I have no idea how I'm in playoff contention (much less first place), given my horrible PF total, but I'll take it. Pure luck, probably.

Yeah, you could, but you'd have to win your last three games, since Cartman has a 1-0 series lead over you, and Cartman would have to lose at least two of the last three games. And I'm not even looking at the next level of tie-breakers for your late-season playoff run...

I'm pretty sure all of the 4-9 teams in the AFC are eliminated, as I can't conceive of a scenario where 6 of the 9 7-6 teams would lose all 3 of their remaining games.
