But, that was a lot of fucking waterweight he had on him, he lost 12 just from an hour of that? But hell, I know from experience, the opposite (making weight by gaining) is just as fucking bad.

I mean when it came down to it, he turned from "Stand up son" to "Fuck you" to Chuck. Dana's speech was a nice one, because a lot of the fighters were even pissing me off talking about purses and such, missing the big picture. I think Chuck will send over Bobby since he sees where his heart is, not to mention the fact that it adds to the DRAWMUH~! given what happened in this episode.

The fight was solid, Bobby pretty much was outclassing him i thought . Loudne looked gassed pretty early in. Fight should have been over in the first round when he gave up his back. nice 3 punch combo to end the fight. Overall i would have to say Chris, Diego, Josh k, Nathan and the dude that had got knocked out by chris have looked the most promising

For the home version, close yhour bathroom door, turn the shower on as hot as it will go, and wear sweats layered with a nylon tracksuit.

If so don't say it. Hey, Forrest and Bonnar are my two picks for the LHW. It's just that the MW battle is so much more intriguing, what with all the qualified guys that are there. It could really be anyone from Leben to Quarry to Koscheck to Sanchez. That's four top guys, not to mention other big talents that are dark horses, like Karalexis or whatever his name is.
