spman Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 The second one was a decent gore-fest, this might not be that bad.
The Robfather Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 Is this going to theaters or direct to video?
2GOLD Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 Is this going to theaters or direct to video? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> With that poster, direct to DVD. I think it's supposed to be set for a theater release though
Placebo Effect Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 It's directed by James Wong, who was behind The One and the original FD, so expect some stylistic, insane death scenes with nothing much between them.
CBright7831 Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 I will admit, that opening highway crash in the second movie was kick ass.
Youth N Asia Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 The opening crash in 2 was the only tense part of the entire movie...otherwise every single death was actually pretty funny. Everyone was laughing at the theater
Youth N Asia Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 He's not listed on IMDB...which is too bad
Corey_Lazarus Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 The whole series is nothing more than "hey, this is a cool way to kill somebody...let's create some shitty-ass fucking story with shitty-ass fucking actors playing our shitty-ass fucking characters, and hey!"
The Amazing Rando Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 Notice the face above the word "You" ... creepsville.
Boon Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 The whole series is nothing more than "hey, this is a cool way to kill somebody...let's create some shitty-ass fucking story with shitty-ass fucking actors playing our shitty-ass fucking characters, and hey!" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Great, isn't it?
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 This was a preview for Saw II, as well as Underworld 2.
dubq Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 Awesome! A ton of actors I've never heard of! This third sequel in the series will be box office GOLD now!!
Guest Vitamin X Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 It's directed by James Wong, who was behind The One and the original FD, so expect some stylistic, insane death scenes with nothing much between them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So, in other words, exactly like the first two. I never thought this warranted a sequel, but I guess with horror movies, you can throw out pretty much anything and it'll stick. I actually thought the first one was pretty cool.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted October 31, 2005 Report Posted October 31, 2005 So I guess this one will be like the first one, only replace Airplane with Rollercoaster. As much as I love riding Rollercoasters, it makes me kinda want to avoid this if thats the case. I liked the first one, but the 2nd one was just plain stupid.
RedJed Posted October 31, 2005 Report Posted October 31, 2005 I remember hearing a rumor months ago that this film was either filmed or will be released at some point in 3-D. That might make it a little more bearable, if true. Preview made it look ok but nothing too exciting. Doesnt seem to even be a direct sequal more than it's just a third film in the series with a whole new crew altogether.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted October 31, 2005 Report Posted October 31, 2005 Tagging it with a lame 3d Gimmick (why isn't it Final Destination 3D then?) might be cool for the death scenes.
