Well, the people I'd want hired are just people that'd be better off working good matches in the Indies, so I won't list anyone. People like American Dragon and CM Punk would just end up like Ultimo Dragon did in WWE.

 

The first three people that come to mind when thinking about who WWE should fire are:

 

1.) Jerry Lawler

2.) Torrie Wilson

3.) The Coach

 

The only person I could think to hire would be Don "Cyrus" Callis to replace Jerry Lawler as Raw's color commentator.

I wouldn't mind having Hardcore around in a JTTS role, because he has some small name value. The trouble is his attitude and behavior just don't make it worthwhile to keep him on.

I'm not too sure if Punk would end up being in the Ultimo Dragon role. Danielson would certaintly get wasted but CM PUNK has natural charisma and is a fantastic promoer and can be a masterful heel or face.

 

I'd perfer him to stay in ROH and asst. indies where he can have his routine broadway matches.

Smackdown! would still have guys like Funaki and Shannon Moore to job, and RAW would have the likes of Val Venis and Steven Richards.

 

For whatever reason, I don't mind guys like Holly or Heidenreich because from a storyline standpoint, I find them some what interesting.

 

I'd bring in Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Hulk Hogan and put them all on Smackdown! ( )

Perhaps in just one aspect. However, charisma, mic skills, the ability to connect with fans, a certain look and the ability to portray subtle mannerisms all go into being a great wrestler, being great in the ring is not enough to be considered a great wrestler in my opinion, a great worker, not a great pro wrestler.

Why do people want to fire the Coach? He's arguably one of the most over heels on the show.

 

Come to think of it, isn't kind of sad that Coache's slow-burn feud with the Rock is one of the most well-built up ones the WWE has done lately? They could put it on PPV and it would probably draw more than JBL at this point.

Coach gets pops, true. However, as needs to be said on a regular basis, pops don't always translate into drawing power, and Coach has none of that.
