Hunter's Torn Quad 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2005 Will he go by the Ultimo Dragon or a different name? Last I heard, he was going to go by the name Asai, which is his real last name.
tbondrage99 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2005 Either way I hope when he comes back they will do something with him instead of last time when his WWE highlight was what? Slipping on the way out to the ring at Wrestlemania?

Slipping on the way out to the ring at Wrestlemania? I'm not sure that there's any way the WWE can get him over AND keep him in the spotlight. They can't even figure that out with Tajiri... Jingus 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2005 The WWWF/WWF/WWE has historically shown that it has no idea whatsoever how to use Japanese wrestlers. (And don't even mention the name Yokozuna.) I don't see any reason to hope that they've been recently struck with divine inspiration on how to fix that. Asai's "push" will fail, just like every other Asian's pushes in that company always have. Tajiri was doing great until they made the insanely stupid move of putting him on Raw.
SinToxic 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2005 I'm pretty sure Vince hasnt seen his face. It's a Mexican thing and Vince clearly respects the culture. This could make Sakoda look like a hot rod he never was.

Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2005 And, ironically, Vince is supposedly a big fan of Kenzo (at least it was reported that he was a few months ago). Great - the 1 Japanese guy he likes is the crappy one.

I think I have finally reached the Lynchian postmortem stage here at the boards. Read it again and this time without imagining me sitting there in all my pretentiousness but instead try to depict each sentence separately and apply your upmost imagination to it until it makes sense, preferably only yo you.
