Ving Rhames getting raped in Pulp Fiction.

The guy in We Were Soldiers who gets hit with the napalm. They try to pull him to safety and his skin just starts peeling off.

Eyeball being slit open by a straight razor in "Un Chien Andalou"

That's so sick. It just kind of comes out of nowhere too. Definitely cringeworthy.

I have this thing for needles and eyes so the scene in Fire in the Sky where the needle gets plunged into the dudes eye weirded me out for years.

When that poor sap is delivered through a faulty transporter, in "Star Trek, the Motion Picture."

And most scenes, in the movie remake of "The Fly." Remember the various body parts that Brumell-Fly, saved in his medicine cabinet, as they morphed and fell off his body?

The metal string cutting through and off the leg scene in Audition.

Irreversible.

17 min shock fest of Un Chien Andalou. Uhh my uncle let me watch it at a young age.

Thankfully I can't recall the name of an Italian film where young teens are taken to a huge mansion and are forced to fuck, suck, starved and then fed with food stuffed with razors.

Salo?

That's it.

and the rape scene from Irreversible

Strange, yet creepy story: Last night, while watching the episode "Birthmark" from the show "Teen Titans" Theres a scene where Slade and Raven are on top of a building, and Slade is holding on to Raven's arms from behind; needless to say, I suddenly started having flashbacks from that scene in "Irreversible". What made the whole thing from the episode worse was the fact that bits of Raven's outfit had become shredded off. Now, I love that show, and it is a TV-Y7 rated cartoon, but it don't take a rocket scientist to see what they're implying.

Maybe i watch too much "Teen Titans". But still, it just felt a bit...creepy

well...the scene in Platoon where Kevin Dillon shoots the one legged kid and bashes his head in.

I know it's TV, but when Captain Aceveda on "The Shield" is forced to suck that guys dick had me squirming in my chair.

Yea, the man-rape scene in the Shield was pretty rough to sit through. I will also say the eye-slicing scene from Un Chien Andalou was FAR BEYOND the normal realms of being fucked up. The boy on the beach crying for his mom in SPR messed me up for a long time. The thing that disturbed me the most out of any film I've seen lately was the interstate pile-up in Final Destination 2. The guy trapped in his car, being burned alive, screaming for help, REALLY got to me.

The original Evil Dead had some uncomfortable parts. Also, most everything onvolvng attacking the eye or using a needle creeps me out(I HATE needles)

Yeah that pencil to the ankle still kinda bugs me. I think it was the fact that there was a stab and then a twist with it that made it worse. i can take a stab, but the stabandtwist. ugh.

there is a scene from Day of the Dead (or was it Dawn?) where a man is literally ripped apart by zombies. It was beautiful.

Both movies actually.

Soldier in Day, Biker in Dawn.

Romero seems to love to rip people to shreds.

The grandfather in TCM (original) sucking the blood out of the girls finger. I can't even watch that scene anymore because it makes me sick. The rest of the movie is pretty tame though.

This isn't really a movie, but the HBO series Oz has had some seriously freaky images. Like a man having all of his limbs consecutively broken by a gang...Or a person getting their eyeballs gouged out.. Or a preist being "crucified" by being nailed to a gym floor...the most disturbing thing about all of these graphic scenes are the actors ability to convey utter terror in their screams.. There are so many others from this awesome series..

Gotta add some new ones

Insane guy slicing his own body up with a straight razor in "Hellraiser II" (razors creep me out.)

The rape in "I Spit in Your Grave" Also, the Castration scene

Leg shaving scene in "Cabin Fever"

Akemi raped by demonic teacher in "Urotsukidoji" Legend of the Overfiend"

The whole last 10 minutes of Requiem of a Dream.

Don't do drugs.

And in 28 Days Later when Jeremy Sisto(?) or whoever the main character is kills the one guy by jabbing his thumb into the soldier's eyes. Maybe its the fact that he was the hero in the movie and he kills him in such a graphic way.

In Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, the boat scene were Wonka is yelling insane potery and all those crazy images are flashing around in the background freaked me out when I was a kid and to this day still does a little I mean one second the kids are having a grand old time with giant lollipops and a chocolate river and then this pops up right after it from out of no where I sure as hell wasnt ready for it......Showing a chicken getting its head chopped off does not a childrens movie make.

...plus those Umpla Lumpas (is that spelled right) looked almost as creepy as those blue flying monkeys from the Wizard of Oz.....man...weird things freak me out.
