Cartman 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 Knew you would like that. In all seriousness Clement shouldn't be starting in te Postseason for ANY team.

The Czech Republic 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I miss the strong-pitching-sans-run-support Clement that we allowed to slip away.
Guest Brian Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I sold my soul today for an Angels/White Sox ALCS. Please honor our contract Mr. Steinbrenner.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 Where was this Contreras last year? He is freaking NASTY.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I think god is telling AL teams to not sign FA NL pitchers. Jarret Wright, Pavano, and Clement, while all struggling or getting injured, have all been hit with line drives in the head or body this year.

Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I wished Contreras pitched like this for the Yankees. I dont remember him being this dominant over the Red Sox in Game 6 of 2003 ALCS or ever.
Mr. S£im Citrus 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 A ten-run blowout is the "best playoff game ever?"
the max 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 Because he's a Yankees fan, Señor Citrus. And I agree, TheDon has gotten too many warnings to stop trolling and posting nonsense.
Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 4, 2005 Boston is going to come out strong tommorow with Wells and their backs to the Wall. Whoever wins tommorow in my opinion wins the Series. I predict Red Sox in 4 if David Wells wins tommorow.
the max 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I'm not taking out anything on you except that you've been a terrible poster in your entire duration here. You've been warned numerous times about posting nothing but crap and one sarcastic post reworded from when you awarded the AL East to the Red Sox in a classic Yankee fan fit doesn't change the fact that you're the drizzling shits. Until you're rightfully booted, join Porter and Dama on my ignore list.

The Czech Republic 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I guess all of you forgot my post the other day where I personally gave props and Congrats to the Red Sox for winning the Wild Card. I also said how tough of the playoffs is going to be for every team and I know everybody here is going to have their hair turn a little gray and lose a little hair. If others can talk about their joy when the Yankeese like Bob Barron who talked about himself doing a dance the past couple of years I think I can go Best Playoff Game ever. Dont take it out on me that the Red Sox lost today. Chicago has looked great all around. If the Yankees lose you guys can make fun of them all you want and you are not goign to hear one word come out of my mouth complaining about it. Worry about what is going on the field more than what I is coming from my computer. In fact the first day of the playoffs has been a dissapointment with two blowouts. As a baseball fan I would much rather see close and low scoring games dominated by pitching and not offense. Only when the Yankees play do I want to see them blowing out other teams. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well this is up here in Great Moments In Literacy.
the max 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I post nothing but bullshit? Wow you cant even personally message me but you can troll on boards bad mouthing me. Which are completely off topic. Just because your Red Sox are getting their asses kicked dont take it out on me. For all you know they will come back this series just like last year. And you complain me about trolling. Wow that is like the pot calling the kettle black. Just because you live here and have 4000 posts over the past couple of years doesn't give you the right to be King or God. This will be the last time I ever contact you. Take care hypocrite. Max's world is shattered. Excuse me while I go drown myself in the bathtub.
USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 Man, I was totally not expecting that outcome. I am glad for the White Sox, but they still have to be very careful around the Red Sox in the next few games.

Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 4, 2005 LOL. I am doing 4 things at once. I really dont care how I type. Great game for the White Sox as Posednik caught the final ball up against the wall. Boston is going to come strong tommorow against the White Sox. It's a must win for both teams. With David Wells pitching tommorow I believe the series is going to be tied 1-1 going back to Boston. The White Sox have to win tommorow to have a shot at this series because if they lose I can't picture the Red Sox losing either game at home. Winner of tommorow in my opinion wins the series. devo 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 I'm surprised there wasn't a single post made about Podsednik's HR, his first all year. I was watching the game with no volume in a sports bar and even I could tell the crowd and commentators were going nuts.
