About the ECW PPV, no decision has been regarding working with TNA talent(Shane Douglas, Raven, Jerry Lynn).

 

Vince talked to Mick Foley about the show, and Mick wants to do the funny Mr. Socko spot, but Vince wants Cactus Jack for a match. But Mick wants significant money$$ for a match, as he only has a few left in him. Matches talked about Rey Mysterio vs Psicosis(or Juvie). And Tajiri vs Super Crazy. Also trying to work out a visa for Masato Tanaka. Tazz does not want to wrestle. But will appear. No interest in Johnny Grunge.

 

About Heyman, his contract was a 5 year deal done about the time ECW folded. It will be up either late this year, or early next year. He won't be retained becuase Stepanie hates him. TNA wrestlers see him as potential savior.

 

WWE: Bonnie Hammer head of USA network said there will be more Smackdown vs Raw matches.

 

Lisa Copeland sent a nasty message to the McMahon's about protecting Adam. And included messages from Adam to his friends. In the e-mail Adam said his rental car tires were slashed and he thought Matt Hardy did it. It was at the show in Fayetteville that Hardy attended. Adam said Hardy wouldn't even look at him at the show because Hardy was afraid he'd would get the "Feces" beaten out of him. Adam said he was laughing at internet reports that he was upset by the chants he was hearing. He blamed Hardy for turning it into High School.

 

Dave said they're doing there annual attempt to push the cruiserweights. London is getting the Ultimate Warrior look. Kidman has not developed any personality. Chavo is a solid worker, but will never be much of a star. He said they trying to protray Hiedenreich as a kooky babyface character. More like a psychotic Hillybilly Jim.

 

Bischoff with Jason Hervey are putting together a TV show for Limp Biskit's Fred Durst. Durst wants to protray a father, businessman, Musician. They claim to have 2 cable stations interested.

 

About the 2006 Hall of Fame, they've sent out feelers to Bret Hart, Dave thinks they'll do the Road Warriors being in Chicago. And another push to get Dusty Rhodes in, but Dusty is waiting to pick the right year where he can be the big star not just another guy there like Orndorff.

 

Kevin Fertig is very nervious with all the recent firings. He was involved in a bar fight, where he finished it with an "Exclamation Point". It has lead to a threatened lawsuit.

 

Aaron Aguilera (Jesus) was told once he got heathly and cleared they'd give him another look. He's gotten feelers from a few Japanese groups, and AAA.

 

Brian Hebner was suspened for one month and fined $1,000. for constantly being out of control on the Australian tour. He was talking back to his dad Earl who gave Brain a "Goozle".

I'm normally a fan of Mick's ideas but Mr. Socko at an ECW event? Yuck...

 

I wouldn't mind seeing Cactus Jack vs. Terry Funk at the PPV, perhaps with Steve Austin as a referee. That would probably be the best ECW main event under the circumstances.

I'd hate to see Kevin Fertig get let go. I think Mordecai could've eventually become a good character if they hadn't given up on him so fast. I wonder what the "exclamation point" was?

Even if WWE completely collapsed, I don't think the Vince/Steph McMahon would EVER blame themselves. It would just be a down cycle gone horribly wrong to them. When you're working as often as the McMahons do, it would be hard to look back and truly put the blame on themselves since I sincerely think they're doing the best they can . . . but I'm a pretty naive guy, so eh.

I think Foley doing a Socko spot on the ECW PPV would be a great in ring segment. Foley could play a "sports entertainment" heel who lost his ECW edge after making it big in WWE, then get the crap kicked out of him. Foley would want to do it to make a statement towards the old mutant mentality that he sold out by making it big, plus it would shake off the WWE shadow over the show.
