When (and why) exactly did Zandig get added to the NRBW match? I was really looking forward to another H8 Club/Necro-Klein violent spectacle, but Zandig being in there drags it down a lot for me. I had gotten used to no Zandig clogging up the main events the past year or so.

Still, both shows look pretty good, particularly CHIKARA, though i'm so ridiculously behind on CHIKARA that by the time i catch up it'll be 2006 by the time i ever see it.

CZW Results

Match #1: The BLKOUT of Eddie Kingston and Sabian defeated DJ Hyde and John Dahmer.

Match #2: Beef Wellington defeated Excalibur in the "Inter-Promotional Match" where basically they cut promos in between a total 5 minutes of actual wrestling.

Match #3: JC Bailey defeated Arik Cannon.

Match #4: Niles Young and Derek Fraizer went to a No Contest in a Ladder Match for the #1 Contendership to the CZW Junior Heavyweight Title when JC Bailey came out and grabbed the envelope stating "There can't be a Ladder Match without JC Bailey." Maven Bently entered and booked Mike Quackenbush vs. JC Bailey vs. Derek Fraizer vs. Niles Young for the CZW Junior Heavyweight Title next month. Apparently there was some cool spots in the match such as Fraizer doing his pendulum curbstomp thing he does off the top of the ladder while Young was tied up in the bottom of the ladder.

*Attendence is estimated at 450 - 500 people.*

Match #5: Kevin Steen defeated Franky The Mobster to win the CZW Ironman Title.

*There was an intermission to fix the ring and stuff.*

Match #6: "Spyder" Nate Webb defeated B-Boy in a Loser Leaves Town Match. Afterwards, B-Boy cut a ery emmotional promo with most of the lockeroom coming out to give him his farewell.

Match #7: Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli defeated Mike Quackenbush and Ruckus. The match between Quack and Ruckus was interrupted by Hero and Double C. The Junior Heavyweight and Heavyweight Champions formed a team, but Ruckus cost Quack the match.

Match #8: El Generico defeated Super Dragon with a brainbuster on the top turnbuckle.

*Justice Pain came out and said Nick Gage could not compete due to his burns from Tournament Of Death. Nate Hatred came out and attacked Justice Pain. Necro Butcher and Zandig entered and said they would not fight each other and Zandig was giving Necro the night off. JC Bailey came out yet again and said he wanted Necro's Ultraviolent Underground Title. The ropes are currently being taken down. Necro Butcher vs. JC Bailey: No Rope Barbed Wire for the Ultraviolent Underground Championship is next.

Match #9: JC Bailey defeated Necro Butcher in a No Rope Barbed Wire Match to win the Ultraviolent Underground Title. A short but sick match that saw both guys do the standard barbed wire spots such as throwing the opponent into and on top of the wire. The finish came after a ref bump when Nick Gage came out and attacked Necro, putting Bailey on top for the the 3 count. Afterwards Justice Pain came out to double team Necro. Zandig eventually tried to make the save but was attacked by the H8 Club, wrapped in Barbed Wire and beaten with chairs. Nate Hatred finally came out to run off the H8 Club. Zandig says "Let's Do This Again Next Month," but wasn't specific as to what it meant.

Man, poor Cannon has to be the biggest jobber in CZW history.

Still hunting for CHIKARA results. There's pics floating around but can't find results yet.

Found 'em.

Crabtree, Share Cropper and Rorscach over Retail Dragon and Team WWF (World Wildlife Foundation) who were Ken The Box (~!) and CP Munk, The Straight Edge Chipmunk. Crabtree actually PINNED Dragon. First time I think I've even seen the old codger win a match.

Sumie Saiki over Allison Danger

Dark Breed beat Lance Steel and Lance Steel (yes, there were two apparantly.)

Reckless Youth over Cannon

FIST over Equniox and Skayde. Equinox might have got hurt legit, not sure.

Cheech and Cloudy beat Matt Turner and Anthony Franco in the Elimination Match. Cloudy pinned Turner and Franco tapped to a double-team submission hold.

Quackenbush over Claudio

Shane Storm and Jigsaw over Larry Sweeney and Hallowicked. Storm picked up the win on Wicked.

And Chris Hero defeats Eddie Kingston, which is apparantly great and stiff as hell.

Solid crowd of about 100/150 apparantly, went down well. They gave out a free compilation DVD to everyone at the show too it seems, which is a good move. Sounds like a must-have in terms of CHIKARA.

Milano AT Collection will be at the September show in Reading...and that's Milano, the original, not Milanito.

Awesome stuff, thanks. Nice to see CZW using Niles Young better, saw him fight Sabian in last years Chikara Young Lions Cup and couldn't believe it was the same guy who seemed to job to Jon Dahmer for the best part of 2004
