USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 None but I do like the silhouette picture of Edge in a few of those shirts.
Guest Fook Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 Still waiting for the day they realize they don't need anything on the back... Of these four, I'd like the "choking hazard" if there was nothing on the back and the arrow pointing down didn't have a huge E on it.
Guest Rrrsh Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 Top Right and Bottom Left. Top Right I think is kinda boring and lame. Bottom Left dosn't have a heelish font on it.
Guest Trecko Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 LOL @ these shirts. The TVMA one and the Choking Hazard are both funny, even though I also don't like the arrow underneath. Good job, though, WWE.
Just John Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 #1 and 4. The second one makes Edge sound like a rapist.
dubq Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 1 because it's the least distinguishable in terms of a wrestling shirt.
Jobber of the Week Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 TV-MA is so great that I might actually buy it if they made it. The wrestling connection is just subtle enough to make it work. The only problem with all of these is that most people see "Edge" and think it means "straight-edge," which is not only a problem for those of us who aren't into that thing but also because the messages of the shirt kind of conflict with the meaning of that term.
Lil' Bitch Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 I like them all except top right. I'd probably vote Choking Hazard, but they should stick with bottom left to just "be nice" to parents. I still like this one though:
Just John Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 "This lousy t-shirt" needs to be replaced with "The clap."
Corey_Lazarus Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 Dammit! I vote top left. Why? Because in my efedding, my character (Corey Lazarus, duh) is part of a tag team called TV-MA.
cameron chaos Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 Wow. Tasetefully done with tons of crossover potential. I can see these being as popular as the Austin 3:16 shirts.
CanadianChick Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 The 4th one is hilarious, but I'm liking the first one the best. Although I can see frat boys totally wearing the 4th one. One downside to this: a chick can't really wear these shirts.
Scroby Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 the TV-MA one, that one made me bust up laughing.
Exslade ZX Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 The first one is so stupid it's pretty damn funny. And I fucking love the choking hazard one.
King Cucaracha Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 The 4th one is hilarious, but I'm liking the first one the best. Although I can see frat boys totally wearing the 4th one. One downside to this: a chick can't really wear these shirts. True. But the majority of WWE demographic chicks hate Edge and wouldn't buy his shirt if it were pink and had a bunch of hearts on it and stuff. That's a downside that's probably been deliberately ignored.

Now I can't buy the shirt without looking like a lesbien.
Vampiro69 Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 I have to say that I would actually wear the TV-MA shirt around.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 TV-MA would be better without the E,D,G,E thing.
ChrisMWaters Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 TV-MA would be better without the E,D,G,E thing. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It does play off those...extra things...they put under the ratings.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 I would be fine with it if it meant something. It's too obvious they are spelling EDGE. Why can't WWE produce shirts that doesn't have their talents' names splashed all over the t-shirts? Subtlety is key.
CanadianChick Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 And the problem is...? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> A butch lesbien.
Guest Amy Ace Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 I can't believe they would actually consider playing up the fact the he comitted adultury, broke up 2 relationships, and sleep with his friends' girl. Well, on second thought I can believe it cuz it's the WWE.
SuperJerk Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 That choking hazzard one is almost as bad as this: which gives new meaning to the term "Edgehead" I suppose.
