Can something be done about the ad at the top of the screen that's partially blocking the control bar?

Holy shit I never would have figured that out on my own. This is fantastic! Good job, whoever came up w/ that idea.

Yeah, there's a little red minus sign on the far right of the big blue bars. Just click it and it collapses that category of folders. Don't like looking at the Archives? Collapse them. Want to skip past the wrestling folders? Collapse them.

 

The ignore feature is pretty easy to figure out as well. Just click on a poster's name and in the profile options, the last one is "ignore user" click that and at the next screen click the white "Update Ignored Users" bar. Presto.

Hmm, it's at the top, right under The Smart Marks banner. It's a google ad and it blocks half my control panel. Anyone else have this?

The ads on mine are in the banner, right next to the big white words The Smart Marks? Odd. You're the only one with the problem?

 

EDIT: The only thing I can think of is a problem with your browser. I use IE and it's fine. Maybe there's a problem with Firefox or one of the others?

I just checked with IE, and you're right it's formatted fine there but it's blocking the panel with Firefox.

Why isn't there an option when you EDIT a post to get rid of the stupid little tag that says this post was "edited by..."

 

I find it really annoying to see "This post has been edited by ___: Jun 1 2005, 04:49 PM" in almost every thread on the board. Bring back the little check box that was there before.

It was fine the way you had it before (I'm using Internet Explorer).

 

Putting the banner ad below the site logo might work for those who were having problems, but it makes things look a tad cluttered.

If you want to quote multiple people, go down the thread and click "quote" on each individual post you want quoted.

 

Then when you click "Add Reply" - all those quotes you selected will show up in the text box.

You can set it so that members can see their own warn levels and logs.

 

This would come in handy so that members can see how many times they've been warned and the reasons for said warnings.

I see one where the "TSM" icon would be to the left on the general chat folder right now. I have no clue why. oh well. I don't see it on any thread folder icons...must be something user specific.

For those confused,

Instead of the the little icon to the left of a thread being solid, after you post in the thread it has a small L inthe lower right hand corner of the icon.
