CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Im pretty sure I saw the defender practically shove Lelie out of bounds...maybe Im going blind... The ball was uncatchable by that point.
snuffbox 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Anyone here care to join the Patriots whining about a mysterious 'false start' as well?
naiwf 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Im pretty sure I saw the defender practically shove Lelie out of bounds...maybe Im going blind... I'd go get your vision checked since Samuel was in front of Lelie and it's pretty hard to shove someone behind you while running forward.
Failed Bridge 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Pretty cocky for the fans to already be chanting that "Na-na-na-na goodbye" when it hadn't even reached halftime yet.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Anyone here care to join the Patriots whining about a mysterious 'false start' as well? Not gonna whine but the announcers proved it wasn't mysterious. It was kinda fucking obvious.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Being down seven with an offense looking confused is actually damn good and the defense more than did their job out there allowing 10 points off two NE turnovers. If NE plays the second half of this game offensively like they did in game 1 then they can win it. But they gotta step up their game and find the endzone. CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 YES INT!!! That may be the longest return in history that didn't go for a TD.

Failed Bridge 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 still only two scores and alot of time left.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Eh, even if NE loses I won't care too much. Two Superbowls, three in four years in more than enough and winning three in a row is almost impossible. Shame the offense didn't show the same intensity of the defense for this game.
Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Don't write the Patriots off yet, it's only two scores away. This is what they do. I'm sure Adam V will be making yet another "incredible" game winning kick. edit: okay, that missed kick is basically fate going "thats enough boys, pack it up". iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Actually, I know what you mean. Usually when Viniateri lines up, I just assume it's going through, but this time I got this little twinge like he just might miss this one. I think this is a sign that the Pats are done. Slayer 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 The TSM Deities were displeased with the loss apparently Now I'm rooting for Denver in the title game because I'd rather see Denver in the SB than Mr. AwShucks or Dirk Squarejaw
Bored 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Hey who knew the Patriots losing would cause a site meltdown. I have no hatred for the Patriots but I'm happy the '90 49ers will remain the team closest to winning three straight Super Bowls.* *Yes the '76 Steelers and '94 Cowboys both reached conference title games in a quest for a third straight Super Bowl but the 49ers were the closest to winning their game. Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2006 The press and espn have to be trembling in fear of a Seattle Vs Denver SB. Who plays in the superbowl never really bothers the ratings or the fans really, but it's the two weeks of needless hype that the networks love and there's nothing in a Seattle/Denver game. Denver was underlooked and everyone (myself included) wrote them off because Jake Plummer isn't John Elway and everyone wanted that "dream" re-match with Indy and NE.
