the Angels Wings to win the title at 9:09. **1/2 -"Loose Cannon" Brian Pillman comes to the ring and goes off on the announcers, the crowd, and his opponent in his tournament match tonight, Randy Orton. Pillman said he raped Orton's mother, and kept going off until Orton came out to the ring. 5) Brian Pillman d. Randy Orton via DQ at 2:41 when Orton hit Pillman with a chair and gave him an RKO on the chair. Orton beat up Pillman the whole match, but Pillman's big mouth caused Orton to go over the edge and get DQ-ed. Pillman advances in the tournament. * -Anderson and Eaton do an interview backstage where they talk about why they attacked Kronik earlier tonight. Anderson and Eaton say that they are old school wrestlers, and they represent great tag team wrestling, not Kronik. Anderson and Eaton then introduce Dean Malenko, and say that Malenko is another guy that just like them is underrated and underappreciated by the fans. They challenge Kronik to find a tag partner and take them on in a six man tag team match next week. 6) Test d. Patriot in a flag match at 4:40 after interference from Nathan Jones, Carlito, Savio Vega, and Alex Wright! Test waved the Canadian flag to win and then the heel group took the American flag and set it on fire! Test got on the mic and said that we were now looking at a group called the United Nations, and that they were united AGAINST the United States of America. They held Patriot up, and Test drilled him with a big boot to the face. 1/2* -Backstage, Josh Matthews interviews the new UWE television champion, Christopher Daniels. Daniels says he'll proudly defend his TV title every week. Barry Windham then confronted Daniels and asked for the first title shot against the Fallen Angel. Daniels agreed. Windham then cheap shotted Daniels and took the title belt before driving it into Daniels face! Windham through Daniels against a wall and spit on him before getting run off by Paul London and Jerry Lynn. 7) Shawn Michaels d. Sid Vicious at 13:41 with an inside cradle when Sid attempted a powerbomb to advance in the UWE world title tournament. Shawn celebrated to end the show as Sid powerbombed the referee in frustration in the ring. ***1/4 Next week: Anderson/Eaton/Malenko vs. Kronik and ??? Daniels vs. Windham 4 more tournament matches! Much, much more!
Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2004 Not bad, Joe. Not bad at all. Here's the one I did, which won't be counted when I'm looking at everyone's. Mine's just for fun. -The show opens immediately with a matchup, as Paul London, Jerry Lynn and Max Moon defeat Jamie Noble, Alex Wright, and Bobby Eaton in 10:12 after London pins Eaton with a Shooting Star Press. After the match, Wright and Noble berate Eaton and corner him, turning on their partner and making it a 2 on 1 until "Sweet" Stan Lane, whom it was said in commentary was working a road agent position for the show, ran in to help his old partner run Noble and Wright off. ***1/4 -We cut to the commentary position where Joey Styles and Mike Tenay discuss the new company and the stars it contains. They also hype several matches for tonight, including this next one... -TV Title Tournament: Dean Malenko defeated British Bulldog via submission to the Texas Cloverleaf in 9:47. Bulldog overpowered Malenko in the early going, but Dean targeted the knee and focused on it for some time. Finish saw Davey go for his trademark powerslam, only to have his knee buckle under him. Dean worked it over a bit more and applied the Cloverleaf, leading to his victory. ** -Backstage, Christopher Daniels was getting ready for his match, when he was approached by Sean O'Haire. O'Haire told Daniels that while they're ideas are similar in theory, they're different in practice. O'Haire called Daniels weak, and vowed to "rip the wings" off the Fallen Angel. -TV Title Tournament: Christopher Daniels pinned Savio Vega in 7:05 after the Angel's Wings. O'Haire looked on from the ramp for most of the match, and mockingly applauded Daniels' victory. **1/4 -Brian Pillman raved backstage to Josh Matthews about having to go through three others tonight just to get a shot at being the first UWE World Champion. Pillman said if that's the way "they" want it, then fine, he'll go through anyone...even Matthews. Pillman swiped the mic and cracked Matthews with it, then pummelled the former Tough Enough contestant until UWE staff pulled him away. -Randy Orton WALKED~!, until he was confronted by Arn Anderson and Barry Windham. Anderson said that Orton might think he's got a "free pass" in having to fight David Flair tonight, but Anderson and Windham were David's guardians, and were going to see that the legacy of a Flair was not cast aside in one of a lesser man, namely an Orton. Randy just sneered as the two veterans walked away. Street Fight: The Nasty Boys defeated Kronik after busting Clarke open with the ring bell in 8:22. This match went all over the place, and was a decent enough brawl given the participants. The Nasties continued the beating after the match ended, leaving both members of Kronik downed and bloodied. *3/4 -David Flair beat Randy Orton in 6:04. Flair came out with "Uncle" Arn and Barry Windham. Orton dominated the younger Flair and hit the RKO at about the two minute mark, but Anderson got up on the apron, allowing Windham to sneak in and lariat Orton, giving David a near fall. Windham then complained to the ref about the count, allowing Anderson to slide in and DDT Orton, but still only getting two for David. Finally, Anderson grabbed a chair, but Dean Malenko ran out and swiped it from him, only to bash a recovering Orton over the head with it and put David on top for the pin. After the match, Arn Anderson said that the Horsemen were riding again, this time with a "Young Stallion" at the helm (and this time it wasn't Paul Roma). * -TV Title Tournament: Ken Shamrock defeated Masahiro Chono in 13:44. Stiff contest ending when Chono tried a Yakuza kick, only to have it caught by Shamrock and get dragon screwed down, leading to an Anklelock for the submission. *** -TV Title Tournament: Arn Anderson pinned Dustin Rhodes in 7:56. Before the match, Anderson got on the mic and said that the blood of an Anderson meant more to this business than the blood of a Rhodes would, so Dustin needn't worry about losing so much of it tonight. As it were, Rhodes didn't bleed, but did go down to the DDT after Arn escaped a Curtain Call attempt. Post-match saw Windham run in and beat on his former partner along with Anderson. ***1/2 -In the main event, Brian Pillman won a four way elimination match over Shawn Michaels, Sid Vicious and Sting, which puts him in the UWE World Title match against the winner of next week's 4-way. The match was mainly face vs. heel, save for one portion where Pillman, in all his psychotic glory, stood toe to toe with Vicious, slapping him and calling him on. Sting fell victim to a Vicious powerbomb for his elimination, Vicious went down after two superkicks, and Michaels fell victim to a cradle tombstone piledriver for Pillman's win. Next show: Malenko vs. Daniels in the semi finals of the TV Tourney Shamrock vs. Anderson in the semi finals of the TV Tourney TV Tourney finals Midnight Express vs. Wright/Noble Pillman vs. winner of Savage/Mysterio/Windham/Saturn for the UWE Universal Title

King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2004 - Mike Tenay and Joey Styles welcome the world to the Universal Wrestling Enterprise...the place to be for all your professional wrestling needs. Tonight, the 16 man Television Championship tournament begins with the four matches in the top half of the bracket...while the other eight entrants in the tournament will be in 8 man tag team action! Also, a ten man battle royal featuring ten men who want the World Heavyweight Championship! - Backstage, some of the (lesser members of the...) UWE roster had gathered to watch the show as a unit. Into the room walked Paul Heyman, who stopped and looked around the room with a wry smile on his face before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a cellphone. 1. TV Title Tournament First Round 'The Shooter' Dean Malenko defeats Paul London in 12:04 (***3/4) Malenko seemed frustrated through the match at London's ability to sneak away from trouble, but eventually London missed the Shooting Star Press and Malenko got the tap-out win with the Texas Cloverleaf. After the match, The Midnight Express walked to the ring and whispered something to Malenko...who left with them. - Josh Matthews was with Sting, who was fired up about the battle royal. - Meanwhile, Gene Okerlund interviewed Sid. The bigman was also ready for the battle royal, vowing to make an impact that would guarantee him World Title contention. 2. TV Title Tournament First Round 'The Natural' Dustin Rhodes beat 'Das Wunderkid' Alex Wright in 5:29 (*1/2) Short match which Rhodes won with a Running Bulldog. - Backstage, Arn Anderson exited his locker room. Or so it seemed. The show then went to a break, but when it came back, footage from during the break saw The Midnights and Dean Malenko enter the room. Styles and Tenay are curious. 3. Tag Team Match The Patriot and Max Moon defeated The Nasty Boys in 7:30 (3/4*) The masked men were victorious after Knobbs went for the Pitstop on Moon, forgetting he was wearing a mask...falling to a Patriot roll-up for the three. - Randy Orton was taping up his fists ahead of the upcoming battle royal, when he noticed Test and Torrie Wilson arguing across the hallway. Ever the gentlemen, Randy Orton ran over and chased Test off. Torrie seemed pretty impressed. 4. TV Title Tournament First Round Jamie Noble beat Perry Saturn at 7:53 (*1/2) Noble managed to counter a DVD attempt and hit the Tiger Driver for the victory, and to advance to meet Dustin Rhodes in Round Two. - The Loose Cannon was sat in his locker room with Josh Matthews, who wanted an interview. But Pillman was too busy looking down at his hands and laughing, so Josh sent things back to ringside. - Backstage, 'Team Heel' was in 'their' locker room...Arn Anderson, Bobby Eaton, Sonny Saiki and Carlito Carribean Cool. Carlito and Saiki seemed indifferent to Anderson's attempts at sorting a plan. Eventually Carlito and Saiki had had enough and left, leaving Anderson and Eaton to agree to watch each other's backs. 5. TV Title Tournament First Round 'The Loose Cannon' Brian Pillman beat Danny Doring in 3:51 (*) Another squash near enough, as Pillman destroyed Doring before finishing him off with a nasty looking inverted DDT. Post match, Pillman hit referee Charles Robinson with the same move before pointing down at Styles and claiming that his grandmother was next. Pillman vs. Malenko in Round Two. - Backstage, Gene Okerlund was with Shawn Michaels who also wanted to win the battle royal. - Managerial legend JJ Dillon was backstage on the phone with someone who apparantely wanted him to look after someone. Dillon didn't seem too pleased, telling the person on the other end of the phone that it'd be more productive if the men in white coats looked after him. But eventually he gave in, before hanging up and muttering something about 'kids'. 6. Eight Man Tag Team Match 'The Enforcer' Arn Anderson, 'Beautiful' Bobby Eaton, Carlito Carribean Cool and Sonny Saiki defeat Rey Mysterio, La Parka, 'The Fallen Angel' Christopher Daniels and Jerry Lynn in 14:39 (**1/2) All eight men got the chance to display their abilities, with Mysterio playing face in peril. Anderson and Eaton worked as a team, as did Saiki and Carlito. But as a foursome they couldn't really get along. Eventually Mysterio tagged and all hell broke loose with the eight men. Eventually as the chaos continued, Dean Malenko walked down the aisle and distracted the already stretched referee while Daniels had Anderson pinned. As he did, 'Sweet' Stan Lane climbed up top and dropped a big elbow. Anderson rolled over for the pin and got the victory. - Randy Savage was ready and waiting for the battle royal and couldn't wait to eliminate Hulk Hogan from World Title contention. Josh Matthews tried to explain that Hogan a) isn't in the battle royal, b) doesn't work for the UWE and c) is likely to sue for Savage using his name. Savage clotheslined Josh and stormed off. 7. Singles Match David Flair beat Hardcore Holly in 6:41 (1/4*) David Flair took a brutal beating at the hands of Holly, who could have won easily. But JJ Dillon's distraction allowing Flair to roll Holly up with the tights and get the shock win. - Back from the last match Anderson, Eaton, Lane and Malenko were happy with their work. As was Paul Heyman, who emerged from the darkness of the room and applauded his 'new Dangerous Alliance'. Heyman then said he had one more spot to fill and someone perfect in mind. 8. 10 Man Battle Royal Shawn Michaels outlasted Randy Savage, Randy Orton, Sid, Sting, Barry Windham, Ken Shamrock, Masahiro Chono, Sean O'Haire and The British Bulldog at 17:49 For some reason, Sid wasn't out for the beginning of the battle royal. Out first went The Bulldog by Orton, before finally Sid walked out and started to chokeslam everyone in sight! He threw O'Haire effortlessly out and Chono went with him, before Shamrock countered a chokeslam attempt and locked Sid in the Ankle Lock. Sid had nowhere to go and with the other 5 men chokeslammed out there was no help...and eventually, Sid tapped! But as he did, Savage snuck up behind Shamrock and threw him out. Orton caught Savage with the RKO moments later though, before clotheslining out Windham. That left Orton, Savage, Sid, Sting and HBK. Sting went after Sid, as HBK and Orton went face to face. Eventually Sting ended up clotheslining both Orton and HBK down. He then went for the Stinger Splash on Sid, but got caught and dumped. From there, Savage and Sid teamed up to work over HBK and Orton. Eventually HBK was thrown over the top, but he skinned the cat and as Orton ducked a double clothesline and took Savage out with a spear, Michaels nailed Sid with Sweet Chin Music. Sid was rocked, and dumped by Orton and HBK. Three men left, but soon it was two as Paul Heyman walked out. He distracted Orton and HBK, as TEST ran into the ring and nailed Orton with the Big Boot. HBK chased Test off, before helping Orton up...and dumping him over the top! Down to Savage and Michaels, those two men went at it for a few more minutes...each hitting a top rope elbow before Savage tried to throw Michaels out. Michaels skinned the cat again though, grabbing Savage's head with his legs and flipping him out over the top for the victory! - Michaels celebrated post-match, but a Savage attack soon followed. Savage went crazy, attacking Michaels until referees piled out and pulled Savage off of HBK. - As that went on, Mene Gene had managed to catch up with Sid who was furiously destroying the backstage area. He was trying to convince himself he didn't tap out, but didn't succeed...so challenged Shamrock to a match next week. - Meanwhile backstage, Paul Heyman officially welcomed Test into the Dangerous Alliance. His reward for joining up? Madusa! Test was happy and the seven members of the DA celebrated a good night's work. Next show: TV Title Tournament First Round Jerry Lynn v. Carlito Carribean Cool La Parka v. Sonny Saiki Rey Mysterio v. Bobby Eaton Christopher Daniels v. Arn Anderson Sid vs. Ken Shamrock
Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2004 And the winner this time out is... Mystery Eskimo. So now, what you guys need to do is follow up on his show. You need to have the matches that he's already booked for this upcoming show, which are: TV Title Tournament Semi Finals: Rey Mysterio vs Sean O'Haire Paul London vs Brian Pillman World Title Qualification: Sting vs Sid Vicious (pending the UWE board's decision) Randy Savage vs British Bulldog ...and then add your own. Here are the specifics for this next show in Run-A-Fed. The opening match will be a singles bout, marking the debut of two new wrestlers. Please use any two of the following four-Elix Skipper, Stevie Richards, Haku, or The Mountie. There needs to be some type of huge stunt pulled as part of an angle. I'm talking about a car wreck, bus explosion, mystery hummer, etc. Some type of a Crash TV segment. One match must end in a no contest to build up a tag match for your main event. Someone must make a turn (face or heel) on this show.
Mystery Eskimo 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2004 UWE rolls into its second week with tempers already running high. Tenay and Styles recap last weeks events with the assistance of video packages, before it's straight to the ring... 1. Steven Richards d. Haku with the Stevie-T in 4.23 *3/4 Haku pounded Richards all over the ring, until out of nowhere Steven hit the Stevie-T for the upset pin. They threaten a rampage of destruction should the UWE board pull the match after Sid's interference in last weeks tag title match. -Christopher Daniels cut a promo on Brian Pillman. Rey Mysterio with the Sean-ton Bomb at 5.34 ** Rey was tripped by Heyman, allowing O'Haire to hit a DDT to set up the Sean-ton. -Randy Savage stood backstage with Mean Gene and insulted the British Bulldog, his wife and the Hart family until Bulldog tracked him down, upon which Savage walked away calmly. Bulldog promised to make Savage eat his words, and his teeth, in the next match. -Randy Orton admitted to Josh Matthews that he lost to the better man, Ken Shamrock, last week. A passing Barry Windham mocked Orton, saying he was a disgrace to his father's name. Orton barely held back from attacking Windham. 3. World Title Qualification Randy Savage d. Tenay then announces that the UWE have decided Sting vs Vicious WILL go ahead, but if there is any intereference, Sid will be banned from the UWE for 6 months. -KroniK and the Nasty Boys got into it over who should have won the UWE Tag Titles. A challenge match was laid down for next week. 4. Shawn Michaels and Ken Shamrock went to a no-contest at 2.45, no rating, when Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton stormed the ring with steel chairs. A tag match of Michaels and Shamrock vs Anderson and Eaton was made, with the tag champs also picking up $10,000 fines for their efforts. -Brian Pillman dared Chris Daniels to interefere in his match, before demanding Paul London come out to be the next victim. 5. TV Title Semi-Final Paul London d. Brian Pillman in 8.56 with the London Calling *** Pillman was on offence when Chris Daniels walked down to ringside, applauding Pillman's efforts. Pillman eventually lost his cool, enabling London to fire back and eventually get the pinfall. Daniels walked away calmly after the bell. -Sting entered the locker room as seen on CCTV. The Stinger opened his locker- and it exploded! The camera went out as Tenay yelled for medics. Sting was carried away from the parking lot in an ambulance as Anderson, Eaton and Vicious looked on with mock concern. -Tenay announced a full investigation would be launched, and whoever was responsible would be fired from the UWE immediately. -With Sting clearly unable to compete, Sid Vicious was awarded the match, on the condition he leave the building for the rest of the night immediately. Vicious obliged. 6. Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton d. Ken Shamrock and Shawn Michaels at 14.51 **3/4 After almost 15 mins of back and forth action, Michaels had Eaton set up for Sweet Chin Music- when Shamrock entered the ring and attacked Michaels from behind, dropping him with a neckbreaker followed by a dangerous wrist clutch exploder suplex. The fans hurled abuse at Shamrock as he allowed Anderson to hit a spinebuster on Michaels for the pin. His guests are JJ Dillon & Dean Malenko. Dillon builds up Malenko as the best technical wrestler in this promotion. Blue Meanie points out that technical wrestling means nothing, as a roided up moron like Sid can be a star. Dillon states that Dean will be the one to make mat skills important again. 3. Shawn Michaels and Ken Shamrock went to a no-contest at 0:54 when Los Borriculas Nuevo (Savio Vega & Carlito Caribbean Cool) ran in and attacked. Savio challenged the men to a tag match tonight. King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2004 - Rage week 2 is on the air, with Joey Styles and Mike Tenay back in their seats at ringside. - Backstage, Sid arrives at the arena. But will he be in action tonight? - Meanwhile back in the ring, Sunny walks out and announces that the winner of the opening match will recieve more than just a victory. They'll also recieve her managerial services. 1. Debutants Match 'Prime Time' Elix Skipper beat Stevie Richards in 8:17 (**3/4) Stevie hit the Steviekick but was distracted by Sunny 'congratulating' him. Skipper recovered and eventually hit the Play Of The Day to get the win and Sunny's managerial services. Post match, Sunny and Skipper celebrated together. - Styles and Tenay recieved official word from the UWE board, who had been deliberating over the past week, on Sid's position in the World Title Qualification. The board had decided that Sid needed to be made an example of, so tonight he would be replaced in his qualification match. He was also on official probation, meaning his next 'wrong doing' would result in immediate suspension. - Hearing the news, Sid started to destroy his locker room. 2. World Title Qualification Bout 'Macho Man' Randy Savage defeated The British Bulldog in 7:04 (**) Savage escaped the Running Powerslam and rolled up Bulldog for the abrupt win. - Brian Pillman once again trashed the T.V Title, claiming that having to face Paul London tonight was a slap in the face after everything he'd achieved in his career. To further his point, he then slapped Okerlund. 3. Television Title Tournament Semi Final Rey Mysterio beat Sean O'Haire w/Paul Heyman at 11:38 (**) O'Haire, who dominated, missed the Seanton and got hit with the West Coast Pop for three. - Backstage, Sting told Josh Matthews that he didn't care who replaced Sid tonight as he was ready to go through anyone to stay in contention for the World Title. 4. Television Title Tournament Semi Final 'Loose Cannon' Brian Pillman beat Paul London by Count Out in 5:49 (*3/4) After missing a Somersault Plancha on Pillman and landing HARD on the concrete, London could not answer the ten count and was eliminated. - Pillman wasn't satisfied though, raging at the referee, Nick Patrick. EMTs came out to help London and tried to carry him out, but Pillman stormed them and threw London back into the ring. He ordered for the match to re-start but Patrick refused. So he took a DDT, before Pillman powerbombed London not once...but twice, before counting his own pinfall. Still Pillman wasn't done though and set London for a third powerbomb. But Rey Mysterio sprinted to the ring and chased the still fuming Pillman off. - The Universal Tag Team Champions Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton were backstage. Josh Matthews asked them about Anderson's match with Ken Shamrock tonight, but Anderson was more concerned with the 'injustice' Sid recieved. 5. Singles Match Universal Tag Champion Arn Anderson w/Bobby Eaton went to a no contest with Ken Shamrock at 6:29 (**1/4) Shamrock looked to have the match won, when Bobby Eaton got involved. Shamrock fought him off but eventually referee Brian Hebner had seen enough and called for the bell and the no contest. Eventually the Tag Champs continued the beatdown on Shamrock, until Randy Orton ran in for the save. - A video played, announcing Nathan Jones had been set free. 5. Singles Match Jamie Noble defeated Jerry Lynn at 9:49 (***3/4) This great match went hold for hold, before Noble jumped out of a rolling powerbomb attempt and hit the seated Tiger Driver for the three. - Backstage, Stevie Richards was consoled by the Blue Meanie, who said he might not have Sunny...but the sky was still 'Blue'. 7. World Title Qualification Bout Sting beat Barry Windham in 6:30 (*3/4) The Stinger Splash / Scorpion Deathlock combination finished off Windham. - During the match, Sid could be seen watching on a monitor. Post match though he was nowhere to be found. - Anderson and Eaton were ready, after being told during the last match they'd be defending their title against Orton and Shamrock...NEXT! - A promo for First Blood plays...officially announcing Rey Mysterio vs. Brian Pillman for the TV Title and Ken Shamrock vs. Randy Savage vs. Sting vs. Shawn Michaels for the UWE Universal Championship. 8. Universal Tag Team Championship Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton © beat Ken Shamrock and Randy Orton in 14:26 (***) It seemed the champs were again in trouble as Shamrock had Eaton in the Ankle Lock. But before he knew what was happening, Orton crept up behind and RKOed him off the Ankle Lock! Orton then stormed off, but not before placing Eaton's arm over Shamrock to secure the win for the Tag Champs. - With the show over, Sting is getting into his car ready to drive off. Why he's being filmed we don't know. Until that is Sting starts up the car and steams off...only to stop abruptly. The horn on his car begins to blare through the parking lot as we see why Sting has stopped...a long chain with one end tied to his bumper and the other end tied to a heavy trailer across the parking lot! Still the horn is blaring as people nearby start to rush over to check on Sting, smoke coming out of the bonnet of the car as the camera view is blocked by Sid, laughing maniacally. Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2004 Today's winner is... JoeDirt. The sheer randomness of a Stevie Richards led stable that includes The Mountie was enough to clinch it this time . OK gang, you know the deal. Follow up on whatever he has booked (and what's brewing for the PPV) for the next show, which would be: Rey Misterio vs. Brian Pillman in the TV title finals Jerry Lynn vs. Stan Lane Plus, Sting, Michaels, and Shamrock will surely be out for revenge! At First Blood: HBK vs. Shamrock vs. Savage vs. Sting (UWE world title) ??? vs. Paul London (UWE TV title) Now, the requirements for the next show. Debut one of these three people as a special referee. They can be a face or heel, but the decision they make will lead to a PPV match against the person that loses the match they're officiating. Choose from: Scott Hall, The Warlord, or Chyna Only ONE match can end via interference. Start a feud between any of the former ECW guys. Hold a Four Way Dance that only features two of the World Title contenders, and put the other two in a tag match.
JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2004 Lol, Stevie Richards and the Mountie will take over the UWE.

JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2004 -The show kicks off with clips from last week. We throw it to Mike Tenay and Joey Styles in the ring, who welcome us to the show. Tenay says that because of their actions last week, Stevie Richards and the rest of his crew are banned from the building tonight and have been fined heavily for their actions. He says that HBK, Shamrock, and Sting suffered burns, but will be here tonight. Tenays says that the exception to the "banned from the building" decision tonight is Randy Savage, who will be there without the rest of Clockwork Violence. Savage will be in the ring for the main event when he competes in a four way dance against Paul London, Sting, and a mystery opponent. Tenay said the main event would have a stipulation to be named later. -At this point, Dean Malenko came to the ring with JJ Dillon at his side. Dillon put over Malenko as the best wrestler in UWE. He told the announcers to get out of the ring. Dillon said that UWE officials had tried to hold down Malenko, but they couldn't anymore. Malenko was challenging anyone in the back to meet him in the ring right now in a "purist" match. That meant no jumping off the top rope, no open hand strikes, and no throwing somebody over the top rope. Christopher Daniels came out and said that HE was the best wrestler in UWE, and he accepted the challenge. 1) Dean Malenko d. Christopher Daniels at 6:50 with the Texas cloverleaf in a good back and forth match. After the match, JJ Dillon drove a chair down into Daniels' knee repeatedly until security came out to break things up. **1/2 -HBK and Ken Shamrock came to the ring. Michaels said that he and Shamrock have put their differences aside momentarily, because they will be going after Clockwork Violence as soon as they are let back in the building. HBK says that tonight he and Shamrock have been given a shot at the UWE tag team titles. Michaels says that after tonight they'll each have a title belt, and after First Blood one of them will have another belt, too. Eaton, Anderson, and Lane come through the crowd and attack. Jerry Lynn comes out to save. This segues into a match. 2) Jerry Lynn d. Stan Lane at 4:04 with the cradle piledriver after Shamrock and Michaels fought off Eaton and Anderson. A brawl between all three men continued, and led to our tag team title match. *1/2 3) Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton d. Ken Shamrock and Shawn Michaels via DQ at 6:49 when Shamrock got Anderson in the ankle lock, Anderson got the ropes, and Shamrock wouldn't let go. **1/4 After the match, HBK and Shamrock got into a fight about Shamrock not releasing the hold. They started brawling, and Tenay said it looked like their short lived partnership had already ended! Randy Savage came down and blasted both men with chair shots. He then set the chair across HBK's face and dropped an elbow off the top onto it! He dropped an elbow onto Shamrock, too Savage got on the mic and said that he was a marked man tonight, and it wasn't fair that the rest of Clockwork Violence wasn't allowed in the building. Savage said that he wasn't going to sit around like a lame duck all night, he wanted the main event to happen right NOW! -After an ad break, Sting and Paul London came out. The fourth man in the match was announced as Sid Vicious! With all four men in the ring, Mike Tenay got on the mic and said he was being told in the back that this match was going to be a four way LADDER match! At the top of the ladder would be an envelope. The winner of the ladder match would get what was in the envelope. The four men didn't need much motivation, and started brawling immediately! 4) Sid Vicious d. Randy Savage, Paul London, and Sting in the fourway ladder match at 8:41 after powerbombing London off the ladder. Sting and Savage had both taken a spill from the ladder to the outside through two tables. ***1/2 Sid opened the envelope. Mike Tenay told him that it was a contract for his new manager. Music hit, and Sunny came out! Sunny told Sid that she was going to manage him and lead him to the world title! Sid didn't seem to know what to think about that. -The Blue Meanie held a talk show called "Tangled In Blue" (We'll get this in here somehow, dammit!) His guest was former ECW star New Jack. Jack accused the Meanie of going soft. Jack pulled out a fork and busted Meanie open. Jack hit him with a bunch of weapon shots, and then climbed up and delivered a stage dive to the Meanie! Jack was escorted away, and Meanie had to be stretchered out! 5) The Nasty Boys d. Kronik in a no-DQ bunkhouse brawl at 4:55 after Saggs chop blocked Clarke as they tried the High Times chokeslam on Knobbs, and Knobbs raked Adams in the eyes and rolled him up for the pin. *1/4 -Backstage, Josh Matthews interviewed Arn Anderson, Bobby Eaton, and Stan Lane. He asked them about the tag team competition in UWE. Anderson said nobody could touch them. They were old school and the best in the business. Jerry Lynn came by and said that he beat Stan Lane tonight, and that he wanted another shot at the tag team titles. Eaton told him that if he could find a partner by next week and prove to them he deserved a shot at the titles, they'd give him a shot at First Blood. Anderson told Lynn to "be careful who you pick as a partner this time." -Rey Misterio and Brian Pillman were shown preparing backstage for the TV title finals that would be tonight's main event! -A 6-man elimination match was hyped as coming up next. This match would have great implications on the TV title picture. Paul London would a TV title shot at First Blood, but the winner of this match would get a TV title shot next week! 6) British Bulldog d. Perry Saturn, Danny Doring, Barry Windham, Alex Wright, and Waylon Mercy at 7:55 in a fast-paced match. Saturn eliminated Wright first with a DVD at 2:40. Mercy got disqualified for choking out Doring at 3:55. Doring was quickly pinned by Windham, who clocked him with a lariat at 4:21. Windham then reversed a sunset flip by Saturn into a pin at 6:40. Bulldog pinned Windham with a running powerslam at 7:55 to earn the title shot next week. ** -Mike Tenay told us that tonight's TV title match would have a special guest referee. Music hit, and Scott Hall came out to the ring in a ref's shirt! Hall said "hey yo" and said that we should get this match underway. 7) Brian Pillman d. Rey Misterio at 9:08 to win the UWE television title after Hall gave Misterio the Razor's Edge off the top rope when Rey went to the top rope for a moonsault. Pillman crawled on top for the pin. *** Tenay and Styles screamed about how this was an injustice, and about how this could not stand. Pillman and Hall beat down Misterio until Paul London, Christopher Daniels, and the British Bulldog ran in to make the save. As they brawled in the ring, Stevie Richards, the Mountie, Randy Orton, Masa Chono, and Sean O'Haire came out from under the ring and joined the attack! Richards got on the mic and said that the UWE could not control Clockwork Violence and that he could do what he wanted "anytime, anywhere." The heels continued the beatdown as the show ended! Next show: (the last before First Blood!) Jerry Lynn and his new tag team partner vs. The Nasty Boys Brian Pillman vs. British Bulldog for the UWE television title How will Sid and Sunny work together? The Blue Meanie will be out for revenge on New Jack! Dean Malenko's "purist challenge" continues! Plus, more hype leading into the big fourway match at First Blood! First Blood: Shawn Michaels vs. Sting vs. Randy Savage vs. Ken Shamrock (UWE world title) Pillman/Bulldog vs. Paul London (UWE television title) Anderson and Eaton vs. ??? (UWE tag team titles) Scott Hall vs. Rey Misterio Plus more to be announced!

Mystery Eskimo 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 (I just realised JoeDirt and I used Hall in the same way...it was a total coincidence...honestly ) -We open with all 6 members of Clockwork Violence standing in the ring. Steven Richards explains that while each of CV has been heavily fined and warned on their future behaviour, that isnt going to stop them taking over the UWE. Richards then introduced the man who is their chosen champion, Macho Man Randy Savage. Savage revealed the UWE board has further punished Clockwork Violence by making a 4 way dance tonight, pitting Savage against Sting, Sid Vicious and the British Bulldog. If Savage does not win the match, he will forfeit his place in the PPV World Title match. -Tenay and Styles run down the line up, including Ken Shamrock & Shawn Michaels against 2 members of Clockwork Violence, as Jerry Lynn comes out for the opening match. 1. Jerry Lynn pinned Stan Lane with the cradle piledriver (5.57) *1/2 Anderson & Eaton hit the ring post-match, and the Midnight Horsemen beat Lynn down until Perry Saturn made the save. Saturn dished out a belly to belly throw to Eaton and then gave Arn the DVD. -Tenay announced there would be a special referee to oversee the TV title finals match. -Backstage, Sting, Shawn Michaels and Ken Shamrock tried to get on the same page to combat Clockwork Violence, but when the subject of the World Title arose, none of the men could agree. 2. Jamie Noble pinned Christopher Daniels with his feet on the ropes (8.42) *** After the match Daniels demanded a re-match for next week, but Noble just laid him out with an eye poke and Tiger Bomb. -Brian Pillman and Rey Mysterio were both seen preparing in their locker rooms, as Paul London joined Tenay and Styles on commentary, as he will face the TV champion at First Blood. -Jerry Lynn and Perry Saturn challenged Anderson and Eaton to a tag title match next week. The Midnight Horsemen accepted the match, but told the new partners that the titles wouldn't be on the line. 3. Television Title Final Brian Pillman pinned Rey Mysterio with an inverted DDT after the special guest referee, Scott Hall, turned his back on a clear 3 count for Rey (13.21) *** Mysterio bravely got in Hall's face after the match, as Hall and Pillman shook hands. The two were about to attack Mysterio when Paul London entered the ring to back Rey up, and the new champ and Hall exited, sneering. -Dean Malenko entered the ring and introduced his new manager- Madusa. Madusa explained that Malenko was looking for an opponent who could test his technical skills, and challenged anyone to come out from the back. Out came New Jack, who destroyed Dean with a chair! -Ken Shamrock wondered which members of Clockwork Violence would be facing them next. Michaels said it didn't matter, all Shamrock had to do was let HBK take care of things. 4. Sean O'Haire & Randy Orton defeated Ken Shamrock & Shawn Michaels when HBK accidentally super kicked Shamrock into an RKO for the pin (10.15) **1/2 -Steven Richards gloated over the win with Randy Savage and told him not to worry, Clockwork Violence would make sure he didn't lose his PPV place. -Michaels and Shamrock had to be seperated by security backstage. -Sid Vicious told Mean Gene he had a second chance to win the UWE title, and he would take it at the expense of Randy Savage. Richards appeared and tried to talk Sid out of winning the match, but Sid explained that while he hates the likes of Sting and HBK as much as Clockwork Violence, Vicious is his own man and won't let anything get in his path for the title. 5. Dustin Rhodes pinned Test with a bulldog (3.01) *1/2 The match was watched by Rhodes' old friend Barry Windham. Rhodes won convincingly, and Windham exited without saying a word... -Rey Mysterio challenged Scott Hall for First Blood, and a tag match next week. 6. Main Event. Savage ran out with Richards as Sid beat down Sting too. Confirmed for next week: Paul London & Rey Mysterio vs. Scott Hall & Brian Pillman Non-title: Arn Anderson & Bobby Eaton vs. Perry Saturn & Jerry Lynn Rumoured: Jamie Noble vs. Christopher Daniels Ken Shamrock vs. Shawn Michaels Plus Dean Malenko responding to New Jack's attack For First Blood UWE World Title: Sting vs Shawn Michaels vs Ken Shamrock vs Randy Savage TV Title: Brian Pillman vs Paul London Rey Mysterio vs Scott Hall
natey2k4 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 Dark Matches Danny Doring defeated Perry Saturn @ 3:21 * The Nasty Boys defeated Hardcore Holly & Dustin Rhodes @ 5:32 1/2* Carlito Caribbean Cool defeated Sonny Siaki, Savio Vega, & The Patriot @ 8:42 *1/4 …The show opens up with highlights from the previous show. Richards, Savage, Mountie, Orton, Chono, and Sean O’Haire completely took care of Ken Shamrock, Sting, and Shawn Michaels… setting them on fire!! They show the aftermath of the fire being taken out, and the three faces barely able to stand. All three men are booked tonight, and against the boys that did this to them. What’s going to happen tonight? … Styles and Tenay welcome us to the start of another week of UWE. 6 Great matches are booked for tonight including… Jerry Lynn will seek revenge as he faces off against Stan Lane. In a weird match, Michaels and Shamrock will face Orton and O’Haire, but not in a tag match... it’s set to be a four way match. Brian Pillman will take on Rey Mysterio to determine the First Ever Television Champion. And finally… Sting and 2 Mystery Partners will face off against Stevie Richards, The Mountie, and Randy Savage! In The Arena Paul London heads out to the ring and takes a microphone. “Last week I was ROBBED of my shot of becoming a big part of the history books… the chance of becoming the FIRST EVER Television Champion was robbed of me with Brian Pillman flat out used the brass knucks to beat me. It was unfair and it shouldn’t stand… but this is UWE and he expected to never be treated fairly upon coming here… and he would just have to make his impact at the Pay-Per-View, First Blood." Just then Tenay tells us he is being told that Paul London needs to earn his "fair treatment" right now as he will face 3 men in a handicap match... BAM! Sid Vicious, Test, and Nathan Jones walk out on the stage! What the hell is this! Paul London weighs about as much as 1/6 of these guys!! DAMNIT! Match #1 Paul London vs. Sid Vicious, Nathan Jones, & Test Paul London was obviously outnumbered and overpowered. Sid and Nathan Jones had there way with London, continuously power bombing him. London was basically motionless with Test was tagged in. Test went for his signature Pump Handle Slam, but London slide off his shoulders and into a roll up for the 3-Count. ** Winner: Paul London @ 4:03 Aftermath: After the match, Sid Vicious tapped Jones on the shoulder and the both ran at London who was in the ring. London slide out of the ring, holding his ribs, tripping up the rampway but with a grin stretched across his face. Test came up and patted Jones and Sid on the shoulder, apologizing but Jones turned around and nearly decapitated Test with a clothesline. Sid picked Test up and power bombed him back to Canada. Test was layed out as Sid and Jones stared at him psychotically. Backstage The Tag Team Champions, ‘Beautiful’ Bobby Eaton and ‘Double A’ Arn Anderson are shown standing side by side laughing. Anderson speaks up “That was great last week man, you really showed him ha-ha-ha”… The camera pulled back to reveal Stan Lane with a grin from ear to ear. Lane says “This week will be no different.” Match #2 Stan Lane vs. Jerry Lynn Jerry Lynn makes his way down to the ring. He slides into the ring when Stan Lane, along with his running buddies Eaton and Anderson show up on stage. Eaton has a microphone in his hands. “Well since we’ve already seen a Three against One match earlier… and it was done wrong, we figured we could show how them how it’s done right and kick your ass three on one!” The camera shows Lynn motioning to Bring It. Eaton, Anderson, and Stan Lane reach the ring and are about to go after Lynn… when suddenly the arena goes pitch black! The arena is still in darkness as some weird unknown music hits up…lime green... bright red… baby blue… shiny yellow lights begin to show all over the arena. Suddenly the lights hit back on and that’s right. Standi…. Dancing on top of the ramp way is… ALEX WRIGHT AND LA PARKA?!?! Stan Lane, Anderson and Eaton all look on with disbelief as La Parka and Alex Wright are dancing on the ramp way... and OH YES! THEY HAVE THE STEEL CHAIR!! Lynn rolls up Lane from behind as Anderson and Eaton are still occupied yelling at... The Dancing Chairs? to stop their dancing! The referee hops to the mat nailing it for the 3-Count. ¼* Winner: Jerry Lynn @ 0:34 Aftermath: Anderson and Eaton hear Lynn’s music hit up and turn around but its too late. Lynn is out of the ring and Anderson kicks the bottom ropes. Stan Lane heaves the referee out of the ring as they start screaming and yelling. Lynn meets up with Wright and La Parka at the top of the rampway. Lynn and Alex Wright begin laughing histerically at the three while La Parka is spinning around with the chair held high, as the fans go cheer on the faces. Backstage We see Maso Chono backstage talking with Randy Orton. Just then the British Bulldog walks by. Chono turns around with disgust and gives him a shove. Bulldog gets up in his face and is about to walk off but Orton throws a right hand connecting with Bulldogg in the face. Just then SCOTT HALL runs onto the screen and holds Orton and Chono back before anymore damage can be done. We flip back to ringside. Back In The Arena Paul London makes his way out onto the entry way and down to sit with the announcers. Looks like London wants a closer look at his potential opponents for First Blood. Match #3 Television Championship Brian Pillman vs. Rey Mysterio This of course is the finals for the Television Title. Rey got here with an impressive win over Sean O’Haire while Pillman pulled a cheap victory over London to make it to the finals. London talks on commentary how he hopes Rey kicks Pillmans ass. The action is back and forth for a good 10 minutes until Pillman starts to take control. Pillman misses a clothesline though and gets hit with a top rope flip DDT. Both men lay there for a 9 count before Pillman is up, and going fist for fist with Mysterio. London races down the rampway and Mysterio ducks a left hand by Pillman and goes for a roll up, he rolls him up and London grabs Mysterio’s hands pulling them, causing more leverage and the ref counts the 3. Winner and FIRST EVER Television Champion: Rey Mysterio @ 11:55 **** Aftermath: Mysterio looks at London in disgust can’t believe London assisted him on the win. London gets in the ring and sticks out his hand to shake Mysterio’s but Mysterio doesn’t shake his hand. London shrugs and walks to the back, as Pillman is assisted on the outside by the referee. London stands still at the top of the ramp way as Mysterio turns around to ask the referee something… BAM! Steel Chair shot to the head by… Dean Malenko?! Malenko continues to lay the boots… Pillman gets back in and starts to help lay the boots on Mysterio. London runs back down to the ring and dropsaults Pillman who flips over the top ropes. He spins Malenko around and lays him out with a right hand, Malenko slides under the bottom ropes. Malenko and Pillman walk up the entrance ramp as London makes sure Mysterio is alright. Backstage Lane and Anderson are irate! Anderson is yelling at Stan Lane and Lane is yelling back. Eaton walks in and says “Boys.. Guys.. DAMNIT! Don’t worry… I got a match signed for Next week… Those three losers against us.. haha! If we win.. they leave UWE.. FOREVER!....” Anderson grins… but then comes the bad news. Eaton says “If they win… at First Blood its Me and you Arn vs Alex Wright and La Parka for the tag team titles… and… its Stan Lane vs Jerry Lynn IN A CAGE!...... Lane’s face looks blank and Anderson can’t believe his ears. Match #4 Christopher Daniels vs. Jamie Noble A solid back and forth match. Daniels look as if he is about to have the victory but Noble hits a low blow, Tiger Bomb and then sets him in the Trailer Hitch. Daniels however.. WILL NOT TAP OUT! He passes out due to pain and the ref calls the bell. Winner via Passout: Jamie Noble @ 9:21 ***1/2 Aftermath: Noble celebrates his victory, only to realize he didn’t make Daniels submit. Noble is irate. Backstage Noble is now backstage and demands a Submission Only Match against Christopher Daniels and it is granted for… First Blood! Match #5 Masahiro Chono vs. British Bulldog w/ Special Referee Scott Hall A seemingly short match, as Chono had the early advantage from outside interference from his running buddies. Chono taunted Bulldog then climbed up the second ropes and started to taunt the fans. Scott Hall slipped in behind.. OUTSIDERS EDGE! Bulldog rolled his arm on top of Chono for the 3-Count. * Winner: British Bulldog @ 4:25 Aftermath: The rest of Clockwork Violence hit the ring, but Hall and Bulldog fled through the crowd, leaving them standing in the ring pissed. Backstage: Shamrock is backstage beside Michaels. Shamrock looks at Michaels “IM SOOOO PISSED OFF FROM LAST WEEK… THIS WEEK THERE GONNA GET KILLED!” Shawn replies “Don’t let your anger get the best of you… we’ll treat this four way like a tag team match. We take them out, that’s the point of this match... not who wins.” Shamrock nods. Match #6 Ken Shamrock vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton vs. Sean O’Haire Of course this match is treated like a tag match. Michaels and Shamrock literally killed O’Haire. Shamrock had him in an ankle lock, and O’Haire got back to his feet when HBK superkicked him… over the top ropes. Orton was left all alone, but he jumped out of the ring and started to walk backstage. Michaels started to scream at him… AHHH! IM IN THE ZONE! Michaels turns around and gets a hurricanrana followed by a belly to belly by Shamrock. Shamrock snaps in the ankle lock. Michaels reaches the ropes TWICE… but finally taps out on the third chance. **3/4 Winner: Ken Shamrock @[/b] 7:31 Aftermath: Shamrock finally lets go and screams once again, pounding his chest. He shakes his head, and realizes it was HBK that he snapped on. Shamrock tries to help Shawn up but he pushes Shamrock away. Shamrock kicks the bottom rope and leaves the ring. Backstage Shamrock is seen throwing shit around, breaking stuff, kicking pop machines... anything. He’s pissed. Backstage Mountie, Richards, and Savage are standing by with grins on their faces. Who are Sting’s mystery partners going to be? They are ready for the match.. Match #6 Main Event Sting & ??? vs. The Mountie, Stevie Richards & Randy Savage Clockwork Violence made their way out of the ring. All 6 Members… of course the three wrestling members, Savage, Richards, and Mountie, but close behind are Chono, Orton, and O’Haire. Sting makes his way out to the ring… and enters the ring. He stands up tall against ALL SIX members of Clockwork Violence. Just then from the back comes Ken Shamrock and Michaels. A far distance apart, but coming out to the aid of Sting. Scott Hall walks down to the ring as well! What the hell is going on here. Its 4 of 6 now…. BOOM! The pryos go off and out come KRONIK! Clarke and Adams walk down to the ring making the numbers all even. Michaels, Shamrock, and Scott Hall all clothesline out the three non wrestling members of Clockwork. They slide out and keep them occupied. The bell rings. Kronik beats up on Mountie and Richards. Savage is look at the havoc and turns around into a Scorpion Deathlock. Sting covers and the referee makes a 3-Count! * Winner: Sting @ 5:43 (due to all the entrances and stuff) Aftermath: Clockwork violence try to fight back but its no use. Richards is tossed from the ring and The Mountie is beat down to the ground. Shamrock slides a… bat into Sting! Sting cracks it over the head of Savage, bursting him wide open! Savage rolls out of the ring before anymore damage can be done. Shamrock, Michaels and Scott Hall all slide back in the ring and alongside Kronik and Sting with their hands held high. JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 Nice work, guys. You gotta love Eskimo booking Dean Malenko into a feud with New Jack.
King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 EDIT: Any similarities with any other shows is purely coincidental and, quite frankly, scarily frequent. - Rage week 3 is on the air, with Joey Styles and Mike Tenay at ringside with solemn looks on their faces, before introing a recap of the events of last week. Thanks to the quick reactions of the ringcrew in putting out the fire started by Stevie Richards, the three men who fell victim to the attack were 'lucky'. Michaels and Sting managed to escape with just minor injuries and burns, while Shamrock suffered second degree burns to the back. All would be here tonight. The UWE board had meanwhile studied the actions of Richards and the rest of 'Clockwork Violence'. Richards had been fined and forced to attend a burns rehabilitation centre. Of the other Clockwork Violence members, Chono and Orton had been fined for their earlier attack on Shamrock and Michaels. And The Mountie had been fined, plus 'removed of his cattle prod'. Should he bring any more cattle prods to arenas, he would be suspended on the spot. 1. Singles Match Christopher Daniels defeated Jamie Noble in 7:38 (***) It was announced during the match that these two men, plus the runner up in the TV Title tournament, would face off at First Blood for the number one contendership to the TV Title. Daniels won after spinning out of a Tiger Bomb attempt and hitting the Angel's Wings. - Backstage with Gene Okerlund, Stan Lane promised to defeat Jerry Lynn tonight. - Meanwhile, Shawn Michaels and Sting were talking backstage about their match tonight against Sean O'Haire and Masahiro Chono. As they did, senior referee Earl Hebner interrupted and let them know that he and his refereeing colleauges had refused to officiate the tag match tonight on the grounds of events last week. But, a special referee had been found to take control of the match instead. 2. Singles Match 'Sweet Stan Lane beat Jerry Lynn by DQ at 4:19 (3/4*) Just as the match started to heat up, Lynn lost his cool and grabbed a chair from ringside...using it on Lane. Out came the Universal Tag Team Champions, Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton, to help though. What ensued was a three on one beatdown on Lynn...until "Natural Born Killaz" hit, the crowd ERUPTED and out ran New Jack and Perry Saturn (each with a trashcan full of weapons) for the save. A six man brawl began, eventually turning into... 3. Universal Tag Team Championship Match Hardcore Match 'Enforcer' Arn Anderson and 'Beautiful' Bobby Eaton © beat The New Gangsta-nators in 9:03 (*) New Jack and Saturn were more than a match for the Champs. Until Stan Lane interfered, nailing Saturn wth a chair as he hit the ropes and left him wide open for the Anderson Spinebuster. - The British Bulldog, who was scheduled for a fourway dance later on in the night, was found laid out backstage. Randy Orton and Randy Savage, both in the fourway too, stood over him with smiles on their faces, talking about what a 'shame' it was that Ken Shamrock was now set for a handicap match. - With Josh Matthews, Brian Pillman talked about the T.V Title and his plans for it, Paul London and Rey Mysterio...all with the usual crazed look in his eyes. 4. Fourway Dance Ken Shamrock outlasted Randy Orton, Randy Savage and Sid Vicious in 6:04 (*1/2) The match started as a threeway, with Clockwork Violence team-mates Orton and Savage double-teaming Shamrock and focusing specifically on the back. But suddenly, out strode Sid! A major "SID" chant started up as he entered the ring and, much to their surprise, chokeslammed both Savage and Orton! Two powerbombs later and Orton and Savage had been destroyed. Shamrock eventually got the pin on Orton. - Paul London was in his locker room, watching on as the TV Title Tourney final was up next. 5. Television Title Tournament Final Rey Mysterio defeated 'The Loose Cannon' Brian Pillman in 14:39 (***1/4) A major upset here as Pillman seemed to have the match in control for large periods. However, Pillman's concentration lapsed and Mysterio shocked him with a hurricanrana and a cradle for the surprise victory! Pillman couldn't believe it and snapped, destroying Rey as he was given the new title belt. A piledriver put Rey down, before Pillman left the ring and routed through a toolbox, pulling out a hammer...which he then used to smash the TV Title to pieces! Eventually, London ran in and chased Pillman off, but the damage was done...the belt was ruined. - In their locker room Ken Shamrock, Sting and Michaels were discussing whever they could trust 'them'. One of 'them' then stepped into view...SID! Sid said that while there was no love lost for any of the three men around him, Clockwork Violence could not be allowed to get away with what they did. Off camera, someone with a rather thick accent agreed. 6. Tag Team Match Savio Vega and Carlito Carribean Cool defeated KroniK in 5:10 (*) Despite dominating, KroniK eventually fell to defeat after Carlito spat apple in Adams' eyes, leaving him open for a Vega savate kick. - The six members of Clockwork Violence stood huddled around what seemed to be a bonfire, talking over their plans for the night. During which, Richards told Chono that he'd negotiated him a match against Sid at First Blood. - A number of wrestlers were grouped around backstage, watching The Blue Meanie busy showing off his Dance Dance Revolution skills. He finished, stepped off and announced that tonight was the beginning of the official 'UWE DDR Tournament' and the sign-up sheet was being put up by Torrie Wilson (Meanie's manager). Amongst those quick to sign up were The Nasty Boys, La Parka and Danny Doring. Behind Doring meanwhile, Dean Malenko was watching on. Doring laughed, asking Malenko is he was going to sign up to making an ass of himself. Malenko remarked that he was glad he got out of ECW while he did, if Doring was anything to judge by...before slapping him. A brawl began which was quickly broken up. Showing no emotion, Malenko signed up before leaving. - Meanwhile Stan Lane, Bobby Eaton and Arn Anderson were standing in catering...when over walked JJ Dillon with a coffee a-piece for the three. He promised them tonight would not go forgotten and that he could get them a match at First Blood with The New Gangsta-nators and Jerry Lynn, if he were their manager that is. Anderson smiled and welcomed Dillon to the 'fold'. - The main event was up next, but first out came the special guest referee...SCOTT HALL! Hall got a MASSIVE reaction as he walked to the ring. 7. Tag Team Match Special Guest Referee: Scott Hall Shawn Michaels and Sting defeated Masahiro Chono and Sean O'Haire in 11:31 (**3/4) A very heated match, seeing Michaels getting double-teamed by team Clockwork Violence for most of the match. Until the hot tag to Sting, who cleared house. Eventually the rest of Clockwork Violence strolled out to the stage, only to get ambushed from behind by Shamrock and Sid! Chaos ensued, as The Mountie broke away and ran into the ring...but got nailed by Hall! Eventually, Michaels countered a Widow's Peak attempt into a roll-up which got the three...just. - Post match, O'Haire was furious at the count and took it up with Hall...who nailed a boot and the Outsider's Edge! Together, Sid, Shamrock, HBK, Sting and Hall then fought off the six of Clockwork Violence, sending them packing and leaving the five uneasy allies standing tall to end the show! Next Week: Perry Saturn vs. Arn Anderson The British Bulldog vs. Randy Orton Rey Mysterio and Paul London vs. Brian Pillman and partner And the start of the first EVER UWE DDR Tournament~! First Blood: Confirmed- HBK vs. Shamrock vs. Savage vs. Sting (UWE world title) Rey Mysterio vs. Paul London (UWE TV title) Sid vs. Masahiro Chono Jamie Noble vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Brian Pillman (TV Title #1 Contendership) Rumoured- Scott Hall vs. Sean O'Haire Anderson, Lane and Eaton vs. The New Gangsta-nators and Lynn (Extreme Rules) Dean Malenko vs. Danny Doring
Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 King Cucaracha easily takes this one, because I can't wait to see what the hell you guys come up with for Dean Malenko and DDR. Follow up on his bookings, which are: Next Week: Perry Saturn vs. Arn Anderson The British Bulldog vs. Randy Orton Rey Mysterio and Paul London vs. Brian Pillman and partner And the start of the first EVER UWE DDR Tournament~! First Blood: Confirmed- HBK vs. Shamrock vs. Savage vs. Sting (UWE world title) Rey Mysterio vs. Paul London (UWE TV title) Sid vs. Masahiro Chono Jamie Noble vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Brian Pillman (TV Title #1 Contendership) Rumoured- Scott Hall vs. Sean O'Haire Anderson, Lane and Eaton vs. The New Gangsta-nators and Lynn (Extreme Rules) Dean Malenko vs. Danny Doring Keep in mind his rumored section isn't a lock, so you guys can go along booking what you want still for those people. Requirements for next show: Josh Matthews must be goaded into a match by somebody, and it must build to something at the PPV (not necessarily WITH Matthews, though). A valet/manager, but NOT Clockwork Violence, must proposition someone about joining up with them. Somebody must be piledriven on the DDR machine as part of an angle. Debut a masked man (face or heel) and have him do a run-in. I'll reveal who you have to unmask him as a few shows from now.

JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 -Clips from last week. Roll credits. -LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION! It's the last UWE show before First Blood! The show starts with Rey Misterio coming to the ring to talk to Josh Matthews in the ring. Josh informs him that UWE is having a new television title made for him that will debut at First Blood, since Brian Pillman destroyed the original TV title last week. Misterio said that Pillman disrespected him and the TV title last week, and that he wouldn't get away with it. Matthews asked if Misterio could co-exist with his tag team partner for tonight's match, Paul London, when he had to defend the TV title against him at First Blood, Misterio said he and London were good friends, and that they wouldn't have any problems. Brian Pillman came to the ring and made fun of Misterio for not having his TV title with him. He got in the ring and jawed with Misterio. Pillman said that he was a loose cannon, and so was his tag team partner for tonight. David Flair came through the crowd and bashed Misterio in the knee with a crowbar! It was a two on one beatdown until Paul London ran down to make the save. We have our first match! 1) Brian Pillman and David Flair d. Josh Matthews interviewed them. Dillon called this stable the "Midnight Horsemen" and said that they were going to teach those three thugs a thing or two at First Blood. Dillon said that Arn Anderson was going to prove a point to Perry Saturn here tonight. Dean Malenko walked by, and Dillon stopped him. He said that Malenko was just the guy they were looking for. As a former Horseman, why not join the Midnight Horsemen? Malenko said he'd think about it, but he had bigger things on his mind tonight. Malenko walked off. -Josh Matthews was backstage with Jamie by God Noble. He asked him about the threeway match with Daniels and Pillman at First Blood, with the winner getting a TV title shot. Noble said that he was going to win because nobody embarrasses Jamie Noble like Daniels did last week. Matthews asks what went wrong against Daniels last week and Noble gets in Matthews' face and slaps him. Noble says if wrestling is so easy, why not face him tonight in the ring? 3) Jamie Noble d. Josh Matthews at 1:55 with a tiger bomb. 1/2*. Noble beat down Matthews and asked him if he wanted some more. Matthews said bring it on, and Noble said this match was now 2/3 falls. King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted November 1, 2004 - It's week 4. It's Rage. And it's on the air. - And the DDR machine is in the ring, ready for the inaugural UWE Dance Dance Revolution Tournament. Your hosts are The Blue Meanie and Torrie Wilson, who announce all of the participants. Boos for The Nasty Boys and Sonny Saiki, cheers for Doring, La Parka and Max Moon...and a mixed reaction for Malenko, of some boos and some laughs. First up, Saiki vs. La Parka. La Parka 'Parka struts' his way through his routine and wins on fan reaction. Next up, it's Danny Doring and Max Moon, with Doring winning. The Nastys get paired against each other in contest three. Both were so horrendous it's not even funny, and in the end it's declared a no contest to the Nastys' disgruntlement. That left the eagerly awaited DDR debut of Dean Malenko...or so it seemed. Malenko started off okay but his rigid style caught up with him and he eventually messed up. Ever the perfectionist, Malenko snapped and attacked Doring who was laughing loudest. They brawled off as Meanie declared Malenko eliminated. So it was down to La Parka versus the mystery entrant in the final. Parka went through his routine again, before the mystery entrant turned out to be...TORRIE WILSON! Torrie looked a pro but a "La Parka" chant got going mid-routine. So Torrie stopped, stripped to her bra and panties and danced on. Unsurprisingly, Torrie won the fan vote. La Parka was a gracious loser...but The Nastys weren't! They attacked Meanie, Moon and Parka, before spike piledriving Meanie on the DDR stage! - Backstage, Clockwork Violence are in their locker room. Richards warns the five men around him that he doesn't want a repeat of last week and he wants them to make an impact tonight. 1. Singles Match 'The Enforcer' Arn Anderson w/JJ Dillon went to a no contest with Perry Saturn in 7:20 (**) A largely even match ended when Bobby Eaton, Stan Lane and Jerry Lynn ended up getting involved. New Jack ran in and chased the Midnight Horsemen off with a steel chair. - Backstage, Test is admiring his chiselled physique in a mirror...as Sunny watches on. Sunny asks Test if he's looking for a manager and Test smiles, saying 'sure, why not'. Off skips Sunny, as Test looks back into the mirror, muttering that 'she wants me'. 2. Singles Match Randy Orton defeated The British Bulldog at 5:12 (*1/4) Orton slipped free of the Running Powerslam before hitting the RKO for the three count. - Tonight's main event...Shawn Michaels, Sid Vicious and Scott Hall take on three members of Clockwork Violence! - Josh Matthews is backstage with Sunny, welcoming her officially to the UWE. She talks for a while about being back and all her fans, until Test interrupts. Accusing Matthews of staring at Sunny's chest and being a pervert, Test slaps the weedy Matthews and shoves him to the ground. Matthews scurries off, but Test starts to throw insults at Matthews, telling him that he'll be waiting in the ring for him tonight if he's got any balls. - Meanwhile, Styles and Tenay confirm The Meanie has been taken to the hospital. As a result of that, next up, The Nastys have been challenged to a match by Max Moon and La Parka. 3. Tag Team Match The Nasty Boys beat Max Moon and La Parka in 5:40 (1/4*) The Nastys stole this one, with Sags getting the win with a rollup and a handful of tights on Moon. - Christopher Daniels and Jamie Noble sit backstage, while Brian Pillman talks about their match at First Blood and his intentions to win what's left of the TV Title belt. But tonight he's in tag team action and he wants Noble and Daniels to decide who'll be teaming with him tonight. Noble makes the decision, by superkicking Daniels! Pillman seems to like what he saw and laughs away as he and Noble walk off. - With Gene Okerlund, Scott Hall officially challenged Sean O'Haire to a match at First Blood. 4. Tag Team Match 'The Loose Cannon' Brian Pillman and Jamie Noble defeated UWE TV Champion Rey Mysterio and Paul London in 9:47 (***) Rey was without his tattered title belt. With tempers running high, this one could have gone either way. In the end, a miscommunication by Rey Mysterio saw London take the West Coast Drop and get pinned by Pillman. London and Rey argued post match...and while they did, Pillman DDTed the celebrating Noble on the rampway! Eventually, Christopher Daniels ran out and brawled with Pillman, but fell to a DDT as well. - An angry Dean Malenko said that while Danny Doring did get the last laugh on him at DDR, but in the ring he vowed to have the last laugh on Doring at First Blood. 5. Tag Team Match KroniK defeated Barry Windham and David Flair in 4:19 (DUD) Near squash match, with KroniK overcoming early offense from Windham before drilling Flair with High Times for the victory. - Shawn Michaels told Gene Okerlund he was ready to become the Universal Champion at First Blood, but he hoped it wouldn't split the five anti-Clockwork Violence rebels...as if it did, he feared for the UWE's future. 6. Singles Match Josh Matthews beat Test w/Sunny in 3:19 (DUD) Test destroyed the former Tough Enough contestant, until Hardcore Holly ran down the aisle to save Matthews, nailing Test with the Alabama Slam and dumping Matthews on top of Test to get the three count! Holly helped Matthews to the back, while Sunny and Test watched on angrily. - Styles and Tenay run down the First Blood card... HBK vs. Ken Shamrock vs. Randy Savage vs. Sting for the Universal Championship Rey Mysterio vs. Paul London for the UWE Television Title Sid vs. Masahiro Chono Scott Hall vs. Sean O'Haire Jamie Noble vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Brian Pillman for the TV Title #1 Contendership The Midnight Horsemen vs. The New Gangsta-nators and Jerry Lynn, with Extreme Rules Dean Malenko vs. Danny Doring JUST MADE: Tag Team Turmoil, for the Tag Title #1 Contendership. Six Man Tag Team Match Clockwork Violence (Randy Savage, Masahiro Chono and Sean O'Haire) defeated Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall and Sid Vicious in 12:38 (**1/2) Chaos. Pure chaos. Michaels was the token face in peril but eventually got the tag to Hall, who was on fire. Eventually Hall was overwhelmed...but Sid got involved, cleaning house. However, as all that was going on, HBK's wayward Sweet Chin Music attempt on O'Haire missed, hitting Sid instead. Chono capitalised with a Yakuza Kick on HBK to get the three count. - Post match and out came the other three members of Clockwork Violence for a beatdown. Shamrock and Sting ran out to help, but the 5 on 6 numbers were too much to overcome. Until that is, the mystery masked man of mystery ran in through the crowd, mysteriously using a chair to KO Orton and Chono. Richards quickly got his men out of the line of fire as the masked man stood tall...but saw security running after him and quickly left the ring, running out back through the crowd. "WHO WAS THAT CRAZY MASKED MAN~!" screams Styles, as the show goes off the air.
Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2004 It's been a few days. I give the nod to Joe this time around, because I dug that Noble/Matthews deal a lot. Here's the First Blood Matches he's confirmed: HBK vs. Savage vs. Sting vs. Shamrock (UWE title) Misterio vs. London (TV title) Midnight Horsemen vs. New Jack, Saturn, and Lynn (extreme rules match) Scott Hall vs. Sean O'Haire Christopher Daniels vs. Brian Pillman vs. Jamie Knoble (TV title #1 contendership) Sid vs. Chono Danny Doring vs. Dean Malenko Just added: La Parka vs. Savio Vega in a Caribbean Strap match NOW, the requirements for the First Blood PPV: A new commentator must be introduced to make a special 3 man team for the PPV. Choose one of the following: Berzerker, Jimmy Snuka, or Shawn Stasiak Air a vignette for a new tag team. This must be a "full fledged" tag team that will debut a few shows from now. Pair up any of the following 2 people: Kamala, CM Punk, Johnny Stamboli, Ahmed Johnson, Amazing Red Start pushing one of the guys used the least (Moon, Patriot, etc...lowercard guys) with a promo/angle at the PPV. Base their new gimmick off a TV show/movie or TV/movie character from any of these choices: The Breakfast Club, Beverly Hills Cop, Miami Vice, Saved By The Bell, The Usual Suspects, Mallrats, or CSI. Remember that masked man? Well, he must cost somebody their match. Anyone at all, any match. Your preshow match must be planned wisely, because whoever winds up losing it (no draws!) is being cut from the active roster for now. Out of those 9 matches, I want 4 face wins, 5 heel wins. One finish by cheap DQ, saved only by a surprise run in save. It has to be someone on the roster already though. The rest are your call.
