landy1987 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 The other guy doing commentary was Pete Doherty. Mike McGuirk incase your wondering later became the ring announcer for Wrestling Challenge which she must have ended up doing for about 6 years or something. I'm sure Heenan did commentary for the Bulldogs/Harts match though thankfully but its not the match on Bret's DVD, the one of the DVD is an MSG match from 1985. MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 Which, if the date is correct, is also on 1986's Best of the WWF Volume 7. EDIT: . . . errrr, I meant Volume 3. Volume 7 has a rematch from MSG w/ an actual finish.
packwingfn 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 I started this topic to talk about the VOD WWE 24/7 but I guess both can apply here Has anyone see what's availble for next month's VOD list? We're getting Pay per views that happened THIS YEAR!!! that's stupid, Stick with the old stuff. Starrcade 87 is interesting and funny to watch. I love the Raws & Nitros, I've been watching them in order then when a PPV is supposed to show up, I'll watch that, like I just watched Wrestlemania 12 and Uncensored. Good stuff. And I like the LAST Nitro because I have the Raw from that night but not the nitro...now ill have both
MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 How are the edits on the final Nitro? Are all the themes butchered up or are the majority of them in there? Thanks.
Black Lushus 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 everybody's theme is there, to the best of my knowledge, withthe possible exception being the Filthy Animals theme...one thing that was pretty groan inducing is that they, noticably, cut out parts that show Rey Mysterio's unmasked face directly, other than when he's actually in the ring and they haveno choice but to show his face...it's hard to explain, you kinda have to watch, but you do notice... I also noticed, during Vince's rant, that they cut out the part where he tells Jeff Jarrett he's G-O-O-N-N-E-E (that WAS part of the rant, correct?)... overall, this was a damn fine show, motivated Booker T was awesome, Sting/Flair's final match was great and ended exactly the way it should have, the young guys, knowing this may be their last shot, really did shine...it's kinda sad because the final Nitro showed that WCW could have kept going had they stuck with the proper formulas throughout 99 and 2000... MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2005 Hmmm, it's working for me. Just watched Snuka vs. JJ in a cage. Complete w/ a special guest referee and 2 run-ins all in 3:35.
Ed Wood Caulfield 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2005 Does anyone else have a problem with the video? The audio is fine. But the video is very choppy. I'm pretty much watching stills of the match.
