B: The most anticipated match is between two guys who refer to each other like "brothers", with one turning on the other and becoming evil. ...does that mean one of them will be wearing a black helmet in their next match? Downhome Posted May 23, 2005 Report Posted May 23, 2005 It was a little big above average for WWE CW matches. I was pleased with it, not bad at all. A few big spots, they worked well together, and it had a perfectly clean finish with PL picking up the win.

I almost think that she turns for sure, just because Lita turned on RAW. It seems that when one thing happens on one of the shows, something happens on the other one that mirrors it.

Taking into account how poor up the build-up for this match has been, the best I'm hoping for is that Sharmell teases turning on Booker but betrays Angle instead. At least it would be something we haven't oh the LAST SIX DAYS.
RavishingRickRudo Posted May 23, 2005 Report Posted May 23, 2005 Akio/Nunzio was one of the better Smackdown matches I've seen. Too bad the finish was horrible. Given the pace they were building after the moonsault, they should have finished it with Nunzio getting the advantage, trying for his tornado-singlearm DDT, Akio blocking it, hitting a spin kick, and finishing it with Yang-time. The roll up win was anti-climatic and didn't benefit either guy or capitalize on the hot crowd.
