Leaving Ohio completely out of it, you still have a Bush lead of 30,000 in New Mexico (4), a Bush lead of about 10,000 in Nevada (5), and a Bush lead of about 15,000 in Iowa (7). That makes 16 EVs. It's one of the reasons they lost this election. Every undecided voter with a brain realized the Dems lost Florida and wouldn't accept it.
