If its NYU's match(which I haven't read yet) then I bet its a riot. I didn't ask him what he was going to do with it but when he came asking me "Do you have the lyrics to Hic-A-Doo-La(or whatever its called) from the Family Guy? I need it for my match." I just supplied them. I hope Quagmire got involved.

Hoff...you have terrible taste in soda. Dr. Pepper is vile and one day The Dude will face you in a "Dr. Pepper on a Pole" match where he will grab the can of soda and bust it over your dome. I liked your promo though and how Jumbo continuously keeps getting the low-man on the totem poll treatment. When Stevens said "Silencio~!" I thought of Daniel Stern in Home Alone 2 responding to "You guys give up?" by pointing in the air, puffing his chest out and saying "Never!". All good stuff.

Once again Patty is able to tune in to the inner-bimbo somehow with his promo. I love reading Alix's promo's every week. She's one zany bitch~

Cappa's first promo reminded me a bit of something out of the Blair Witch Project. If Axel wins the title then I wouldn't mind seeing Cappa be his first opponent for it.

NYU is on the road to special things...short bus special that is. I don't know what I just read but I'm afraid and confused. Does this mean there's going to be a future feud between the Sadist and David Hasselhoff? Is Abe Vagoda a transexual WNBA baller? Did Gallagher's car have home owner's insurance? These are all questions that I'll be looking for answers to. Anyways I enjoyed the match and laughed aloud to that image of the guy flipping off the bike.

I believe I got everybody from last week.

I loved Cole's "cancer sticks" comments during Josie's announcements for the night. Having no idea who she is, I've been wondering why our GM smokes so much.

Really enjoyed Eski's BT-HH match. The thought of J.R. wearing a bikini is frightening and funny. Does Dan wear long tights now, or does he switch between long and short?

Good Hoff promo. If he wasn't the spokesman for Dr. Pepper before, he is now.

Zack's segment with Joise has definitely peaked my interests as to whom the tag team Joise is bringing in.

The promo war with Axel, Hoff and the Champ was well done. Loved the Kurt Angle announcer cameo.

I absolutely love the old school guys The 70s Dude faces. Maybe it's because I actually remember them or it's just my bias for his character, but I'm still digging the Dude. This just had me ROTF -- "Well I was hanging around outside the men’s restrooms today and I saw Marty come out. He had a major case of the sniffles..."

Enjoyed The Saints-GPX match. From the whacky comments in the match writing (fan wearing long-sleeve shirt in 70 degree weather, Synth talkin' smack to his own partner, etc) to the match itself, Patty did a good job. For whatever reason, I got a big laugh out of the kick to a hip spot. Really digged the one man DDT/neckbreaker spot as well. The NNMX beat down at the end was well-written. The NNMX showed they still have a mean streak in them.

Unless my mind is playing tricks on me, I think this was one of the few times I can remember reading a ref bump. I know I try to avoid ref bumps because I can't stand how often they're used on TV, and they seem to have more impact on our shows because every match doesn't have one, you know?

Very good segment involving Axel and Crystal. I thought it did a good job of having the two "make up", so to speak, while leaving you wondering if this is just a quick-fix or not. I also liked the reasoning for Stevens and Jumbo going after Crystal. You just know WWE, or TNA for that matter, wouldn't bother with that.

I'd like to point out the little ads used throughout the night. I know with our busy scheduleds it leaves many of us with little time for such things, but they really do add a lot to the show, especially for our transitions from commercials breaks, instead of just saying "goes to commerical" or whatever.

Fun interaction between Alix and Josie. Like FM said, Alix's ramblings are hilarious.

I've only managed to skim the other matches, but the ME looked hilarious. I'm definitely going to have time to read that sucker. The graphics used in it were hilarious, especially the one of Drek crashing. I liked the final image of Hoff spinebustering Stone in the ocen.

All in all, a very good job, guys and gals!

There were, in the end, I believe EIGHT matches on the show. Wow. It's a good thing efeds don't have timeslots or we'd be in trouble.

Good show this week, everyone's writing was strong.

- So both CCB and NYU sent me opening segments, featuring Josie...so I had to hybrid them into one. Hope it came off well...I think it did. Okay, so tell me, what the hell is a "sarong?" I'm lost. I loved the opening performance, though, it really helped the show feel "big." So yay!

- So why would JR wear a bikini? And DON'T SAY BECAUSE OF THE THEME. I'll kill you if you do. Great story told here, with the teamwork (and heel tactics) of BT being too much for the powerful, and resillient, Hitmen. This again showed why Black T are the BEST.

- I genuinely don't know what to think of Warren Peace. This match was hot for a bit, but the end seemed abrupt, a little disjointed. It put the DoC over very nicely, though.

- Zack.

Girls have two X chromosomes. Guys have one of each, an X and a Y. This wouldn't bother me nearly as much if I hadn't referenced it in a match a while back. You've disappointed me. I think I may quit.

That said, good promo, with Josie outsmarting the Original Elite.

- The 70s Dude is a DICK! Nice, with the borderline racism there. I mean, hey, some people are racist in real life. Hell, maybe Frig is. But it was a good heel move, and I liked it.

- Honestly, I had no idea what to make of the Mad Cappa videocam bit. Maybe I missed something with Rusco that happened before I got here...maybe I'm just stupid. But I was confused.

- For some reason, I really thought the Saints were going over here. Logan Mann has a good look, a good name, and a good ability to wrestle, and he could BE something as a singles guy...soon, too. That's my prognosis, anyway. Is this a subtle heel turn I see? Hmm. Anyway, hot little match, a lot of back-and-forth, and a WILD ending. But...I mean, who's the faces and heels here? And if the answer is "no one" that's great, I love shades of grey, but it's hard to get behind either team a little bit. I'm a Saints mark, so I'm cheering for them, but not for any reason per se.

- Axel is INTENSE with his love! I smiled at this promo.

- The Climax ad was GREAT. The match was cute, and Adam wrote Jumbo very well. Nicely done.

- Patty, once again: sufficiently disturbing. If Alix was real she's the kind of girl I'd hang out with. In fact, thinking of that reminds me of my friend Dena. Also, sufficiently disturbing. I loved this.

- Fun women's match...a little Russo, but fun. :)

- Panther and PR are PISSED!! I...dunno what else to say. Except poor Thomas Rodriguez.

- Good segment between Axel and Cappa in the back, playing on Crystal not completely on the same page as Axel.

- GOD I miss Janetty. He makes vanilla look like chocolate. Hard to believe this guy is a coked-out partyer. This was actually a very good, fun match. I am impressed with Mr. Adam out there.

- VERY entertaining NNMX/Holly promo. Better than Springer.

- I like how Cappa covers for his not wanting commentators. Very clever. Cappa's been on fire as of late, and I hope he gets his due someday before too long. He deserves at the very least a TRUE main event program.

- Good Dude/Josie bit, referencing past legends. Glad to see Brock Ausstin not forgotten, as well.

- Adam done good with his storyline, that's all I'm gonna say.

- I like the dynamic between Axel and Josie a lot. Could lead to interesting storylines.

- There is no way Blood on the Dance Floor is physically possible. No frickin' way. Anyway, a sufficiently vicious match here; Patty, despite his own assumptions, has not lost his touch. Very hot finish as well, and the Candie commentary was a nice touch.

- I'm too tired to get into the insane main event, but NYU knows how I feel. It was great.

So yeah, all in all a very good show with great writing from everyone. w00t.

JR in a bikini really has no good reason behind it. I guess at a stretch he thought it'd make him hip.

Anyways.

I really can't stand the Libertines, so I'll move quickly past the opening segment.

Hoffamaniacs? Do they say their prayers and take their vitamins? I hope so. Good promo.

I kinda like Warren Peace, although I think he needs to be used sparingly. Decent match, although a bit disjointed in places. It'd also help to describe/define moves like The Windfall and Cashcrunch. The camera stinging Cole was pretty funny. Cole should try and get revenge on it next week.

Intrigue~! on Zack's match. I'd guess at Los Infernales but then again...

Drek so owned Hoff and Axel on the mic. We should have a special debate match for the OAOAST title. Inside a steel cage.

Cool litte Dude promo. He's a bad man. Is the Calvin feud going to continue?

GPX-Saints - fun match. I liked the opening segment with the arm drags a lot, and there were some cool spots in here. The NNMX-Saints stuff continues to build very nicely.

I liked the DVD ad, as Tony said these do add something to the shows.

Cappa's interference in the Axel-Jumbo match surprised me, but it was good. If this develops into a feud it'll be a nice and deserved step up the card for Cappa.

Hehe, Alix and Josie got a few chuckles out of me. They should interact every week. In various ways.

The girls match was good. The ending was predictable but effective. The chair sword fight was definetely not predictable, funny stuff.

Jannetty has to be pleased with getting some work. Dude using the sand as a weapon was a really nice touch. I like the cunning of the Dude.

The NNMX-Holly stuff was good. NNMX havn't really developed their individual personalities too much that I can remember, so this helps them along. "Neddy bear" was pretty funny too.

Cappa smokes too?! Oh man, HD is a really bad example to the kids.

Dude-Brock should be interesting.

I really wanted Crystal to turn on Axel then. That would have been awesome. Oh well.

Yeah, I think you'd need to be in the Matrix to do Blood on the Dancefloor. Good match though, the backflip Northern Lites is a cool finisher.

The main event was awesome. MOTY so far. The bike rider almost stole this match. Are those Powerpuff Girl emotes? Hoff vs. 'hoff would be money.

Packed show. All the matches were good to great, and the storylines and promos excellent. Got to be one of our best shows in a long time.

Nope, not racist. Just using what I heard about how people treated spanish people in the 70s. They were mainly used as cheap labor and nothing more back then, so the Dude just figured he was a vallet and couldn't afford a membership to the fitness club.

And I'm going to have aloooooot of people to feedback next week. Crikey

Sorry for botching that chromosome gag. FYI, I also managed to find time to aid Patty in the GPX match, since they are "my" tag team, so that's part of the reason why I didn't get any Zack stuff in other than the segment. Next week though you may be shocked...SHOCKED I SAY!

With a three day weekend coming up I'll do my best to read the show and leave some worthwhile feedback. I feel like I'm letting you guys down sometimes but "coasting through" the fed, since it became my responsibilty and all, so try and bear with me. Reality Bites, and no I don't mean that early 90's Stiller flick.

It's been more than a day, and I still can't quite understand why Hoff has included an extra O in the federation. The OAOAOST? I demand to know what this inside joke is.

Huge thanks to everyone on all the positive feedback for "The Run for the Gold." I'm glad to see you all have enjoyed it. I have to give major props to Patty for supplying me with a good portion of the crazy ideas in that match. I had originally intended for it to be somewhat serious with lots of good brawling....but once Patty started giving out all these insane ideas, I just couldn't resist. The guy's a fucking genius. And props to Mascot too, for helping me find the lyrics to "Hick-A-Doo-La" in a matter of minutes, whereas I searched for more than an hour without any results. And more thanks to KC and Cappa for actually letting me have fun with their characters too. Just so everyone knows, the "Run for the Gold" gimmick match is now free for anybody else to use if they wish. The possibilities for it is endless, so do with it what you wish.

Now, for some quick feedback:

I'm loving General Manager Josie so far. She's just so much more of an interesting character to use than Watts.

Very good match between Black T and Hell's Hitmen. Jivin JR wearing a bikini is simply a hilarious image. Like Hoff said, a good story was told with Hell's Hitmen demonstrating their massive strength, but Black T simply using their strategic and cunning ways to overcome it.

Dr. Pepper? Hoffamaniacs? Hoff....I'm so disappointed. What a corporate whore. Other than that, great intensity here! With stuff like this promo, he's done a great job in doing his part to hype up the Zero Hour Main Event (Main Event for Drek?! *faints*).

Decent enough match with Vitamin X/Cuban Wall vs. Phenom/Mad Matt. Like I've said for several weeks now, Phenom is definitely showing an improvement in his work. It seemed odd to me that the beginning part of the match started rather strongly, with some good action and nice descriptions, but the writing getting really thin at the end. Like Eskimo said, it will do wonders to explain what the signature moves actually ARE, rather than just recite their names. And yeah, again, like Eskimo said, it'll be better to use Warren Peace sparingly. Eskimo needs to stop stealing my thoughts before I think them.....For the best comic effect, just make sure he uses "BAM BABY THAT'S WHAT I LIKE" where it actually makes sense.....in an ironic, stupid sense of course. Either way, fine stuff.

Zack Malibu seriously needs to take a biology class - and quickly. Nice, short segment to show off Zack's anger here, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing who these SHOCKING~! tag partners are next week.

Very good interview segment between Hoff, Axel, and Drek. I like how the stage is being set for both Zero Hour and AngleMania. And of course, any promo where Drek absolutely OWNS Hoff and Axel on the mic is A-OK in my book. And the Kurt Angle guest appearance was gold. So good that I needed to steal the gag later on. As I told Hoff, that's the ultimate compliment.

Funny segment with The 70s Dude giving his car away. I really am digging the obnoxious attitude so far. I'm just waiting for Calvin to make his return again, because this is definitely a hot feud waiting to happen. And yes, Mascot is a racist too. As much as he denies it.

.....well, I don't really know that, but I assume it anyway.

Really enjoyed the GPX/Saints match. For someone that doesn't like writing about wrestling, Patty does a damned good job with it. This was just an all-around fun match to read. Some high paced action, very entertaining commentary, and an intriguing ending with wondering exactly who Holly meant to throw the racket to. Intense beatdown with Ned repeatedly smashing Synth's arm with the racket afterwards. The interesting story here just keeps going and going....

Is "understand" really that hard of a word to type correctly? And Axel giving flowers to Crystal? GHEY~! Besides that, I liked the idea of Axel trying to patch up the relationship, and Crystal accepting it -- but still sensing a definite feeling of hostility between the two. Definitely one of the most interesting storylines in the OAOAST in the past few months, I feel.

CLIMAX DVD COMING OUT?! Well, here's Axel talking. And Ragdoll. And Axel again. And Ragdoll. And Axel. And Ragdoll. The feud to end it all! Definite Match-of-2004 candidate! Las Vegas Deathmatch........oh yeah, Drek and Crystal had a match too or something. Will the disrespect never end?! Still, like others have said before, I really dig small aspects of the show like this.

Nice, hard-hitting contest between Axel and Jumbo. Obviously, it was never going to be a technical match, but some of the smashmouth action here was definitely entertaining. I always love when a big, huge guy gets a SPINEBUSTER~!, so Axel doing that was appreciated. And Cappa interfering at the end? Nice. I've always been a big fan of Cappa's character -- especially this recent heel turn. I would love if this meant bigger things for him.

COACH

She dropped off this Kool-Aid!

CABOOSE

Why am I not surprised YOU'RE drinking Kool-Aid.

COACH

You know what I like? White robes. And castration.

COLE AND CABOOSE

.....

Oh man, I don't know why I found that so funny.

Really fun promo with Alix and Josie. And Alix made a very good point about duck fornication. I really hope Josie thinks about that one. If these two had a talk show working with each other.....um, and if they were real.....I would definitely watch.

Very entertaining match with Tina and Ms. Lindsay Gonzalez. Tha Puerto Rican established himself as a complete and utter bastard at the end of it, so that's always good. I'm really looking forward to Panther vs. Tha Puerto Rican at Zero Hour. Both are actually excellent match writers, so I'm expecting a lot from this one.

That Lethal Rumble is a danger. It just set up so much tension between a whole bunch of superstars this month. Axel and Crystal. Axel and Cappa. Panther and PR. The thing is a menace~! Anyway, good confrontation between Axel and Cappa here. Both these two are among my favorite characters in this federation, so it's nice to see the two of them feuding. I don't recall seeing Cappa and Axel interact much before, so the freshness of this rivalry definitely helps it here.

MARTY JANNETTY!! I still think Mascot should have used the Marty Jannetty action figure he showed me a few days ago. I've found myself really enjoying The 70s Dude since his debut. I mean, when he first made his debut, it seemed like the guy was just going to be a joke. Like Homeless Dan or the Fonz. But it has been a really pleasant surprise to see the Dude actually show, under his silly costume, that he's a damned good wrestler and a pure asshole. I can see myself becoming a mark for the Dirty Hippy's Elbow already.

The SAGA continues with Narcissistic Ned and Holly. There is definitely some Love Triangle.....or Love Square.....or Love Pentagon, or something, being set up here.

Cool old-school heel interview with Cappa to set up the Run for the Gold competition later on.

Nice segment with Stevens and Jumbo, to further show that Stevens is an utter prick. And Jumbo has an M.B.A?! WOW!!

The 70s Dude against Brock Ausstin? I am definitely there. Can't wait to see how Dude does when he goes against an actual OAOAST guy -- and there probably couldn't be a more dangerous guy to start off with than Brock. Should be a lot of fun.

Axel looked like a total badass by beating up Stevens and Jumbo single-handedly. And awwww, it's nice to see Axel and Crystal reunited already -- hmm, or are they? I'm not real sure. I just thought I'd throw that question out anyway.

Finally, very nice match between Krista and Holly. Ned cheering on Holly throughout the match was cute. Shockingly enough, this was probably the best technical match of the night. And not the confusing kind of technical either....the fun-to-read kind. Blood on the Dance Floor is just an awesome finish to picture -- even if it may not be, as the kids on the street might say, possible.

Well, there we go.

ANYMORE FEEDBACK FOR THE RUN FOR THE GOLD WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED! YES~! RETURN OF THE NYU FEEDBACK WHORING~!

Great show everyone. Really.

I do a lot more then feedback....

The beach party was a good idea, Hoff.

COLE

I have some gear like that, except mine has pictures of you, 'boosy!

CABOOSE

Burn it. Burn it all.

Oh, Eski! The wedding is back on! Cole leaving to hit on the life guard was pretty funny. I’ll spare you all my life guard story.

I’d like to thank Zack for writing the second half of the GPX/Saints match and sticking to the ridged finish Tony and I came up with. I know he’s busy, but he really helped me out after my word processor decided it didn’t want to save my finished copy of the match. It was probably for the best as what I had wasn’t as good as what Zack finished up with. Now that I think about it I should’ve had Simon do the attack on Synth instead of Ned, because Simon hasn’t really done anything in the feud. He’s just guilty by association due to being Neddy bear’s partner.

Hoff has a lot of enemies. I’m sure a stable could be formed with the premise of the group coming together because they all hate Hoff.

I’ve never said it before but Chris Stevens is one of my favorite characters. I feel bad for him, because his sole purpose for existing is to destroy Hoff, but his anti-Hoff plans always wind up being foiled. Everytime he thinks he has Hoff down, the big guy returns to make him look like a buffoon. But Stevens keeps trying and trying. Very admirable.

Like NYU said, an Axel/Cappa feud sounds nice because of its freshness. I’m digging the Axel/Crystal storyline. If they have an on screen wedding, I’ll dig it even more!

I like that FM differentiates between announcing and action with Italics. Why did I capitalize ‘italics’? Oh, well. I remember seeing that Jannettey guy on a WCW tape I bought, in a Cruiserweight battle royal. All the other guys were either in masks or looked young, but then you see this old haggard looking dude come out and it was fucked up. Anyway, good match, very well written. The 70s Dude’s a major prick! When the fan hit him with the paper cup, he shoulda jumped into the stands and took care of business Artest style.

Phenom, I like Warren Peace! He needs to use his hit phrase at really inappropriate times. Like, he’s in the arena parking lot and some kid gets ran over by a drunk driver, and all of a sudden he says “BAM BABY THAT’S WHAT I LIKE!.” and everyone is like “No!”

I’ve already heaped praises on NYU about the main event, so there ain’t no use repeating myself. But he’s the genius. Not I! I’m just insane. Even though it was a comedy match I thought he made all the characters look good.

Once again Patty is able to tune in to the inner-bimbo somehow with his promo. I love reading Alix's promo's every week. She's one zany bitch~

Alix actually started off much smarter, but for some reason I’m not capable of writing a tag team where both members are normal, so Alix had to take one for the team and sacrifice her brain cells for Krista.

This just had me ROTF

ROTF without the L or the LOL means you’re just rolling on the floor for no reason. And unless you caught on fire while reading FM’s match, you’re crazy.

Zack, you shouldn’t feel so bad about the chromosome thing. I don’t even know what a chromosome is!

NY Italian 412: I think you're tired

OAOAST Hoff: Quite. And I still have to watch Pulp Fiction.

OAOAST Hoff: Have you ever been in a lingerie pillow fight, Rob?

OAOAST Hoff: It's harder than it looks.

OAOAST Hoff: It takes all your muscles.

OAOAST Hoff: *spinebuster*
