I know this might be in the wrong forum, and you can feel free to move it, if you want. But, since this forum is about movies, I figured, why not make a topic like this to remember Eddie?

 

Here is a movie that I would watch to to remind me of Eddie.

 

"American History X"

 

Yeah, it's all about RACISTS and stuff, but Ed Norton's character did all this harm to himself and others (Eddie's drug use, among other things) and when he finally straightens himself out the past comes back to haunt him, sorta. I don't want to go into anymore detail because I don't want to ruin the movie for anyone that hasn't seen it.

 

What would you watch to to remember Eddie? And wrestling videos and DVDs don't count, you big sillies...

For me, it's definitely "Crash". The racism used in that movie makes you think that perhaps, you were wrong when you considered Eddie just a mexican wrestler. He's much more than that, and it's sad that people would identify him by just his ethnic background.

So many movies could make me think of Eddie, but I think the one that comes to mind first and foremost is Moulin Rouge. The sadness in this movie is symbolic of the sadness of all of Eddie's friends and family, and the happiness and singing reflects the many aspects of Eddie's wonderful personality.

 

Man, Moulin Rouge will be so sad the next time I watch it, I might give myself a headache from all the crying
