Jericholic82 Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 1 question why would carlito have cena stabbed? what good did it do for him? he already won the title. what are the bookers of sd on anyway?
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 He doesn't like Cena and didn't want Cena to face him for the title again.
Guest bigm350 Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 He didn't want Cena to reclaim his lock and chain.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 one that can be duplicated by grabbing a standard chain in any garage and a Masterlock at Wal-Mart for $5.49. C.C.C should have it Platiumized.
Guest Tjhe CyNick Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 I would think anything under 300,000 buys, for a dual brand show would cause some level of pannick. Under 175K, and I think Vince might have a heart attack.
Lil' Bitch Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 What no picture for the Cruiserweight match? No love for the shorties? As requested: Either Team Orton or Booker T is winning tonight, but I do not see both of them going over. But here's another interesting look: SSeries 2002 - All the titles changed hands. SSeries last year - None of the titles changed changed hands. So who knows what's going to happen?
snuffbox Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 I would think anything under 300,000 buys, for a dual brand show would cause some level of pannick. Under 175K, and I think Vince might have a heart attack. I dont think this will top 225,000 buys...
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 I wouldn't be shocked if Vince rehashes Montreal for the sake of rehashing it. He does it constantly at SurSer.
iliketurtles Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Well, I think I'm going to get together with a few of my buddies. Haven't gotten a PPV since Vegenance so even though this one might not be great, it's at least something to do tonight.
slimm44 Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Looks somewhat like a good show. The stipulations make the match that much more interesting. I don't see Booker T winning tonight because he has been on fire since challenging JBL. JBL retains one more month until Armageddon. The RAW Elimination match could go either way. Let's hope they don't screw tonight up.
Dark Age Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 The WWE Champion almost always loses at SurSer. 94 - Backlund beats Bret 95 - Bret beats Nash 96 - Sid beats Shawn 97 - Shawn beats Bret 98 - Rock wins title 99 - Big Show beats Triple H 00 - No Change 01 - Austin loses elimination match to Rock 02 - Big Show beats Brock 03 - Brock loses in elimination match to Benoit They usually send the crowd home happy as well, with the face going over in the main event. Booker HAS TO WIN. Another thing: Why are they Team Orton? Shouldn't it be Team Benoit? I mean, ok, they're pushing Orton. I don't care for it, but whatever. He's probably going to go over. Fine. But why on Earth would Orton be the captain over Benoit or Jericho? Just because he's getting pushed? Seriously, it's stupid.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 You neglected 'Taker over Hogan in 1991. and Hart over Shawn(that wasn't a change though)
snuffbox Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 How many people here are actually ordering this?
Lil' Bitch Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 WWE Champion Yokozuna and his team also lost at SSeries 93.
SuperJerk Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Could we be seeing Snitsky control Raw?! Dead babies for everybody!!!!
The Mandarin Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 How many people here are actually ordering this? Not me. I can't think of one match on the card anyone in their right mind would pay to see. Edit: Well, I like Christian's character and Shelton Benjamin is a good wrestler. Unfortunately, Christian is a boring wrestler and Shelton Benjamin has no character. It still is the most intriguing match on the card, at least for me.
Lord of The Curry Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Great quote in your sig, Funk. Sgt. Mike Horvath 4 life.
Downhome Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Well, I just ordered it. The last PPV I ordered was Slam, so hopefully some sort of good can come out of this one.
The Mandarin Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Great quote in your sig, Funk. Sgt. Mike Horvath 4 life. Straight up. Interesting fact: Tom Sizemore was also a Michael (Cheritto) in another great film, Heat. Obvious fact: He was the showstealer both times.
CanadianChick Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Time for RVD to step his game up. He's fast becoming a shadow of his former self. . . That's going to be tough to do if he's only in the match for 5 minutes... I'll be shocked if he's not the first face eliminated.
Lord of The Curry Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Great quote in your sig, Funk. Sgt. Mike Horvath 4 life. Straight up. Interesting fact: Tom Sizemore was also a Michael (Cheritto) in another great film, Heat. Obvious fact: He was the showstealer both times. Too bad he got capped right in the brainpan in Heat, if it had been anywhere else he'd have no-sold it and kept on running with that little girl tucked under his arm. Damn Pacino.
Guest Real F'n Show Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 A friend of mine is ordering it, so me and about 6 other friends will be putting $5 toward it. Plus left over money goes to Vanilla Coke and Pizza Hut, so hizzuh. The two Survivor Series matches, cruiserweight match, and Xian vs. Mr. Benjamin should all be watchable I suppose.
Lil' Bitch Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 That's going to be tough to do if he's only in the match for 5 minutes... I'll be shocked if he's not the first face eliminated. There's always Big Show. >_>
Lord of The Curry Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Did Cena fly back from Australia just for this? Because if so I don't see Eddy's team losing.
Lil' Bitch Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Eddie's team has to win because Guerrero has been shot down the ladder so far he can't afford to let Angle get another win over him. And I wouldn't be surprised if Bradshaw did lose, HHH probably can't stand the fact JBL is a better draw than him.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Nah, it's because WWE was too chickenshit to push a new face like Haas or London into that spot. (at least it wasn't Holly). and they really killed the Cena/CCC deal unless they do a spot where CCC tries to take out Cena again and CCC is suspended for it and Cena further injured. Logical movement would have had Haas or London or even Holly in that spot and just have CCC suspeneded for legal reasons because of the Police's criminal investigation.
Guest Evolution Posted November 15, 2004 Report Posted November 15, 2004 Off to Hooters for this one. I'd just like to say that I like the preview graphics. Makes it look very important. It's supposed to be, but it won't mean much by this time next year. Looking forward to seeing Snitsky in a huge match (just to see if he'll fuck up terribly) and hopefully seeing Booker capture the WWE Title.
