alfdogg Posted December 20, 2004 Report Posted December 20, 2004 Big week, obviously. National games include Wed, ESPN2 Memphis @ Golden State, 10 PM ET Thu, TNT Minnesota @ San Antonio, 8 PM ET Miami @ Sacramento, 10:30 PM ET Christmas Day Detroit @ Indiana, 12:30 PM ET (ESPN) Miami @ LA Lakers, 3:00 PM ET (ABC) I'm going on vacation Thursday, so I doubt I'll even get to see the Christmas games.
Slovakia Posted December 20, 2004 Report Posted December 20, 2004 Big '92 Finals rematch tonight with Bulls and Blazers as Luol Deng, Hinrich, and the gang try to make it four in a row.
Slovakia Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 The Bulls are about half a period away from four consecutive victories, something that has NEVER happened in the post-Jordan era. We may only be 8 and 15 at the end of the night, and far out of the playoff picture, but this is a great step up for these players and a sign of great things to come.
Guest Mindless_Aggression Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 By God, I think Eddy Curry has finally gotten it. I can wear my Hinrich jersey without being pelted with food! Oh and by the way, Allen Iverson has declared nuclear holocaust on all that stand in his way.
mike546 Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Yao and T-Mac combined for 73 points. woah.
Kurt Angle Mark Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Thank god the Lakers are playing as bad as the Clippers right now or I wouldn't be able to make through life. They lose to the Grizzlies 92-82, which is the first time the Grizzlies beat the Lakers in L.A.(they were 0-18) Kobe went a masterful 2/16 from the field. Lakers went 3-29 to end the game.
The Electrifyer Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 The Bulls are playing some great ball now. Next game @ Detroit is gonna be a little tough, but I still believe we can pull it out!
Slovakia Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Here's what we're looking at with the Bulls down the road: at Detroit at Milwaukee New Jersey Orlando Detroit at New Orleans Utah The Pistons will be hard to beat at the Palace, but with the momentum we have going and the Pistons treading water, anything's possible. There's no excuse not to beat the Bucks right now. New Jersey is improved with Carter and Kidd but again, who knows. Orlando and Detroit will be tough. Hornets should be an easy win. Utah depends on AK47.
Precious Roy Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 AK won't be back til late January or early February

Damaramu Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Yao and T-Mac combined for 73 points. woah. I think they're finally clicking......yes!
Ripper Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Yao and T-Mac combined for 73 points. woah. I think they're finally clicking......yes! until the next game... *continues doing the dance of suns winning streak*
Guest Vitamin X Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Shaq has proclaimed that he- 1. Is George Bush. He's the president. He's untouchable. and 2. That he's a brick wall and Kobe's a corvette. I'm kinda liking Shaq's metaphorical style as of late, regardless of how much I dislike him.
Slovakia Posted December 21, 2004 Report Posted December 21, 2004 Now Kobe has to come back with "if you're a brick wall, I'm the Kool-Aid Man......OH YEAH!"
Mole Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I am SICK of this Shaq/Kobe stuff. WHO REALLY CARES? Anyone, anyone?
Slovakia Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I'm looking forward to Hubie Brown on color. I hear he's good.
Kurt Angle Mark Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 Damn Clippers blew a 21 point lead against the Hornets and escaped with an OT win Well any hope I had for the Clips went out the door when I came across this stretch of games for January Sat 08 Phoenix Tue 11 @ Seattle Wed 12 Seattle Fri 14 Miami Sat 15 @ Sacramento Mon 17 Sacramento Wed 19 @ San Antonio Thu 20 @ Dallas The way they are playing now, they would go 0-8
Black Lushus Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 FUCK! The Knicks got killed at home last night!
Cuban Linx Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 What is it with the Clippers and overtime. Three standard OT's and three double OT games for 9 periods of extra time already this season, they must be getting paid by the minute or something.
mike546 Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I give up on the Knicks. They weren't even trying. ugh.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 ESPN.com: Arbitrator reduces O'Neal's supsension by ten games If this ruling holds up, JO would be eligible to play just in time for the big Christmas throwdown. How fucking convenient...
alfdogg Posted December 22, 2004 Author Report Posted December 22, 2004 Yeah, hopefully Stern doesn't call in Ralph Nader to protest...
Guest Vitamin X Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I am SICK of this Shaq/Kobe stuff. WHO REALLY CARES? Anyone, anyone? I sort of do. It'd be interesting to see how they play against each other now that they aren't teammates anymore. I also have a personal interest in the game, since it's representative of where I'm from (LA) and where I am (Miami) so I have extra interest in Los Angeles beating Miami in that aspect.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 Okay, fine: who besides Lakers/Heat fans care?
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I'm watching, just to see Shaquille completely dominate Kobe.
Damaramu Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I don't like either team but I as well am watching to see Kobe embarassed.
Precious Roy Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 Okay, fine: who besides Lakers/Heat fans care? I'm a Knicks fan, and I care.....
alfdogg Posted December 23, 2004 Author Report Posted December 23, 2004 Iverson brings back-to-back 50 pointers into Indy tonight, just tipped off.
Slovakia Posted December 23, 2004 Report Posted December 23, 2004 I, too, want to see Shaq show Kobe who the man is. Bulls@Pistons is a nationally televised game tonight, if you have WGN.
alfdogg Posted December 23, 2004 Author Report Posted December 23, 2004 I'm not seeing it on the guide.
