Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Watching this game has got to be the greatest comedy show ever on TV. Hearing Randy Johnson getting booed off the mound almost makes up for the fact that he has given up 5 runs and like 8 hits already in 3 innings.
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Last 10 starts for Johnson. 6 where quality. 2 vs Balt, 1 TB, 1 KC, 1 Sea, and 1 Boston.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Well, Randy said he wanted to be booed. He got his wish.
Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 8, 2005 These past couple of games have been funnier then Friends, Seinfeld, Family Guy and Simpsons combined. Randy Johnson whole contract is based off of how he does in October. So far he is off to a great start.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 That was 2003 ALCS game 7 all over again, but with Small doing the job instead of Mussina.

The offense is going to pick them up again, so quit sweating it.
MikeJordan23 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Yankees score all the time. I would never get frustrated if I was a fan cause whenever their pitching is terrible they'll just score a thousand runs.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 A big question is, if this series goes five games, does Randy pitch game five on three days rest seeing as he only threw about 50 pitches tonight?
Guest Fishyswa Report post Posted October 8, 2005 I guess that depends on whether or not he decides to suck.

Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 8, 2005 I am not sweating the game Chong. Yankees fell behind 5-0 and not once did I curse or get angry. Game is now tied 6-6. I found it funny that ESPN was showing highlights on the Yankees Stadium scoreboard of the Red Sox losing and the "batboy" sitting on the bench cheering was Alan Embree. Joe Morgan was the one who called Alan Embree the batboy. Classic stuff.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Bernie was going to cost us a run eventually in CF. edit: And Gordons post season ERA goes higher. edit2: HE WAS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!
Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 I love Morgan's logic. "His foot was off the base, but I'm not going to agree with that." Huh?
KingPK 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Well that was a pretty lazy play by A-Rod which forced Cano to take his foot off the bag right before he got the ball. He's gotta make a decision there.
Precious Roy 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Leiter in with no outs and the bases loaded. Be afraid...
devo 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 That was pretty ridiculous. Joe's entire argument is that Cano wasn't trying to cheat, so it should be an out.
