Guest Fook Report post Posted August 15, 2005 Stacked Deck August 15, 2005 Eric Bischoff has tried to injure John Cena and wrest away the WWE Championship week after week. Tonight, things only get more difficult for The Champ as he must face both Chris Jericho and Carlito in a Handicap Match. Will Cena find a way to win again? More importantly, will he have anything left for his WWE Championship Match against Y2J at SummerSlam? After their confrontation last week, the immortal Hulk Hogan will battle Kurt Angle on RAW. Both Superstars have SummerSlam matches in their future, but neither can afford to overlook Monday’s opponent. Kurt will attempt to take out his frustration on The Hulkster before getting his hands on Eugene at the pay-per-view on Aug. 21. And Hogan will undoubtedly be sending a message to HBK with every move he makes. Don’t miss this special RAW match. After weeks of strutting their stuff, the 2005 RAW Diva Search will come to an end tonight. Last year’s winner Christy Hemme has been on a wild ride — from WrestleMania 21 to the sizzling beaches of Mexico to a Playboy Magazine cover shoot. Which hopeful will you vote into a spot as RAW’s newest Diva? Tune in tonight (9/8 CT; Spike TV) to find out.

The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 I want Kurt Angle beaten VICIOUSLY to open the show (like, cut to the back during the opening match/interview) and have him screaming "EUGENE! YOU (BEEP)!" while Eugene is nowhere in sight. They spend the rest of the night looking for him, finally finding him just before the ME. He pleads innocence and Bisch tells him to go home. The Handicap Match Happens... Just when you think they are going to black, backstage...all you can see are the feet of Eugene slowly plodding away down the hall...when they suddenly turn to a perfect stride. Pull up, Eugene pulls his wild hair back and slicks it over, then throws his jacket to the wind as he jumps into a car being driven by Christy (now wearing something a lil more devilish than a cheerleader outfit) and the two drive off after a few words and a cigarette for Mr. Dinsmore. Yeah, I want to see some Usual Fucking Suspects breakdown and have Mr. Olympic Champion vs. Mr. Wrestling at Summerslam, with Dinsmore coming out early in the PPV and explaining himself. Or, coming out on Heat. Whatever.
DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 Didn't that preview used to say Stacy and Victoria had a match tonight? Ashley already got naked under the name Ryan MacKenzie and I've been thinking al llong it's Miss Elisabeth's to win, so she will.
Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 You guys are underestimating the power of the boob. Leyla "showed", the others haven't. She will probrably win. Elisabeth is my second pick. Ashley is too much like Christy, all amped up and whatnot. What does it matter anyways? I'm banking WWE offers all 3 women jobs before the new year let's out. jwpeer 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 John Cena HAS to lose for Jericho to even look at ALL likely as a winner at SSlam (Even though we all know he won't) If Cena can beat both Carlito and Jericho (Which would make them both look horrible also) how can JUST Jericho beat him...it's ridiculous.. course we know what's gonna happen... jwpeer 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 Dusty finish in all the matches? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You think Dusty's got that much control already? A dusty finish would be better than another foot on the ropes heel win...
Guest MikeSC Report post Posted August 15, 2005 So, is having the face champ face the heel challenger in a HANDICAP match right before a PPV the worst possible way to build-up interest in the match or what?

Lord of The Curry 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 I'm smoking an extra bowl to make RAW tolerable this week. BTW, the UFC they're showing after RAW will 99% most likely smoke RAW. Matt Hughes's takedowns > The FU.

The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 Question is...what the fuck will Carlito be doing at the PPV? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He'll do the Cabana with the Diva Search winner or some other stupid nonsense...then spit in her face.

SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 Has Jericho gone over anyone other than referee Chad Patton in the build up to his SummerSlam match? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No. Can anyone even remember when the last time he had an actual one-on-one match against a WRESTLER on Raw? Well, if Jarrett ever gets fired from TNA, anyway...
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 They aren't even making a pretense of Jericho having a shot at SS are they? I haven't seen such a lack of build since Candido got a shot at Taz on an ECW PPV and Joey Styles literally said Candido was a jobber that had zero chance (and he didn't, but luckily that PPV had RVD/Lynn to sell it). CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2005 Fun Fact: Jericho hasn't won on a PPV this year. Lost the Rumble. Lost the Money in the Bank match. Lost to Benjamin at Backlash. Lost to Lance Storm at One Night Stand. Lost to, alongside Christian, Cena at Vengence EDIT: Silly me, I forgot losing the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution. Whoops!
Guest Fook Report post Posted August 15, 2005 On the flip side, Cena's won every PPV match this year with the sole exception of the Rumble in which he was the runner up.

DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted August 16, 2005 If this Golovin woman doesn't hurry up and beat this Sprem woman (who has a Triforce on her racket), this tennis match may have to go to a third set, delaying Raw on TSN. Ok, looking good, blonde chick just needs to win once more and the game is over.
